Historic Home & Safety Acknowledgement Victoria's Historic Inn is a three-level historic estate built in 1893. While fully restored, the home retains original architectural features, including historic staircases, lower railings, and narrower passageways consistent with its era. 1. The property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. 2. Children are welcome, however active supervision is required at all times, particularly on staircases and near railings. 3. Guests acknowledge that by booking, they accept the historic nature of the home and agree to use all spaces responsibly and with care. 4. For safety reasons, guests may not modify, move, or obstruct railings, stairways, or fixed architectural elements. 5. Smoking, vaping or any use of drugs are strictly prohibited on premise. Because Victoria's Historic Inn is reserved as a private whole-home retreat and often booked well in advance for group gatherings, our cancellation policy reflects the nature of the property. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your plans in the event of unforeseen changes. While we may accommodate meaningful milestone moments for registered guests, any gathering must align with the scale and character of the property and remain within our established event guidelines. While Events are allowed, ALL events must be disclosed upon your booking request / booking and a clear description of what type of event you're looking to host must be provided. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled. Events are allowed within the following guidelines: A few key parameters: • Maximum of 20 overnight guests • Maximum of 30 total persons onsite at any time (including overnight guests, day guests, and vendors) • Day guest hours permitted between 10:00am and 10:00pm • Day guest fee of $45 per additional guest, per day To preserve the integrity of the home: • Furniture may not be moved • No tents, structures, large installations, or external build-outs are permitted • All vendors must carry their own insurance and provide proof upon request • Town quiet hours must be followed If your vision aligns with these parameters, we would be happy to learn more about your plans.
