Large clean room. Had to call to get room key code it was not sent as promised. 90% of the time there is No employee to talk to about If your not from germany we were told not use the plug adapter because it would kill the power supply. Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not refilled in common area 1/2 the time. Although plenty of coffee, cream and sugar were put out. Hotel is in a shopping strip with a grocery store right across the street that you can easily walk to. There is 20 steps and no elevators to get to the most rooms.

Very clean, friendly staff and breakfast was as expected. The bath towels were very stiff and uncomfortable to use, but overall a place I would stay at again and recommend
