Generalmente esta bien ,aunque las piscinas no son muy grandes para todos los apartamentos q hay...la comida genial,el trato bien y la animación podria estar mejor...le falta mas juegos variados durante el dia,pq siempre hacian lo mismo bailar y encima las mismas canciones(un poco cansino la verdad) waterpolo...juegos de agua etc...por ponen un ejemplo,es verdad q hiciero baloncesto y tiro con arco pero entre el calor y elmpoco entusiamo q le ponen...no se apuntaba nadie,poenso q es lo unico q deberian de cambiar un poco (por no.decir muchoo)un saludo.Gracias

This property doesn’t have excellent air conditioning system. After several complaints and after involving Expedia the hotel finally gave a reliable room. The breakfast has same stuff every day which is pretty boring and below standards. Parking for cars is a big hike, depends where you stay on the top end or lower end of the entrance. Beds were comfy to sleep but don’t expect to get the bed sheets changed every day. They only charge them every 4 days which is a shame. Television doesn’t work so kids could feel bored. The hotel has an average sized pool and tennis court. Overall I would rate this hotel to be 3 star or lower.

All inclusive but they know their way to get money. 40€ to keep the room one hour (until 12), they save money on cleaning (you don’t want to look under the bed!), one day we did’t get bed linen, another day they forgot to refill towels. Food was good. The possibility to get away from the busy and noisy mail buffet two night a week was appreiciated (just be aware you have to pay for wine yourself these nights). Pool area is nice. Short distance to beach at Anfi and just a short walk over the mountain (2k) to Puerto Rico

Could be a really lovely hotel but food very mediocre at best , staff in the restaurant very nice . . Some music round the pool in the day would help. Some low level lighting in the restaurant and in the evening by pool bar instead of bright spot lights ! Also again maybe some music in the evenings by the pool bar , people may have a dance after the quiz etc Sorry. Just lacking a few things

Okay for a 1 night stay. It's easy to get lost navigating around. Had to get several different lifts and walk in between to get to room and bit of a nightmare pushing cases around when we arrived. Breakfast was nice .

This hotel is an absolute disaster and a waste of money. The only way to reach the rooms is by stairs, making it a nightmare with luggage. The constant hammering from ongoing construction is unbearable—I have video proof. The bathroom is a joke, with no shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. The in-room phone is dead, making it impossible to reach the front desk. The noise levels make sleeping impossible, turning nights into torture. Cleaning is pathetic, and the so-called “free parking” is almost never available. Spending hundreds of dollars here with family is beyond frustrating—this place is a scam.

purtroppo devo raccontare di un esperienza pessima. la stanza sporca con il pavimento attaccaticcio e lurido. un senso di sporcizia imperante.. lo scarico rotto. si doveva aprire il cassetto e scaricare manualmente. mancavano le lenzuola per il terzo letto . ho dovuto dare le mie a mio figlio e dormire con un piumone lercio è pieno di polvere. ovviamente ho provato a contattare la reception con il servizio whatsapp dedicato perché al telefono non rispondevano.. messaggio letto con (richiesta di lenzuola e cuscino) ma mai risposto! ero stato alte volte in questo hotel e seppur mai entusiasta l ultimo soggiorno è stato da film horror.. che dire , sono sempre restio a dare recensioni negative ma in questo caso era inevitabile . ultima chicca ; al check out ho mostrato la chat della sera prima a cui non hanno risposto, mi ha sorriso.. senza parole!

Appartement spacieux avec un très grand balcon. La douche sans dénivelé est spacieuse, avec un peu de moisissure au sol. 17 min de marche pour aller à la plage la plus proche, très agréable. Stationnement gratuit possible à proximité. La nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est très avenant.

Residence curato, con adeguati servizi (reception , piscina, bar, ecc). Parcheggio comodo. Note negative: scarsa pulizia della stanza (polvere sotto il letto e bricciole sotto il tavolo e sul balcone) e non veniva applicara nessun tipo di raccolta differenziata e nel 2023 mi sembra assurdo e poco rispettoso per il pianeta in cui viviamo.

Habitaciones sucias ,carriles de ropero,rincones, televisión parte trasera, rodapiés,techos de ropero Cocina ,y sobre todo pelos en los forros de los colchones y no Heran nuestro yo soy rubia y mi esposo no tiene y los pelos Heran necros,x lo contrario todo bien comida y el personal esecto dos chicas que antes e mencionado.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The 4 star rating and the picture of the hotel is misleading. The hotel is not even close to deserving 4 star. Honest marketing would set 2, maybe 3 star on this hotel. Bad cleaning. Bad hygiene, no cleanup of the toilet in the bathroom. We asked the cleaners why. Believe it or not..:The answer was that the didn’t have brush for cleaning the toilet bowl. No brush was to find in the bathroom ether. Bad dishing in the restaurant. Brown remains inside the coffee cups. Lipstick marks etc. The worst “4” star hotel we ever visited.

La cena era hasta las 21 llegamos 20,30 y estaba todo vacío y nadie con planes de reponer comida poco personal, buffet sucio ,muchas mesas llenas de platos y nadie recogiendo gente buscando mesas mínimamente limpias para poder cenar ,los apartamentos estan muy bien pero deberían mirar bien al limpiar mechones de pelos en la cama
La cena era hasta las 21 llegamos 20,30 y estaba todo vacío y nadie con planes de reponer comida poco personal, buffet sucio ,muchas mesas llenas de platos y nadie recogiendo gente buscando mesas mínimamente limpias para poder cenar ,los apartamentos estan muy bien pero deberían mirar bien al limpiar mechones de pelos en la cama

En 8 dias me limpiaron un día la habitación y no me cambiaron las toallas. El día de la llegada no comí ya k llegué a las 19:00 h y el día de salida no me dejaron comer por ese dia La habitación me daba encima de la teja Ana del bar y del aperitivo no tenía las vistas k decían a la piscina El personal del comedor y recepción muy bien. No pienso volver a ese hotel

The signage was misleading so we spent a lot of time trying to find our room. Towels were dirty and we had to have them changed and there was no hand soap in the bathroom room. There were no double beds we had to join two single beds.

The breakfast has same stuff every day which is pretty boring and below standards. Parking for cars is a big hike, depends where you stay on the top end or lower end of the entrance. Quite limited all inclusive offer. You are asked to pay for certain products such ice cream at the bar, the drinks are 3 per day per person only. While in the other hotel we were staying for longer period everything was included in all inclusive option that here at the lobby the coffee is priced and there is info about not refilling the water from the big bottle container. The all inclusive refers to the restaurant only. We were staying 1 night only and even though we had arrived late and knew that we are going to miss 1 meal still went for all inclusive to avoid paying for drinks. I would not imagine myself to stay in this hotel for 1 or 2 weeks holiday period. The limitations are frustrating. The food in the restaurant was very good though. The variety of food was big as well. The receptionists were more than helpful so giving them 5*. The view from the terrace was nice, however the other side of the hotel’s view wasn’t particularly attractive as there was a huge wall with graffiti on. The room was spacious and modern and it had a kitchenette. We were happy from having that room. It’s not bad hotel, however the limitations put us off from booking it again.

Lovely location, sea views, good transport links, easy walk along the shore to Anfi beach shops and restaurants. Nice big room. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff helpful. Wifi was very intermittent, and the British tv channels needed to be reset every day.

Hatte ein schönes Appartement gebucht was aber leider im hintersten Teil lag mit sehr vielenTreppen.War für mich gesundheitlich nicht zu schaffen . Obwohl das Hotel voll war bekamen wir ein ja Upgrade in eineSuite.Möchte mich nochmals ganz da herzlich beim Management bedanken. Auch der Service,die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten sowie die Qualität der Speisen ausgezeichnet!!!!Kann die Bewertungen anderer Gäste nicht nachvollziehen.Wobei ich nicht das erste mal hier war....und ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.Auch die Lage und die Anbindung der Verkehrsmittel vor der Haustüre .Taxi innerhalb Minuten da....einfach nur genial danke vielmals!!!

Bra hotell rymliga rum fin stor terass fin utsikt.Mycket lyhört! Ok mat för priset om man äter grönsaker mest. Dålig info av receptionen om transfer.Dom borde ha koll på sånt. Bussen stannade inte när vi skulle hem så fick ta taxi det var iallafall ok pris. Fina pooler och en bit att gå om man vill bada i havet. Fin utsikt men lite öde läge på hotellet.

The signage was misleading so we spent a lot of time trying to find our room. Towels were dirty and we had to have them changed and there was no hand soap in the bathroom room. There were no double beds we had to join two single beds.

purtroppo devo raccontare di un esperienza pessima. la stanza sporca con il pavimento attaccaticcio e lurido. un senso di sporcizia imperante.. lo scarico rotto. si doveva aprire il cassetto e scaricare manualmente. mancavano le lenzuola per il terzo letto . ho dovuto dare le mie a mio figlio e dormire con un piumone lercio è pieno di polvere. ovviamente ho provato a contattare la reception con il servizio whatsapp dedicato perché al telefono non rispondevano.. messaggio letto con (richiesta di lenzuola e cuscino) ma mai risposto! ero stato alte volte in questo hotel e seppur mai entusiasta l ultimo soggiorno è stato da film horror.. che dire , sono sempre restio a dare recensioni negative ma in questo caso era inevitabile . ultima chicca ; al check out ho mostrato la chat della sera prima a cui non hanno risposto, mi ha sorriso.. senza parole!

La experiencia Mala al llegat por parte del recepcionista Miguel que de mala gana y hablando subido de Voz dijo q la entrada es a las 3 cosa que ya sabiamos pero la forma que el se expresa abrupta y nada profesional! De ahi la habitacion bien , la limpieza , lo mejor la comida estaba bien, ahora las bebidas alcolicas ina porqueria! A no ser que tomes cerveza , mal! Esos cockteles , vino y sangria son de los barato , barato , nada agradable . Para mi es un hotel 3 estrellas no 4 como se valora ellos, algun personal tambien malhumorado, deve ser que no hay sugicinete personal para atender la barra. NO VOLVERE!

En 8 dias me limpiaron un día la habitación y no me cambiaron las toallas. El día de la llegada no comí ya k llegué a las 19:00 h y el día de salida no me dejaron comer por ese dia La habitación me daba encima de la teja Ana del bar y del aperitivo no tenía las vistas k decían a la piscina El personal del comedor y recepción muy bien. No pienso volver a ese hotel

La estancia y comida muy bien, la habitación normal, lo mejor las vistas y las camas muy buenas para descansar. El personal del bar piscina no todos pero sí 2, malas caras, contestaciones fuera de lugar y exigencias si más, hemos ido todo incluído y somos personas como los que vienes a ser turismo y no todos somos iguales, merecemos ser tratados con respeto como nosotros misnos lo hacemos no pedimos más, no daré nombre porque jamás jugaría con el puesto de trabajo de nadie, y se que la hosteleria es muy dura y sacrificada pero no somos culpables personas que también trabajamos y arrohamos para poder descansar, desconectar y disfrutar unos días, vuelvo y repito que sólo se nos de el mismo trato cuando somos empáticos, respetuosos con todo el personal donde vamos, no se juzga antes de ver. Muchas gracias.

Excellent service! We had trouble with the door lock, the service man came immediately. We asked to keep the room a little longer upon check-out (due to sick children), the receptionist let us stay as long as we needed - for free. Great breakfast buffet! Exquisite sea view!

Appartement spacieux avec un très grand balcon. La douche sans dénivelé est spacieuse, avec un peu de moisissure au sol. 17 min de marche pour aller à la plage la plus proche, très agréable. Stationnement gratuit possible à proximité. La nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est très avenant.

Flott sted. Leiligheten var pusset opp for cirka 10 år siden. Deilige bassengområder, men langt å gå for å seg en dukkert i sjøen. Viktig å få leiligheter som vender ut mot havet - ikke mot veien! Super frokostbuffet!

All inclusive but they know their way to get money. 40€ to keep the room one hour (until 12), they save money on cleaning (you don’t want to look under the bed!), one day we did’t get bed linen, another day they forgot to refill towels. Food was good. The possibility to get away from the busy and noisy mail buffet two night a week was appreiciated (just be aware you have to pay for wine yourself these nights). Pool area is nice. Short distance to beach at Anfi and just a short walk over the mountain (2k) to Puerto Rico

El alojamiento recomendable para familias con niños, comida buena, tranquilo, habitaciones cómodas. Como aspecto negativo pocas tumbonas en las piscinas , pocas plazas de parking dentro del alojamiento que te obliga a aparcar fuera del recinto . La zona exterior del recinto muy abandonada por parte del ayuntamiento responsable , carretera en mal estado , aceras en mal estado incluso con alguna alcantarilla sin tapa.

La comida es orrible , ni en el ejército se come comida de tan mala calidad, los camareros con pocas ganas de satisfacer al cliente, los horarios de comida muy adaptados al turismo ,no ofrecen zumo ni leche para los bebés en el almuerzo ni la cena, en la habitación no había agua en los grifos de 8 a 9 , el secador no funcionaba. En el bar piscina la bebida era totalmente desconocida, no se ofrecen cócteles… el snack bar muy limitado con comidas en malas condiciones(Carme quemada, macarrones que han cambiado la temperatura radicalmente, cucarachas en el muro del pan…). Hemos terminado con dolores de barriga y vomitando. Un completo fin de semana desperdiciado.

Ett rätt slitet jättehotell. En del promenad uppför men finns hissar. Består av många huskroppar. Ingen imponerande all inclusive mat så vi åkte taxi och stöttade det lokala näringslivet. En natt mellan två golfrundor var ok. Dock dåliga sängar och ännu sämre kuddar och täcken.

El alojamiento está bastante bien, limpio y tranquilo. Por ponerle un pero, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien. La comida variada y buena, que se reponía con tranquilidad o no todo lo rápido que era necesario, supongo que debido a la coincidencia de mucha gente a la misma hora.

Quite limited all inclusive offer. You are asked to pay for certain products such ice cream at the bar, the drinks are 3 per day per person only. While in the other hotel we were staying for longer period everything was included in all inclusive option that here at the lobby the coffee is priced and there is info about not refilling the water from the big bottle container. The all inclusive refers to the restaurant only. We were staying 1 night only and even though we had arrived late and knew that we are going to miss 1 meal still went for all inclusive to avoid paying for drinks. I would not imagine myself to stay in this hotel for 1 or 2 weeks holiday period. The limitations are frustrating. The food in the restaurant was very good though. The variety of food was big as well. The receptionists were more than helpful so giving them 5*. The view from the terrace was nice, however the other side of the hotel’s view wasn’t particularly attractive as there was a huge wall with graffiti on. The room was spacious and modern and it had a kitchenette. We were happy from having that room. It’s not bad hotel, however the limitations put us off from booking it again.

Could be a really lovely hotel but food very mediocre at best , staff in the restaurant very nice . . Some music round the pool in the day would help. Some low level lighting in the restaurant and in the evening by pool bar instead of bright spot lights ! Also again maybe some music in the evenings by the pool bar , people may have a dance after the quiz etc Sorry. Just lacking a few things

Excellent service! We had trouble with the door lock, the service man came immediately. We asked to keep the room a little longer upon check-out (due to sick children), the receptionist let us stay as long as we needed - for free. Great breakfast buffet! Exquisite sea view!

The signage was misleading so we spent a lot of time trying to find our room. Towels were dirty and we had to have them changed and there was no hand soap in the bathroom room. There were no double beds we had to join two single beds.

This hotel is an absolute disaster and a waste of money. The only way to reach the rooms is by stairs, making it a nightmare with luggage. The constant hammering from ongoing construction is unbearable—I have video proof. The bathroom is a joke, with no shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. The in-room phone is dead, making it impossible to reach the front desk. The noise levels make sleeping impossible, turning nights into torture. Cleaning is pathetic, and the so-called “free parking” is almost never available. Spending hundreds of dollars here with family is beyond frustrating—this place is a scam.
