The pool was never opened? Yet when I called about my reservation, I was told it was. It was the reason that we chose it because of my kids.The pool looked clean. When I asked about possibly getting coffee at 9am because the carafes were empty they were put up. Why would you be a pet friendly hotel, yet have nowhere to walk your pet? Signs posted everywhere stating that it was a $150 fine or eviction if your pet was caught on any of the grass? Had to take my pet across the street to a 1 1/2 foot strip of grass literally beside the road that cars were flying down. The halls smelled of marijuana and the rooms were very humid. Drug deals happening in the parking lot. Overall very disappointed and had to break the news to a very upset child that they couldn't swim.

Front Desk was Very Nice. Room could have been a bit cleaner. The house keeper left someone’s Tshirt in the room and the Microwave had a bunch of crumbs. Other than that. It was a comfortable stay. The Elevator could be a bit faster, and I love the secured parking. I definitely would stay here again

Overall a good experience expect that they have a gated parking lot. You must pay for parking and there is a significant wait for the elevator and it's constantly crowded. People actually live in the hotel

This was the most disgusting motel 6 I’ve ever been to. There are people lurking all around the outside and in the lobby. The pool was closed because the emergency phone was broken. Go figure. The hallways and elevator were dirty and smelled. The room was absolutely disgusting. Blood on the bathroom floor. Burn marks on the toilet. Marijuana residue on top of the microwave. The sheets were stained and pubic hair. I didn’t even stay an hour I got a refund and got out of there expeditiously

It was horrible, the room was still dirty when I got it, the room wasn't ready when I got there 2 hours after my reservation..no continental breakfast was offered one elevator was working the pool wasn't accessible..the front desk clerks were all rude from the 7am shift the 3 pm shift especially the housekeeper wouldn't give out extra towels like it was coming out there checks or something there were people hanging out at all times of the days/nights it wasn't safe.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had specifically requested 2 beds but were initially told there wasn't one available. The staff person was able to get us one. The wait for the shuttle was minimal. The motel was generally not clean and smelled unpleasant when we arrived. There were broken tiles, and one of the elevators quit working.

Upon arrival things looked nice but after going deeper into the hotel things were awful. The hallways were dirty and littered with empty alcohol bottles , elevators were left dirty and wet from pool water, there were large dead COCKROACHES by the ice machines and that’s before getting into the room. Once in our room we discovered that the showers didn’t work and the hand sink only had extremely hot water with very low water pressure. The sheets had stains that were yellow and red and the whole room smelled like mildew and boiled eggs. DO NOT STAY HERE. Don’t even waste your time or your hard earned money. Out of my whole trip my biggest regret was staying here! The only good thing was the manager lady who had to reactivate our room cards over 3 TIMES and change us to a different room with a working (dirty) shower. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room smell as if someone smoked marihuana. The bed sheets had stain on them and no pillow cases. The Towels had hair all over them and dirty stains. There was low water pressure. The building on the 5th and 6th floor smelled terrible. The floor near the AC was flooded. It was just a terrible place to stay in my opinion. Great staff though.

I ended up immediately cancelling and requesting a refund once entering the room. The hallways smelled of smoke even though there are signs located throughout the outside and inside saying it’s a smoke free property. The bed sheets had stains all over them. Went to the office to let the manager know she gave me clean sheets to change myself. No room service was available or housekeeping. Once removing the sheets there were clear stains of bodily fluid on the mattress cover. That’s when I asked for a refund. The facility isn’t not livable. I wouldn’t even want a homeless person staying here. The elevator was dirty. People had trash piled up outside their doors. I believe this motel is to be considered an extended stay. People are actually living out of these rooms.

It was roaches everywhere I couldn't sleep because roaches were crawling in the bed. Bugs were on the ceiling so I didn't sleep so I sat up in the chair until it got day light. I would love a refund because that was a very bad stay.

Our room was dirty, still had soap (in bottom of bathtub, from prior guest), pillows were filthy and flat, sliding door had a black bag (on handle) with dirty underwear and dirty pad, sheets looked dirty, wash clothes and towels were extremely ragged/thin and dingy. After a transatlantic flight we really needed to sleep before a next morning early flight. The patio doors didn’t close so every flight taking off made the wardrobe glass rattle. All we could hear all night were police sirens, rain and planes. Wifi didn’t work anywhere on the property. Worst stay ever.

Room was on side of building against dumpsters. There were many dumpsters for hotel and surrounding businesses. Heard dump trucks from 2am on. Was in georgia 1 night for a job interview at 6am. It did not go well on zero sleep.

Bare bones furnishings. I have used motel 6 on and off for 50 yrs but this the first time i have ever been physically uncomfortable in the room due to it sparse furnishings.

We had a no smoking room that smelled like years of smoking had been done in it (tar and Nicatine smell) and they just put a tag on the door saying no smoking room. The room didn't have a TP roller holder and no kleenex's the shower had a low volume shower head that worked but took forever to get the soap off. The balcony door could not be openned so if there was a fire you would have to brake the glass to get outside. At all hours of the night big Motorcycles could be heard down below the room. Next time I won't believe the ratings on the place and go to a better brand, Motel 6 has run it's course and should look at renivations and or replacement. As well as a fight that a customer had with the lady at checkout where he said he didn't have useable shower in the room and wanted his money back, she did give him 30 dollars back, I should have asked for something for the no smoking room that recked.

I attempted to contact the property to confirm I could check in at 3a due to being stuck at the airport. I got through once was told the property was closed and got hung up on. Then I and the hotel.com reps tried for an hour and the phone just rang. So I stayed somewhere else and was denied a refund.

AC didnt work and they didn’t send anyone to fix it. Room was dirty and old, carpet was filthy. Smelled like marihuana as soon as you enter the front desk area. Horrible customer service

I understand it was crazy, waited 3 hours for checkin, still had a long line at 4 am. When I asked for a refund, was turned down.

I did not stay. When I arrived I was told that they had given my room to someone else and that there were no available rooms. On top of that I was told that I had to wait two hours for the shuttle back to the airport. Then I was told I had to contact hotels.com. Also there was an elderly couple there in the exact same situation. This is all going on on the third day of trying to get a flight home on the middle of the chaos at the airport with no sleep.

I made a reservation and when I got there they said they were out of rooms, and told me to go to motel 6 20 minutes away they had rooms. Terrible. Why make a reservation then? I drove 8 hours to hear that. when i got to the other motel 6, tc did not work in one room, so they switched us and i slept with 10 roaches

Honestly I was afraid I would be disappointed . The hotel wind up being up to par, check in was a breeze. Payed extra fur early check in , (11am). I politely asked the desk clerk for an updated room (532) and was given an UPDATED ROOM BABY!!!! Hallways are long af so if you don’t like walking ask for a room closest to the elevator. Ask for towels at the front desk before going up to room! Save you a trip . Overall experience was pleasant , will stay here again

I booked Motel 6 thorough hotels.com, the booking was confirmed and paid in full. On arrival at the hotel, it turned out there were about 60 other customers waiting in line to check in. It took about two hours before i got to the desk, where i have found out that my booking was cancelled by the hotel and i was told i can buy a night (for a higher price) now to stay in. This was not a good experience and I didn't stay there.

Terrible. Dangerous neighbourhood. Dirty and smelly rooms. Stayed in many Motel 6’s which we’ve never encountered issues with but this was an exception. Do not recommend.

We stayed here the night before our 6am flight for just about 5 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle driver was friendly even at 4 am when we had to leave to catch our flight. I didn’t feel very safe outside of the hotel due to lots of sketchy lookin people walking around.

From the moment we walked in, I felt uncomfortable. Bad area and bad people hanging around outside and even entering the facility and congregating in the lobby. We decided to tough it out as we had already paid for the room. Upon entering the room, felt nasty when I first walked in and the hotel smelt of weed. There was only a sheet on the bed, no fitted sheet, with a comforter. Comforter had stains and sheet had hair folicles. There was dried ramon noodles down side and on top of mini fridge, floors in bathroom looked like they had not been swept this year. What sealed the deal for me was brown water came out of tub spout and there was not enough water pressure for shower head to work. I should have known better than to stay here with the security fence around parking area, controlled access and the trash hanging around outside.

No coffee offered in the lobby as advertised, the hall ways smell of weed. There is definitely a sketch vibe. Had to put chair in front of the door. Staff are ok they say its a non smoking hotel but the smell says other wise.

The pool was never opened? Yet when I called about my reservation, I was told it was. It was the reason that we chose it because of my kids.The pool looked clean. When I asked about possibly getting coffee at 9am because the carafes were empty they were put up. Why would you be a pet friendly hotel, yet have nowhere to walk your pet? Signs posted everywhere stating that it was a $150 fine or eviction if your pet was caught on any of the grass? Had to take my pet across the street to a 1 1/2 foot strip of grass literally beside the road that cars were flying down. The halls smelled of marijuana and the rooms were very humid. Drug deals happening in the parking lot. Overall very disappointed and had to break the news to a very upset child that they couldn't swim.

The dog park was disgusting, the doors slammed all night, the parking aytendent was rude, the night clerk was super short tempered. The day time clerk was lovely to deal with. There was no coffee in the room, and no cups for coffee for the coffee at the desk.

It was horrible, the room was still dirty when I got it, the room wasn't ready when I got there 2 hours after my reservation..no continental breakfast was offered one elevator was working the pool wasn't accessible..the front desk clerks were all rude from the 7am shift the 3 pm shift especially the housekeeper wouldn't give out extra towels like it was coming out there checks or something there were people hanging out at all times of the days/nights it wasn't safe.

We couldn’t use the elevator at all and I was on the sixth floor no lights in the stairwell and slippery surfaces around the entrances. Hotels should have a generator for emergency situations. I also paid for travel insurance on the property in case of incidents. The front desk lady also wrote down my room number wrong and the announced the actual room in front of everyone checking in. The property also charged us to park on the property that we have a reservation at.

My apologies to the maids , but the front desk staff in the morning. Needs a little refresher on being professional, and making inappropriate and rude comments about light skin and silver haired men are difficult. Hello , did you look at the customers or cancellation of a room , that had roaches and a busted AC , And the staff with grey hairs,, all were in earshot.. of your limited professional experience, and that’s the best joke for 19 year old brother. So not funny and almost got refund request ,

everything about the room was repulsive. with sticky clumps of hair and yellow stains on “new sheets” we went to the lobby for. additionally, there was constant drug/gang activity in and out front of the lobby, requiring a police officer to wait there almost all day. staff was also very clueless and rude. 0/10 stay all around this place needs to be demolished.
