The only complaint I have is that the ice maker was not turned on prior to my arrival so that I would have ice ready and waiting since there are no "traditional" hotel ice makers in the building. Other than that it was great!!

very clean and seemed very new. pet friendly. good tv and bed. only minor cons: footfalls (?) echo in the halls so there was periodic noise, and the location is only meh (easy to get to, but dumpy part of I-35).

We booked a one-night stay in this newly opened hotel with our two doodles. The gal at check-in was very friendly, our room was sparkling clean, the bed was super comfortable, and we had everything needed for our short stay—we would stay here again! Note: Hotels.com said ‘all pets stay free’ on their listing (false advertising), found out upon checking there IS a per pet fee.

Wonderful stay in Georgetown! Staff was polite and accommodating. Hotel was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Quiet hotel and surroundings. Will definitely book again if there is ever a need! Thank you for the great stay!
