The Porch Ocean Views Newly Renovated

We had a great time and would stay again.

What an awesome place. The interior is beautifully done. Beds were comfortable, linens provided, nice stocked kitchen. We ran into the owners checking in and they were great guys, helped us with our luggage, and showed us the place. It is the perfect spot to stay. Great location, close to EVERYTHING and across the street from the beach with ocean views. We would stay here again, and again and again. BTW - it was a girls trip, we were all celebrating our 50TH again.

Great location of property, directly across from the beach, on the low key end of the strip and next to Bernies which is a plus. We had the Porch level. We had 2 adults, and 4, 14 year old boys. Perfect set up. My only wishes are more mirrors and way more hooks in rooms, bathroom, etc. We had one bathroom between the 6 of us and the only mirror was in the bathroom. Also, need to update the outlets as I couldn't dry my hair in the bedroom or the breakers went- it was an easy fix and the property manager was very responsive- all handled within 15 min. To note, you can't park in your space until check in time- 4pm, so you need to pay for beach parking- same applies to the am- check out is 10 am so you have to move the car. Overall, the place has everything you need and it is in a perfect location. Management response time was great and always professional. Thank you!

Great location right on the Hampton strip. You literally park your car and don’t need it again until you check out. Everything is right out your front door. The front deck is perfect and an awesome feature. The proximity to everything is great. My kids loved that mini golf and ice cream were literally right next door (ages 10 & 12 for reference). One of the bedrooms is at the front of the house so when the bar next door gets out at night it can be a little noisy for that front bedroom for a few minutes but it didn’t bother us. We just gave the kids the back bedrooms and most nights we were up anyways so it didn’t matter. My kids each brought a friend so we had 6 of us in the space and it fit us nicely. There is only one mirror (in the one bathroom) in the entire place. It was only an issue for us because there was 6 of us 1 bathroom and 2 7th grade girls getting ready lol. I would stay here again without question and my kids thought it was perfect they got to walk everywhere.

Across the street from the beach! Immediate responses from management when needed. Check-in instructions were given early so the process was easy! Great place to stay!
