Inside, the kitchen and dining area is well equipped with everything needed for group catering, while the sitting room offers a comfortable place to gather, complete with a piano and a selection of games for added entertainment. The accommodation includes five well-arranged bedrooms, with four doubles upstairs and a further double on the ground floor, making it suitable for mixed groups. These are served by a family bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, adding extra convenience. Off-road parking is available, and the house is well-suited to both short stays and longer breaks. East Cowes has shops, cafés, pubs and the ferry terminal all within easy reach on foot, making getting around straightforward. Venturing further afield by car opens up more of the island's highlights. Newport offers historic streets, independent shops and riverside walks, while Wootton Bridge is known for its relaxed atmosphere and access to coastal paths. The wider Isle of Wight invites exploration too, from sandy beaches and woodland trails to historic houses and scenic viewpoints. Within East Cowes there are a number of fascinating attractions, including the historic site of Osbourne House, where Queen Victorian once stayed, the classic Boat Museum where you can learn about wonderful stories with beautiful boats and East Cowes Heritage Centre, providing an insight into the area. One of the main draws to the town is the East Cowes Marina, a quiet neighbour to the busy marinas in Cowes. The 360 berth marina is located just 500m south of the Cowes floating bridge, and is open from 8am to 8pm in the summer and 8am to 5pm in the winter.
