I was told they have a hot tub when i checked in. But it was filled with green algae when i went to look at it and the staff then informed me that they ‘have’ a hot tub but it doesn’t work. I felt lied to and ask to cancel my room but they would let me.

Everything inside the property was broken - the elevator (and we had an upstairs room and I have a bad hip), the ice machine, the phone in our room, the fridge in our room...was a miserable stay and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Also, breakfast is not provided. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Carpet was dirty, room smelled, breakfast was terrible we didn’t stay for breakfast. No AC in the public areas, ice machine was broken, our room AC was so loud we didn’t get much sleep, AC unit in room was so close to the bed that one person froze and the other roasted. No extra roll of toilet paper and the one that was there was very low. Only two parking lot lights were working creating a security risk.

The AC was broke in the hallway and made our room hot. The fridge was not really keeping up well in the room. The elevator was out of service. There was no breakfast and was informed rates were adjusted accordingly, but no warning of this prior to arrival.

We would never stay there again. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Ice machine broken . Breakfast area shut down.

I think new owners are in charge. When we arrived, there was no soap in our bathroom, no breakfast (despite online info), no ice (machine out of order), no vending (machine empty), no elevator (out of order), and the most obtuse operating system for air-conditioning we have ever experienced. The front desk personnel (when they were present, which was rarely), hat no idea when any of these items were going to be brought to minimal, working standards. I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel, but it did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again. We were given a small discount on our daily fee because there was no breakfast. I hope things get better for their sake.

Elevator was down the whole time I was there. Also, there was no continental breakfast however they did give a discount for that. The ac in the main building was out. The side doors was not secure. The room ac worked well. Overall it was not the worst place to stay. The staff was excellent.

Rooms adequate and very clean. There was NO breakfast or working elevator .

This was an interesting facility. To begin with, the hallway on the way to the room reeked of highly spicy food cooking right across the hall from our room. There was some kind of electronic device on the hallway floor pumping out room deodorizer which unfortunately couldn't overcome the stink from the food. The room was very cramped and small. No bedside table on one side of the bed and outlets were scarce. But the worst part was the condition of the room. The carpet appeared as though it had not been vacuumed in months, if ever. It was filthy. the bathroom was dirty, with pubic hair on the rim of the toilet and on the floor around the base of the toilet as well as BM dried under the rim. Curiously, there was a spray bottle of toilet cleaner behind the bathroom door. The toilet paper was the smallest roll I have ever seen, more like something you might expect to find in a dollhouse, comical. There was hair on the shower curtain and towels. The eschuseon on the assist bar had so much black slimy filth caked around it, it was sickening, as well as black muck around the shower handle eschuseon. Shower floor was dangerously slick. I made a trip to a local store for cleaning supplies above and beyond what I travel with. This included Lysol spray to try to get rid of the foul odor of the room, like an old dirty nursing home smell. I did not however and of course buy a vacuum. The pillows were like small bags of solid rags in a case three times the size of the pillow.

WONDERFUL staff! Worked with me when my return was delayed. Two stays within a week, spotless room both times.

There was rust in the shower and the bathroom floor was sticky. Also stains all over the rug. And a blood stain on the bedding.

We love to stay at the Buffalo Inn. It is clean, affordable, and friendly. There are hood restaurants in the area and it halfway to visit our children.

No maid service for the entire stay! When leaving I found a bedbug on the bed. I had to go down to the office and get my key redone every night! I will be finding a new hotel for next year! They advertised a breakfast but none and no ice

Was an OK room once I figured out that most of the electronics were unplugged and had to do so myself. There was a lighting issue though...

The room was very warm. Uncomfortable beds and the bathroom was small.

The refrigerator in my room was making a terrible noise.

The room was very spacious, the pillows leaved a lot to be desired and the tv was stuck on downloading information the entire time.

Nice hotel, the price was great too. Unable to serve breakfast, discounted room rate to reflect that. The King room was very clean and spacious. The room darkening curtains have holes and leak light. The air conditioner worked properly, but is situated under the window blowing directly into the bottom side of the bed. Better bed placement in the room would fix this. Check in was lightning fast, and the staff were friendly.

I recommend this hotel if you're interested in a nice hotel at a reasonable price. Room was clean. That was very comfortable. Very quiet. We were able to get a good night's sleep. Convenient parking. Refrigerator in the room. Air conditioner worked well. Microwave in the room. Check in with convenient. Person at the front desk was very pleasant.

I really wanted to like this place but: AC unit loud enough to wake the dead! Ice machine not working. Snack vending machine empty. No breakfast or coffee available as described. Phone not working due to a cut cord. Had to go to the front desk to get washcloths. Parking lot lights not working.

There was not breakfast served even though the website said breakfast included. The website also said front desk staffed 24/7. When I arrived I had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive to check me in. Then when it was time to check out no one was at the front desk and I had to call again to be able to check out. Felt very unsafe and unfriendly.

Well i find this property very hard to review as we showed up after 14 hours of driving to no one there. We arrived at 23:00 to an empty front desk, we searched the laundry room and kitchen as well as behind the desk, pounded on the office door, phoned the front desk in hopes of it going through to anyone that worked there, and we also tried the call button and had no response there either. I understand that issues can arise but we went in the next morning and were treated with disregard but informed that the owner would get in touch with me. He did call and told me that he would remove the charge via Travelocity and that he would get back to me with some form of compensation for my wasted time and the fact that i payed almost double the amount at the hotel next to them. It has been 17 days since that conversation and i just got off the phone after having to resolve the problem myself and the owner of this property has just ignored calls and texts and as far as i can see has no intention of rectifying the issue. What i saw of the hotel it was clean (we did search everywhere but inside a room) but as far as service I would heavily recommend that if you want to use this property you do so in person and hope that you don’t need any service after 22:00 because on line bookings are obviously not a priority to them!

This is not a place for women to stay alone. My husband "surprised" me halfway into my stay. The front desk person gave him a key and told him my room number with no ID needed and no phone call to me to verify. Luckily he wasn't an axe muderer or the crackheads hanging out outside. Had to request toilet paper, Sink leaks, pillows are small and flat, bed was just ok. Won't stay here again.

Affordable rate, consistent with the amenities. Clean room. Convenient to downtown area (4 miles or so).

Quiet and clean - close to downtown Buffalo and easy access to highway.

Property around facility needed work. Landscaping is not one their priorities. Liked the rural setting, was quiet.

Cost and location

Although not on the historic Main Street, it is a 5 minute drive and across from a steakhouse and close to a local drive in, It is very clean and convenient property-- There are a good bed, hot water, good cable tv, microwave, fridge and soap, conditioner and coffee in room. Very good value. I would stay here again.

We took a chance on this large non-chain property and are very happy! We got a good rate for tge midfle of summer. Includes a guest laundry, ADA compatible, indoor pool. Everything seems new, very clean, very quiet. Breakfast room is being remodeled so a discount is given off the room instead of serving which is fine by us. Double room is a little on the small side, but just fine for our needs. This hotel is on the outskirts of town a little off the freeway so not walkable, and closest dining options seem limited to a Pizza Hut and fast food Mexican or burgers a shory drive away. Staff is great!

We stay here regularly on our way to Denver. Always clean, good restaurants in the area, and close to the interstate. Very economical and very clean and comfortable.

Matresses seemed to be rather worn and to much give-back aches. AC barely worked it was cooler in the hallway than in the room. Doorways at either end were propped open all night long. Icemaker by front desk didn't work and vending machine was empty. Advertised breakfast was non-existent.

I booked this hotel specifically for the Continental breakfast and it was absolutely unacceptable. A box of cereal and expired milk is ridiculous.

No breakfast, altho that was noted by a sign at checkin. Said coffee would be ready at 7am. At 7:05 the coffee was not warm and kinda bitter. Ice machine was out of order. Candy machine was out of order. Room was clean and fine. And price was good.

Rooms were pretty small but clean. Elevator was broke and they didn’t have breakfast even though it states they would.

The check-in was okay. The employee at the front desk was not very friendly. The entire parking lot was empty when we pulled in. I had reserved a king room, but when i checked in, she said she didnt have any kings available. The property page pictures on Expedia show breakfast, but they do not serve breakfast. Sign on the front desk counter says rental price of room does not include breakfast. The room was ok. There was garbage left in the microwave. I personally wouldnt stay here again, but its not a bad motel.
