객실은 깨끗한 편이지만 소파의 얼룩 때문에 선뜻 앉기에 불결해 보였어요. 천장에 공기 순환 장치가 있긴 하지만 창문이 전혀 열리지 않아 폐쇄적인 느낌이 강해 답답했고, 가장 불편했던 점은 체크인 과정이었습니다. 마치 무인 모텔인 줄 알았어요. 아쉽게도 다음에 또 가고 싶지는 않습니다.

강남에 소재한 빌라를 리모델링하여 호텔로 개조한 것으로 보입니다. 그래서 호텔 같은 느낌은 없지만 강남 중심가에 위치한 숙소 중에서는 가성비가 좋으며 실제 객실은 엄청 깨끗하고, 식탁에는 배달앱없이도 바로 음식 주문이 가능합니다. 저에게는 너무 혁신적이었고 ㅎㅎ 한국인에 수도권 거주자지만 정말 잘 쉬고 놀다가 갔습니다. 무엇보다 숙소에 온돌 및 건식 사우나가 있어서 외국에 놀러온 것과 같이 친구들하고 재미있게 놀다가 갔습니다. 숙소 내부가 다른 호텔 대비 정말 넓어서 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다 !

The worst check in experience. Nobody sent any instructions. Nobody is there to help. Called virtual front desk they speak zero English. Took me an hour to get a key. Had to stop a strange on a street to translate. Air conditioning broken only set to 28degrees not lowering it was boiling in the room. Asked to help with it 3 times - nothing! Go save your money somewhere else
