This hotel is a bit small but very well managed and maintained. The rooms are clean and maintained daily. It is centered in the heart of the Las Arenas beach and boardwalk and a 10 minute walk to the port and marina. The bar/restaurant has the second best dinner and late night crowds. I extended my stay three days and will recommend it ya everyone.

Espectacular habitación con vistas a la playa, en primera línea, habitación muy cómoda, de estilo sencillo y funcional. Bar restaurante debajo del hotel. Personal agradable. Habitación y baño limpios. En mi opinion colocaría alguna estantería en el baño para quitar el carrito puesto que el baño no es muy grande hay que mover el carro cada vez que se entra al baño

Very good location, very close to the beach with lots of dining options nearby. Room cleanliness was questionable and had bad smells, including cigarette smells all over the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but with a very limited time window.

El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel y la habitación muy bonitos. Las vistas al mar y playa fantásticas pero la habitación tenía muchos desperfectos: el cristal de la ventana partido y empañado, el grifo de la ducha se rompió y no paraba de salir agua, por lo q nos tuvieron q cambiar de habitación. El ruido de la discoteca al aire libre se oye incluso con tapones de los oidos. El desayuno muy justo (zumo, croissant y bebida).

El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel y la habitación muy bonitos. Las vistas al mar y playa fantásticas pero la habitación tenía muchos desperfectos: el cristal de la ventana partido y empañado, el grifo de la ducha se rompió y no paraba de salir agua, por lo q nos tuvieron q cambiar de habitación. El ruido de la discoteca al aire libre se oye incluso con tapones de los oidos. El desayuno muy justo (zumo, croissant y bebida).

The rooms are extremely small and the beds are very hard, although the view was beautiful and the staff was very nice. If you are here to party and stay out until 4 am then this might be the place for you. Otherwise if you want to sleep around midnight…good luck. The noise from the surrounding clubs and the fireworks at 3 am every night made it nearly impossible.

The property is AMAZING on the beach side (although it looks pretty sketchy on the front side) - be sure to get a beach view if you can… it was gorgeous!

Todo en general muy bien, es un hotel pequeño pero bastante nuevo y muy limpio, está en primera línea de playa y tiene cerca parada de taxi, bus y tranvia. Pero lo mejor sin duda la atención del personal, todos encantadores ( en especial Halim, espero haberlo escrito bien )

Good location between bars and restaurants, very close to the beach. We were not bothered much with noice, but it is in the middle of a very busy area, so expect to wake up now and then;-) Hotel is what these hotels are, not big luxury, but location is the thing. We had a nice stay, would book again.

The hotel is clean which is our nr1. The shower was nice and OK, basic but clean. Breakfast is basic 1 cup coffee or tea or orange juice. 2pcs bread with marmelade or butter or jam. 1 cup more? Then you need to pay extra, even if you skipped breakfast the day before…. This is a bit too cheap and makes you wonder?… All people are nice also the night-watch. You can go out to nightclub (Mya is nice) and get back to the hotel at 6:00hrs. No problem! Its location is fantastic at the beach. Mind you a room with sea view makes no sense as big trucks are moving sand the whole day long… All and all? Great place for a weeks holiday!

Las vistas al mar y playa fantásticas pero la habitación tenía muchos desperfectos: el cristal de la ventana partido y empañado, el grifo de la ducha se rompió y no paraba de salir agua, por lo q nos tuvieron q cambiar de habitación. El ruido de la discoteca al aire libre se oye incluso con tapones de los oidos. El desayuno muy justo (zumo, croissant y bebida).

El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel y la habitación muy bonitos. The hotel is clean which is our nr1. The shower was nice and OK, basic but clean. Breakfast is basic 1 cup coffee or tea or orange juice. 2pcs bread with marmelade or butter or jam. 1 cup more? Then you need to pay extra, even if you skipped breakfast the day before…. This is a bit too cheap and makes you wonder?… All people are nice also the night-watch. You can go out to nightclub (Mya is nice) and get back to the hotel at 6:00hrs. No problem! Its location is fantastic at the beach. Mind you a room with sea view makes no sense as big trucks are moving sand the whole day long… All and all? Great place for a weeks holiday!

Very good location, very close to the beach with lots of dining options nearby. Room cleanliness was questionable and had bad smells, including cigarette smells all over the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but with a very limited time window.

Nice clean room helpful man on the desk . Breakfast is basic but nice and says free breakfast included, parking for free on the road felt a safe area .

A basic but clean hotel right on the beach-at Valencia. Our room did leak water from the window but that was during Storm Adam, exceptional weather. Staff were attentive though. A 0 mark for amenities only because there aren't any. Simple, clean comfortable accommodation on the beach at Valencia

Myself and a friend stayed here for two nights whilst visiting a festival at La Marina. The hotel is a 5 minute walk along the beach so an ideal place for anyone going to an event there. There are two tram stops, each within a five minute walk. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were spotless. They gave us a sea view and although you could here a bit if sound from the Beach Club nearby, it didn't interrupt our sleep. The beach itself is enormous and had lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. El Cabanyal was also a really pretty place and we spent a few hours walking around the back streets and food market. We also found a cool food court, Mercabanyal that was great to grab lunch and reasonably prices drinks. I'm hoping Visor Fest is there again next year as well both happily stay there again.

The place was fine and the balcony area was outstanding. The first and real issue was the bed/bedroom. This was a European queen bed we are traveling in Europe. But the room was exactly 1 foot wider than the bed on three sides. You basically fall into bed from the door. Not practical but we prepaid. Next there is the front desk staff. I found them okay, but not the hotel staff we had just left. My wife found them rude.
