I reserved 2 rooms. I was very pleased that they were able to give us adjoining rooms. I was not expecting that. The office person was very helpful, pleasant and personable. We never had any problems with parking. We were able to walk to the Hot Springs and the shopping/restaurants in downtown. Very convenient. The room stayed very comfortable temperature wise. It was in the 90's when we were there. Down sides are we did not like the selection for the continental breakfast but there was a restaurant within a block. There is no coffee maker in the room.

This is a solid hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. Location is near many attractions and an easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Price wise, reasonable for the area. Only real down side is parking.

Free charging which is a must if you have a Tesla. They only have 2 but she said they don’t get too many EV’s there. It’s also the slower charge so she said it’s OK to leave it parked overnight, so you wake up with a full charge. You also need your Tesla adapter. The nearest charger in town is slow and after a long drive you don’t want to sit in the car anymore. The rooms are very nice and very clean, the only thing I would like better is a larger tv, better cable reception, and give us a free movie channel, but what they have is not bad. CNN had no audio, but that’s trash anyways.

The room was clean but old and the parking was weird. It’s like there are two separate hotels put together so you had to go out onto a busy street and loop into the another parking lot where our rooms was. The good thing is the staff is very accommodating and it’s within walking distance to the hot springs and town.

Glenwood Springs Inn I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I found a bug in my bed, and when I reported it to the front desk, I was told that it was “normal during this time of year.” I was shocked by the lack of concern and the unprofessional response from the staff. Instead of offering to help or resolve the situation, they simply dismissed it as something I should expect. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Basic cleanliness and guest comfort should always be a priority, regardless of the season. I would not recommend

We were blown away by how spacious our room was! We could set up the play pin for our one year old, and take that down and set up his pack and play, with room to spare! We really enjoyed the balcony common area as well. 5 minute walk to the hot springs, and dining options just as close.

The room was cramped, bed was practically in the bathroom, no room to get ready. The bed was slanted (probably cuz you have to sit on it to use the sink). Front Desk gal kept telling me the room was COZY! I paid a premium for COZY aka CRAMPED. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH ANOTHER PERSON. The only good thing I can say, is the maids were very sweet and friendly.

This is a simple little motel, really close to lots of businesses, clean, and some of it look like it had been redone (bathroom was nice and modern). Beds were comfortable and we made it work with our family of five for one night. It’s close to the springs, which is awesome, the springs are super fun and perfect for families! The only downside to this place was that we weren’t told / didn’t realize that the refrigerator was OFF by default and we needed to turn it on when we got there… and so we put in all of our food for our road trip and it spoiled overnight. When we let the management know, they were unsympathetic and said we should’ve known to turn on the fridge. We tried to contact hotels.com (who we booked through) and they weren’t able to resolve it with the hotel staff- they refused to make it right. It’s a bummer they didn’t have signage or some kind of indicator that you need to turn ON the fridge (it was a low fridge and hard to see the ON/OFF button); we lost about $50 of food and leftovers. When we brought it up to them, they didn’t really seem to care. We know that the staff of these businesses work hard and we definitely don’t want to drag a small business… but we were bummed about the customer service on this issue. If the fridge thing hadn’t happened, we have no complaints- it was a good experience!

Our stay was great, the hotel is very cute and conveniently located in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was limited but we went out for breakfast anyways so this wasn't a problem. Overall it was a clean, affordable stay right next to both the Glenwood adventure park and Glenwood hot springs. Would recommend to future travelers.

This hotel was very convenient to the freeway. Walking distance to restaurants and a gas station. The hot springs were close by. This was a great location. The room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was awesome in a cute dining building. They had waffles, bagels, yogurt and hard boiled eggs.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is polite. It’s is in perfect walking distance to downtown or the hot springs. The room felt bigger than a standard hotel room. Needless to stay just temper your expectations. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was very important for us.

This hotel is an old motel renovated. Think 1960's type room. That being said, it is VERY clean!! The grounds, the room, everywhere was immaculate! The Breakfast room is very nice and again, immaculate! The breakfast itself is so so. Muffins, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt. that's about it!

Loved our stay at this charming motel. The rooftop deck is a nice place to hang out and enjoy the night sky. My only critique would be about the continental breakfast. We came in at 8:30am (it ended at 9qm) and it didn't seem like they were worried about replenishing anything. So it was a bit of a let down and we went to the bakery down the road

The room was the very minimal required consisting of only 1 bedside table and the curtains could not block daylight in the morning. No reading lights and only 3 pillows. The person attending breakfast was very nice and accommodating and the coffee was ok, but I wouldn't call anything food, except for the bananas. We went to a restaurant for breakfast.

The Inn provides a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the small refrigerator and microwave worked. While the building itself is not new it has been maintained. The breakfast provided included: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bread, pastries, hard boiled eggs, tea, coffee and juice.

The front desk clerks were friendly. Rooms were clean, except for some spots on curtains, could use a washing. Quiet place, plenty of parking. Close to the hot springs. Could use a small coffee pot in room. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner worked great.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the rooftop balcony, it was a perfect spot to end a long day of hiking and a perfect launching pad to go to hanging lake the next morning. Easy checkin and checkout with friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
