What a nightmare! The lady at the reception desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. The next day, my room key stopped working, and the staff refused to open the door because I didn't have my passport with me. I had just come back from the pool! To make matters worse, we had to pay for an additional room because my boyfriend only had his U.S. ID with him, not his passport, and they wouldn't allow us to stay in the same room. The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the staff made my stay absolutely miserable. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a complete nightmare. Beautiful property, but terrible customer service. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Rixos Premium Alamein We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rixos Premium Alamein. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, welcoming, and very well organized. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing beachfront location, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the entire resort was exceptionally clean. What impressed us most was the service and hospitality. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. You can really feel the effort they put into making guests comfortable and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The food was another highlight. There was a great variety, good quality, and plenty of choices throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the pools, beach, entertainment, and overall resort atmosphere. For families, Rixos Premium Alamein is an excellent choice. There is plenty to enjoy while still maintaining the feeling of a premium and relaxing vacation. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations and left us with great memories. A beautiful resort, excellent service, great food, and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely recommend Rixos Premium Alamein and would be very happy to return again in the future. Thank you to the entire Rixos Premium Alamein team for making our stay so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful property, but service doesn’t match the price Rixos Premium Alamein is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, a stunning beach, and plenty of activities for families. The property itself is impressive, and most rooms appear to have sea views. Unfortunately, I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars because the service does not match the premium price. The hotel seems overwhelmed when it’s fully booked. The front desk and concierge staff need better training, as they often seemed unsure how to help or simply ignored basic questions. The beach is beautiful, but unless you arrive early, it’s very difficult to find an available umbrella. There should be more shaded areas for guests. Our kids got small cuts from the rocks in the water, and when we went to the clinic, they didn’t even have enough basic bandages. A resort of this size should always have essential first-aid supplies available. The kids’ club also needs improvement. Parents cannot leave their children there, and the staff appeared very young with little supervision. It has potential but needs better organization. Another disappointment was that the air conditioning was turned off in some of the tower lobbies at night, making them too warm to sit in if you wanted to relax or catch up on a little work. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with great potential, but the management and guest services need significant improvement. At $500–600 per night, I expected a much better overall experience.
