Es un edificio antiguo, al lado del alcázar, conservado con mucho detalle, con 3 plantas (sin ascensor) y una terraza pequeñita que tiene unas bonitas vistas a la catedral. El baño de la habitación que ocupamos (7) necesita una ligera puesta a punto de la ducha. El desayuno es bastante simple. En su conjunto es un establecimiento agradable. Enrique nos facilitó con todo detalle la forma de acceder desde el exterior porque no siempre hay gente en la recepción; nos indicaron que el día de nuestra salida podíamos utilizar la habitación, sin ningún coste adicional, hasta la hora que quisiéramos (suponemos que sería porque había disponibilidad de habitaciones pero, aún así, se agradece mucho el detalle).

Muy contenta con la elección. Bonitas vistas, todo muy rústico, cerca del centro y a 20 min coche del espectáculo de Toledo, PuyDuFou. Zona tranquila y con el parking cerca. Personal agradable y práctico, en mi caso, agradezco la ayuda de Enrique, que fue atento en cada detalle. Recomiendo.

The hotel is listed on Expedia as a 3*. It is however NOT a 3*, only 2*. We booked and paid for a superior room, but what we got was a tiny room where there was not a chair available. The reception exists only in name, it is never manned. Check-in instructions in English are very poorly translated from Spanish and you need all the intelligence you have to get into the hotel when you are 'checking-in'. The positions and the views are great and garage is close indeed - but at 24 euros a day it can hardly be said that the hotel has parking facilities (as it appears on Expedia). Overall, not a good value for money.
