Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft but overall as mentioned it was good value. Checkout is very early at 10am especially considering they don't allow you in the room before 16.

Even at a budget hotel mold is not acceptable and is a health issue. The listed amenity of the TV is not working so that should be removed as an amenity and that is false advertising. I shall file a formal complaint with the commission in Brussels regarding this establishment. Any room with mold should not be rented out due to health issues until appropriate measures have been taken to completely remove the mold. Travelers should also be aware that this is an older building so it does take around 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Also as others have pointed out there really aren't any convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants or really anything in walking distance. I took the 98 bus (the 98 bus stop is on the street) into Brussels and it generally took around 30 minutes to get to the Grand Hall area. So you should be prepared for that if you plan to use public transportation.

This is a good hotel/small flats service in proportion with the price offered. The building definatelyneeds re-novation, but as said before it is OK for what you pay! Garden on the back side very nice! Soome more tables would be better! Staff very good, kind and helpfull! Overall good!

War alles ok. Besonders die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Gebäude. Nur Wlan funktionierte ganz schlecht, war mir aber nicht so wichtig. Ich würde wieder kommen.

They emailed us a code to open a safe that was supposed to contain the envelope for self-check-in. However, when we arrived and opened the safe, it was empty. We contacted the hotel, and they said they couldn’t reach the manager and told us to wait. They couldn’t specify how long we would need to wait. After approximately an hour, the manager finally arrived and gave us the envelope. When we requested to cancel our reservation, we were told we needed to speak with the manager to discuss a refund. The room itself was a total disaster. It smelled terrible, just like the rest of the hotel. The bed was sagging in the middle, and the sheets also smelled bad. The entire room, including the bathroom, was old and poorly maintained. Additionally, the parking that was advertised was not available, and the hotel looked nothing like the photos. It felt unsafe as well; the door locked with a basic key, and it didn’t seem sturdy. There was a small heater in the room, but no outlet to plug it in. What’s worse, we weren’t the only ones facing issues. There were others in the same situation, frustrated with the lack of service. Despite all this, no apology or compensation was offered. Being left in the cold, waiting without any clear communication, was an unacceptable experience. We’ll be lucky if we didn’t catch something from this place.

Great stay an easy bus ride from the city center. Room came with a microwave, kettle, and basic dishes/utensils. Good accommodation. Reception was rarely in which wasn’t an issue (but may be depending on check-in and check-out needs).

We booked in this place again after 2 years. Before covid outbreak everything was excellent, and still is. You get much more than you pay, the place is nice and tidy, the location excellent and accessible 24/7 using buses (Peterbos stop has connection to Gare du midi & Gare Centrale and by using the Meir you can get to Midi pretty early if you need so. Anderlecht is a quiet place if you re not looking for troubles, so i can't find any reason someone wont choose these flats instead of the much more expensive right in the center. If i had a complaint to say, it would be that we may wanted a little better housekeeping but it didn't bother us much. Even so, we 'll book there next time we ll find ourselves in Brussels 100%. Merci!

Very poor quality. Paint peeling of rotten wood in bathroom. One very small pillow per person (more of a cushion really). Very noisy at night as all solid floors, no carpet. Link clanked regularly. Shower doors open inwards! Generally, looks like nothing has been touched since it was built. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful however.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy. There were smears of what appeared to be feces on the toilet, and the gap between the sink and shower has clearly never been cleaned; there was all sorts of dirt, hair, and other miscellaneous gunk down there. The light fixture in the bedroom was full of dead flies, as well. Would not stay here again.

C’est un hôtel qui correspond à son prix. La chambre avait les commodité de base. L’environnement de l’hôtel peu être bruyant suivant les clients. L’isolation phonique laisse vraiment à désirer. Le couchage est bon.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist auch gut, da die Unterkunft zwischen zwei Busstationen ist. Laut war es während unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht. Es wurde lediglich im Flug wenig gelüftet und der ständige Geruch von Essen war etwas unangenehm.

J'y ai été pour des raisons professionnelles et l'équipe a été géniale. Le cadre est accueillant, on se sent comme à la maison et on n'est pas dérangé ni par les voisins ni par le bruit extérieur. Sommeil paisible et je le recommande!

I got the key to the hotel room from a nighttime key box. Then, I was so surprised because I found out there has been already someone else in that room when I opened it. So I had to find somewhere to stay at that night. I was so tired about it.

The hostel has a staff working only few hours 9-11 am and 4:00 to 6:00 pm. If you need assistance only by phone. Drop key box to check out. NO SOAP enough for 3 days only do cleaning once a week. The worst hostel I stayed in my entire life.

Nous avons passé une nuit convenable mais je suis contente de ne pas y avoir beoin d'une seconde nuit. Correspond à une offre budget. Il faut bien faire attention a regarder les instructions par mail avant d'arriver. Je n'avais pas reçu les instructions et donc n'avait aucune information tout en sachant qu'il n'y aurait pas d'accueil surplace.
