Best Western Dothan Inn & Suites

Room was filthy. Bathrooms had mold. Sleeper sofa had urine/feces stains. Pool was foggy & smelled weird. Laundry facilities were “out of order” the 3 days we were there. It’s Dothan, yes, it’s a 2 star hotel, yes, but basic bare minimum cleanliness & function was completely lacking. The lady at the front desk was not helpful & gave us 3 different names for a managers number to call, no one would ever answer.

Our team stayed for a tournament and we had a great time. Amenities were great as well as the customer service.

Building is run down and dirty. Our non smoking room had cigarette holes in the pullout mattress as well as pee stains on the couch. Carpet smells musty & there was black mold in the shower & toilet. Two stars is an OVERSTATEMENT. Wouldn’t pay $25 to stay the night here.

The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was great! Can't beat it for the price.

Location was perfect for our needs. Room had some damage that I brought up with manager, notated so we have no liability. We would use this Location again in the future. Complimentary breakfast was extraordinary. Large quantity parking area.
