From what we could see, this actually appears to be an apartment building with a floor or so of hotel rooms. We say this because there is no hotel staff (they email you 2 codes, a building access code--this turned out to be unnecessary because the back door lock was broken & always open ☹️ & your room code.) When we entered the building, we were greeted with piles of people's Amazon package deliveries, just dumped on the lobby floor. The room was tiny--don't bring anything more than a carry-on bag if you don't want to feel cramped. And some families with children may object to the decor, which features pictures of naked & suggestively dressed women. But it was clean, comfortable enough, and there was parking. It just felt more like a place for a naughty getaway with a mistress than a hotel, IMHO.

Very clean upscale vibe, classy decor, big bed, comfortable. Although this is in Peobody, it is a classy nice place. Peobody is just not that close to the coast or any cool areas. It’s near the mall
