It was just a one night stay. The staff was nice, everything was clean, the sauna area was good and while empty it had everything one would expect (plenty of towels, tea area, a few relaxation beds, nice showers).

Great hotel but the hotel shuttle experience was very poor. Arrived at the airport around 2245 and by the time I got to the desk for the hotel shuttle service it was 2315….i waited until midnight but NO shuttle turned up. I was forced to take a taxi for €20 to the hotel. At check-in the night manager apologised and gave me a free shuttle ticket back to the airport in the morning. Maybe the shuttle is more reliable during the daytime but late evening do not rely on it. But thanks to the Hotel night manager for giving me free shuttle back to the airport the next day.

Very clean and beautiful room with good features. Friendly, helpful and multilingual staff. Good food and drink at the bar with reasonable prices. (Reasonable for a hotel by the airport) Very nice old fashioned charcoal sauna was a pleasure to use. The shuttle bus is a great, low cost way to get to and from the airport and is a welcome service. The only let down was a subpar gym with an old, very limited selection of equipment. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to others and will be staying again soon.

I super nice hotel, in an very empty area 10 minutes driving away from the airport. You can't really walk there, so taxi or bus is needed. For some reason a bus is very expensive, so taxi is the best option. The hotel and the staff is great though. The fitness lacked options, but otherwise fine for a night before your flight.

The hotel just 10 minutes away from the airport,, I stayed one night after a long holiday in Germany and I needed a place to relax and be comfortable and that what I get from this hotel,, I was quite a clean room,, the room was huge to get my luggage and settled my things,, the only downside is that the parking is not free even if it’s the hotel private area,, they should mention that in the description,, but everything else was perfect

Sehr sauber. Sehr freundlich. Extrem gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Schöne kleine Sauna. Und im Zimmer wirklich exzellent ruhig. Das Gym allerdings fast nur auf Cardio ausgerichtet und die dunkelgraue Farbgebung im Hotel ein wenig kühl. Im Ganzen sehr viel value for money!!!

The property was clean and close to the airport. We stayed here for a layover flight so we were not there long. My only issue was they said the last shuttle left at 11:45pm however we were there at 11:30pm with a few other guest and the shuttle never came to get us to we took a cab together with another guest at 12:10am. Also The sign at the desk in the airport said the shuttle came 20 and 50mins after the hour which doesn’t match what the hotel shared.

There is a shuttle bus every half hour to the airport for 7 Euro. Book it the night before, it gets full. It is a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. A great plus is a large vending machine with drinks, beer, wine and assorted snacks if you have a late arrival. Breakfast is available.

Great staff and service. Our room wasn’t all that clean, hair on the shower floor, fridge had old crumbs and bathroom had a small candy wrapper that was missed. Very dim hallways, felt like they were trying to hide the dirt. Shuttle in AM to airport was great. We opted for a taxi on the way in as we didn’t want to wait on shuttle since we just missed it. We were there during Oktoberfest so they gave out gingerbread hearts, that was a nice touch. Overall it was ok, they need more or new cleaning people and it would be great!

2 star decent for a 1 night stay max. Hallways are so dark, room dark not a light on. Housecleaning knocked lightly then tried to enter. The deadbolt lock didn't work. I'm glad I was decent. Not clean, dusty, surface cleaning isn't cleaning. Ants and some other flying insect. Personally i wouldn't stay again, safety advice everything,

Leider war es nicht sauber. Beim Kinderbett (Etagenbett) war eine Ablage über dem Bett extrem staubig und es lag noch ein Schokoriegel von vorherigen Gästen darauf. Der Staub flog dann entsprechend herunter auf das Bett, daher haben wir dieses Bett leider nicht nutzen können.

Stayed at Nh Munich Airport hotel for two nights and greatly enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and very quiet, with a very comfortable bed (king room). There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room; tea packets are available as well as a welcome muffin. Excellent breakfast, with a great choice of vegetables, fruit, cereals, famous German sausages, pastry, etc. A shuttle bus runs every half an hour but needs to be booked in advance. If going to town, there is also a public bus stop nearby that takes you to the airport and S8 train. I do recommend this hotel for a short stay, if transiting with a day or two between flights.

Leider musste unser Mitarbeiter trotz vorherigem Anruf unserer Zentrale und Erklärung gegenüber der Rezeption bei Ankunft um 1:30h in der Früh fast 45 Minuten auf den Eincheck-Erfolg warten. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnte angeblich keinen Vorgang finden, obwohl wir das telefonisch vorab geklärt hatten. Service geht anders.

At check in I have been asked to pay for my room whereas it had already paid for. In rush I did pay, trusting the agent. After checking my bank accoubt that indeed the room was paid for, I went back to the agent asking for the refund. 5 days later I still have not received anything. The food at the restaurant is terrible and the rooms were far too hot.

Check in was slow and no rooms were available at the time we were supposed to check in. I requested a rollaway bed multiple times and never received one. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Wonderful overall! Daniel at the front desk was SO helpful! What an absolute gem! Other things I loved: The shuttle was super easy to find at the airport (and affordable at only 10 €). We did online check-in a day early to expedite the process since we knew we'd be arriving late. I chose the room in advance, but it wasn't available when we arrived. We had to wait 30 minutes for another room, which was horribly smelly. The room was also very cold because they had the air conditioning on full blast with a fragrance to mask the smell. I went downstairs to request another family room but was told none were available. Back in the room, the odor was still unbearable, so I returned to the reception. Finally, we were given two rooms. It's clear now that they knew there was an issue with the original room but tried to give it to us anyway. I had to go to the reception twice to get a reasonable solution. It's a shame we lost an hour because they didn't offer an alternative room despite knowing there was a problem.

The hotel is fabulous. The check in staff were not at all welcoming. We’ve been travelling for 4 years and honestly most unfriendly greeting ever. Disappointed too that our request went unread . We also check anyway so it wasn’t a problem and was rectified, just another disappointment to our check in experience. Equally unfriendly on our check out!

Great hotel close to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Luckily the restaurant was good as there are no other options close by. I really appreciated the drinking water and glasses at the entrance as well as the free bottle of water in my room. The shuttle to the airport was convenient but it’s 10 Euros per person.

Convenient distance from the airport. 45 minutes + a hotel shuttle (which you will be lucky to find in the airport) from Munich. Don't let the pictures fool you. There are no shops or restaurants near the hotel at all. To get anywhere, you need a car or the hotel shuttle. The hotel was ok, but not at the level I have come to experience from other NH hotels.

The hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I requested a room with no extra beds. However, there were bunk beds in our room. The restaurant was terrible. My medium rare steak was very overcooked. My husband’s medium steak was also overcooked l. The red wine sauce was disgusting and I could not taste the red wine. I would suggest trying the buffet instead of ordering off the menu. The waiters in the restaurant were immature high-diving each other.

Stayed at Nh Munich Airport hotel for two nights and greatly enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and very quiet, with a very comfortable bed (king room). There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room; tea packets are available as well as a welcome muffin. Excellent breakfast, with a great choice of vegetables, fruit, cereals, famous German sausages, pastry, etc. A shuttle bus runs every half an hour but needs to be booked in advance. If going to town, there is also a public bus stop nearby that takes you to the airport and S8 train. I do recommend this hotel for a short stay, if transiting with a day or two between flights.

The proximity to MUC airport is great, the shuttle service is convenient, once you figure out how it operates. I liked their bar/restaurant, where I was able to have a good meal with a drink, and was able to have a relaxing evening prior to my departure the next day. The room is generously sized, clean and the bathroom has everything one needs. Bonus: Coffemaker and good quality coffee capsules. Thank you you NH for making my return trip easier!

This hotel is pretty close to the airport. It was a 30 euro taxi to go to hotel on arrival, from the train statiion. It has a fee for the mini bus back to the airport after our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless. Shower no tub. Hotel has an amazing dinner and breakfast buffet. It was the best of any place we have ever stayed for buffet food.

Standard busy airport hotel, good for one night, acceptable room rate. Funny policy: if you want to grab a coffee on the go, it is only free between 4 and 6 am, afterwards you have to pay. For being almost in the middle of nowhere, parking is expensive at 19 EUR/night, so are drinks from the vending machine (can of Coke 4.25 EUR!!). They certainly make use of being located at the end of the runways where there are no other shops. Shuttle bus is also outrageously expensive at 10 EUR/person and trip. There is a public bus for the same route, much cheaper. Any other airport hotel I have been to on my travels had free busses from the airport terminal, btw. When we got to our room, the key card didn't work as it was coded incorrectly, so I had to go back to front desk. Later, I had to fix the stopper in the sink, as it was pushed all the way down and the sink wouldn't drain. At that point I was not willing to deal with front desk again and crawled under the sink to fix it myself. Overall, acceptable if you have an early flight, just come prepared to not expose yourself to the money grab.
