Je suis arrivé par canicule et ma chambre n'étant pas climatisée par 36° l'hôtelier m'a trouvé une solution en upgradant mon séjour sans aucun supplément en apart'hotel dans un état exceptionnel et climatisé! service au top!

I stayed at Hotel Hirsch mid June when Europe got hit by a heat wave. Upon arrival I was offered an apartment (Hirsch boarding house) which has AC for an extra of 10 Euros per night. The apartment was beautiful and sparkling new and the AC helped me sleep well at night. Breakfast was great and dinner as well. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely a special place and the price for the apartment was very affordable. I would highly recommend this place! It is also an alternative to pricy hotels in Strasbourg. If you have a car, it is definitely worth the 20 min drive.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very well located. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Incroyable. Première réservation sur hôtel.com et je suis très content de cet hôtel. Très belle décoration mélange entre authentique et moderne. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Salle de bain avec un vrai sèche cheveux comme on ne trouve plus dans les hôtels. Grande douche avec de la pression (comme on ne trouve plus souvent aussi), personnel très gentil et serviable. Enfin restaurant au rdc très qualitatif (c’était plein c’est bon signe). À coup sûr je reviendrai. Bravo.

Room was fine but the staff at dinner were not very welcoming. We had a dinner reservation for 7 pm and the maitre’d was not very welcoming and service was slow.
