Hotel La Opera

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at La Opera Hotel booked through Hotels.com. The actual experience was far below the advertised standards. There was no proper water supply, no internet connectivity, and the TVs were not working. Food arrangements were inadequate, and housekeeping was poor, with rooms not cleaned on time. Some rooms had non-functional toilet flushes, raising serious hygiene concerns. Basic services were delayed or neglected unless we repeatedly requested them. Although the staff was helpful, the hotel's overall facilities and management were inadequate. Most importantly, breakfast was included in our booking, but the hotel refused to provide it at the last minute. These were not minor inconveniences but multiple failures to provide the basic facilities and services promised at the time of booking. We trusted Hotels.com and paid for accommodation based on the facilities advertised on your platform. We should not have to pay for services that were unavailable or denied. I therefore request a FULL REFUND of the entire amount paid for this booking. Please investigate this complaint, take appropriate action, and confirm the refund at the earliest. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will consider approaching the appropriate consumer grievance authorities. I expect Hotels.com to take responsibility and provide a fair resolution.
