This single-story house offers a living/dining/kitchen area with an open fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a crib, a shower room, a separate toilet, a play area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and two bunk beds, and a shower room/toilet. Outside, you also have access to a utility room with a washing machine and freezer. A large outdoor area is also available. To the north, a terrace overlooking the river (garden furniture, electric barbecue) provides access via a staircase to the grounds below, which run alongside the river. This includes an island accessible by a footbridge, at the end of which is a designated fishing area (fishing permit required). Barriers allow access to the terrace stairs to be closed off.
