LIVN West Loop Chicago 1 BR

Our room was very clean and cozy I appreciated all the little details such as bottled water left for our stay and the fact we were provided cleaning supplies and laundry detergent pods for the in room washer very thoughtful. I will definitely book again in the future

Amazing wonderful place to stay.

Infelizmente a minha experiência com o hotel LiVn West Loop não foi positiva. Eu tinha planejado apenas passar um fds em Chicago, mas meu voo foi cancelado por mau tempo. A cia aérea ofereceu uma alternativa q faria com q eu chegasse apenas no fim da tarde de sábado, em vez da manhã, o q comprometeria todo o meu fds. Assim q fui informada dentro da aeronave do cancelamento. Imediatamente (8am)tentei contato com o hotel para verificar à possibilidade de alterar a data ou encontrar alguma solução que reduzisse o meu prejuízo. O contato com LIVN foi extremamente demorado, quando conseguimos, fomos informados de que não seria possível alterar a reserva e nem receber qualquer tipo de reembolso. A equipe do hotéis.com foi super solicita, prestativa e rápida tentaram contato por mim, p buscar uma solução, mas infelizmente a LIVN não demonstrou a mesma disposição para negociar. O q mais me decepcionou foi a falta de flexibilidade. O hotel foi avisado pela manhã enquanto o checkin só aconteceria a tarde, Portanto havia ainda algumas horas para disponibilizar o quarto novamente. Mesmo entendendo q a tarifa escolhida não era reembolsável, sugeri alternativas, alterar a reserva para outra data, ou pelo menos receber um reembolso parcial, já que poderiam disponibilizar o quarto no domingo tb q eu não usaria. Mas infelizmente nenhuma alternativa foi oferecida e depois do contato inicial simplesmente deixaram de responder. Se atentem as condições de tarifa e se puderem escolham outra opção

Staff was available via text and was very responsible and helpful. Lockers are first come first serve but good if you’re checking out/checking in and need somewhere to keep luggage before or after check in/check out. The gym is laughable and feels more like an after thought. The exterior areas are underwhelming and industrial feeling but the room was spacious clean modern and useful. Very happy about the full size fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and washer and dryer. It was very very functional for work travel and will stay there again

There was no staff on property... You enter a code to get into building and room. No one came to clean while I was there, nor did I ever see any employee the entire time. The exercise room was small, but had treadmill and elliptical. Wasn't super comfortable walking into building at night.. Didn't feel terrible safe.
