Clean and spacious apartments with fridge, kitchen and Living room with sofa bed and TV too. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub too. Cleanness can be improved specifically for toilets. Staffs are nice and kind too but sometimes communication could be bad but we always get it done. Overall a great place for families too and parking cost 14 euro per nighy underground.

The property was in an excellent location for tourists to Dublin . The apartments were clean in good condition and comfortable beds and sofas in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook a meal with everything you needed. Exceptional value for money in a city where accommodation was expensive !

Would have liked to given this five stars but couldn’t. This accommodation is what it is and done very well. It seems to rely on a traveler staying a few extra days at a reasonable city price. Not a hostel but also not a full service hotel. If this is what you like this is the place for you. To us it always seemed like everything was a little extra work. The staff is skeletal , the rooms felt like my college dorm room. And getting anywhere else in the facility seemed like a journey. Again if you don’t mind a little extra effort and no extra touches stay here. I think we walked by another stay hotel up the road on our daily journeys it looked like it had a restaurant within it.

The rooms appear to recently remodeled with good amenities and in excellent condition. Secure underground parking is available for a daily fee paid separately. There are multiple buildings in the facility, which are all accessed through one reception area, which makes access to the rooms less convenient. Being in the city on a main road there was significant noise, that was only partially mitigated by closing the windows.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location and I enjoy it. I travel with my elderly father and want to be close to him, so having an apartment style accomodation is perfect. Check-in and out are always easy. The apartment was clean and having access to the onsight parking garage is always a plus!

So handy to get to from the airport, easy to find and check in, well appointed, well situated for groceries, quiet and clean, so handy for a bigger family with a kitchen/livingroom and separate bedrooms! I would absolutely use Staycity again!

Wonderful!! Had an issue with double charging but the staff promptly fixed it. The apartment was spacious with several rooms and a kitchen and laundry. Easy location for exploring Dublin!

The staff were lovely especially a member called Paul. Otherwise the property and facilities are terrible. I felt unsafe and the room was old and had a terrible smell. At one point the verandah door to our hotel was wide open when we returned after a day out which left us feeling very uneasy. The location while close and convenient was in a scary place. I will not be staying at a Staycity branch ever again.

Property is in need of refurbishment. Carpets bit sticky. Freezer is diabolical. Windows were filthy,Kitchen cabinets wonky delaminating etc there was not enough water for us all to shower therewere only 3 adults, on the plus size the reception staff were brilliant

Fantastic apartment, very spacious, loved the balcony and the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend and would return. Was very dubious reading some of the negative comments however I cannot fault the place. Reception staff were absolutely lovely too!

Window adjacent to car park entry, and popular location for loud conversations at 3-4 am on all 3 nights of our stay. Broken towel rail in bathroom, no bath plug for bath, no hairdryer in room.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. But there was no air conditioning and no fans were provided. I would recommend bringing your own portable fan if staying in the summer months because the open windows do not do much to cool down the rooms in the ever.

We enjoyed our stay in Dublin and the 2bedroom apartment we rented was clean and convenient for walking to all of the sights. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noise. The hotel backs onto a residential apartment complex with a sports court and kids were up until nearly midnight shrieking, setting of fireworks and making so much noise it was very disruptive. We had a room that looked down towards the sports court and I wished we’d had a room on the street side instead. Other than the noise which was no fault of the hotel, it was a good stay.

Really loud, and really hot! No fans to help with the muggy hot nights. It was extremely loud in the area and we had kids shinning laser pointers in our windows. The area is surrounded by social services boarding. Not a good experience

Very centrally located walk to lots of attractions. The doors don’t stay open which is odd so we had to prop every door open with our shoes. There is even a door to the living room/ kitchen

Lovely apartment in middle of Dublin. Just in middle between Guinness Storehouse and Temple Bar area. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Apartment nice and tidy and exactly what you need for a city break with family.

Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning. Keep up the great work.

We got bumped and moved to another property - they initially told me that there was a maintenance issue but when we got to the other property it was because they overbooked. It wouldn't be so bad but I had booked and apartment and the other property only had a single bed room. Also no on-site parking. Very disappointing. I've stayed here before and it's a good place to stay as it's walkable to the Temple area and around downtown Dublin.
We got bumped and moved to another property - they initially told me that there was a maintenance issue but when we got to the other property it was because they overbooked. It wouldn't be so bad but I had booked and apartment and the other property only had a single bed room. Also no on-site parking. Very disappointing. I've stayed here before and it's a good place to stay as it's walkable to the Temple area and around downtown Dublin.

The staff were lovely especially a member called Paul. Otherwise the property and facilities are terrible. I felt unsafe and the room was old and had a terrible smell. At one point the verandah door to our hotel was wide open when we returned after a day out which left us feeling very uneasy. The location while close and convenient was in a scary place. I will not be staying at a Staycity branch ever again.

The property was in an excellent location for tourists to Dublin . The apartments were clean in good condition and comfortable beds and sofas in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook a meal with everything you needed. Exceptional value for money in a city where accommodation was expensive !

Gut Ausgestattetes Apartment. Sehr gute Location. Zu fuss die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar, Wir waren grundsätzlich rundum zufrieden. In der Küche fehlte ein Handtuch zum Abtrocknen und mühsam war dass die Türen sich immer selbst schliessen. Wir mussten etwas unterklemmen damit die Türen offen blieben zum lüften.

Very centrally located walk to lots of attractions. The doors don’t stay open which is odd so we had to prop every door open with our shoes. There is even a door to the living room/ kitchen

We rented ann apartment for our family of five. Great location with easy walking access to a number of sites in Dublin. We chose to make our own meals so the kitchen was very practical. Grocery stores nearby for anything you might need. Would definitely recommend this for a family stay or small group.

The staff was terrific and very helpful in answering questions. One thing is they need hours on the courtyard. Since there was no air conditioning, you had to open the windows. People were out there at all hours of the night yelling and screaming and playing ball. It made sleeping difficult, particularly since we were on Floor 1, level with the courtyard. The other issue was we were told there were laundry facilities in the room, there was a closet that said washer/dryer, but none in our room or the second room I had for my son and his family. It would have been helpful rather than dragging the clothes down to the front desk, who again were very accommodating to getting them washed. With the heat, door stops would have been helpful because you couldn’t circulate air without propping open the doors that automatically slammed shut. Fans would have been helpful as well.
