The room and property appear to be newly remodeled and pretty. However the room (and the 7 others my parents tried) were very humid- the carpet was wet (incredibly wet by the ac unit), even the sheets and blankets were damp making it uncomfortable in an otherwise comfortable bed with nice pillows. In the morning the front desk was not staffed- several other breakfast guests had tried ringing the bell for assistance and nobody ever came. The included breakfast buffet was bare with most options empty or out and the attendant came once to add sausage. Another guest was attempting to replace the bag of pancake mix. I do not recommend staying here.

The staff was very welcoming & helpful but overall they were very unprepared for the amount of people staying for a large event. Many days breakfast was not out in time ir they ran out. Management told us that all they had to provide was omelets & the additions meat & potatoes was optional on them. The pool 1st day we went was not enjoyable as it reeked so bad of chlorine I sneezed the entire time & had burning eyes. Our microwave in the room did not work & housekeeping came in even when we had posted not to. They had a shortage of towels & pillows the entire time. For the price, I would stay again with managed expectations.

Looked on the newer side still smelled like paint. They double charged me for room. When I called they told me I would get a refund. Got charged again. Called again was waiting 20 minutes before anyone picked up and was told they couldn’t do anything to call back the next day and talk to a manager.
