Un des meilleurs hôtels visité sur l'île de Crête. Personnel attentif, aimable. Accueil parfait d'un vrai hôtel 5* Architecture faite pour vous sentir bien et en vacances. Tout compris et tout est mis à disposition pour que vous soyez bien. Boissons et glaces à disposition à la plage. Petite plage abritée des grosses vagues. Manque le sable pour que vous puissiez entrer facilement Les repas bien présentés et mis en valeur. Les chambres sont bien disposées. L'unique point négatif ce sont les salles de bains qui doivent ^être rénovées ainsi qu'une protection du soleil qui ne permet pas de garder au frais la chambre, étant donné que la climatisation s'éteint quand vous sortez de la chambre.

Positiv: Vielfältige Essen- und Getränkeangebote, sehr nette und hilfreiche Personal, gute Kinderprogramme, abwechselnde Abendprogramme, privater Strandzugang. Verbesserungswürdig: Zimmerausstattung ist in die Alte gekommen und brauche demnächst Renovierung/Modernisierung.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our vacation in Greece. The best part of our experience was the staff – they were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Five star to Janis, he is excellent he goes above and beyond for clients. That said, the hotel itself would benefit from some renovation, as the facilities feel a bit outdated. The restaurant could also use more attention to cleanliness. Overall, the people made our stay enjoyable, but with some updates and improvements, this hotel could be much better. Aleksandra

The rooms and air conditioning are outdated and need renovation. The restrooms in the main area have an unpleasant smell, so adding air fresheners would help. The food is decent, but the plates and glasses are often dirty. On a positive note, I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were.
