Wonderful setting, great spa with part of pool outside overlooking the valley. Very varied breakfast and dinner was good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The location is great and staff friendly and efficient. Dinner and breakfast was good too. Downside was the 35euros to use the spa for an hour and a half - overpriced for what it is. There is a lovely lounge area that is not put to any use. They light a fire about 5pm and then just let it go out so later in the evening when a fire would be nice it’s just ashes. Would be good if they served after dinner drinks in this area but it’s just dead.

Incredible view, rooms may have passed their prime, but are still decent. A very nice spa with an amazing outdoor pool, which was one of the main reasons for booking the hotel. However, when we arrived, we discovered that all the spa places were were already booked, and it was not informed in advance that we had to pre-reserve a time slot. Luckily we had enough leeway in our schedule to visit the spa the day after. It is also very negative that the gym and spa do not open before 1200. Very good food and service in the restaurant. With some modernisation and some more customer friendly services this hotel has enormous potential, which is not fulfilled today. However, we could still book this hotel again due to the great outdoor pool and the hotel's location.

The hotel is in an amazing location with spectacular views. The rooms are spacious with balconies overlooking the views. There is no pool other than as part of a spa complex you have to pay €35 to enter for 2 hours. After you have hiked in the area there is nothing to do at the hotel. Breakfast was fine - good choice and ok service (although the tables were left uncleared) but dinner was very disappointing. The room is very brightly lit and feels like a school dinner hall to me, the first night we had to wait 15 mins in a queue to be seated and then service was very slow and stressed. It was clearly understaffed. The second night we went earlier and were seated quicker but this time our food arrived before anyone had served our drinks and the waiter then nearly threw the wine and water at us in a panic. The food was ok but not amazing. The cafe/bar had only 1 member of staff who was working incredibly hard and we had to wait ages to be served. A couple we had met gave up and didn't get a drink at all. Surely if the hotel employed more staff they would sell more drinks and snacks and pay for the extra staff easily! All in all the views are the best thing about the parador and the customer experience could be dramatically improved.

Sehr geräumige und gepflegte Anlage, sehr toller Ausblick in die Berge/Natur. Spa Bereich zur Entspannung leider mit zusätzlicher Zahlung), stilvolles Restaurant mit guter Auswahl an Speisen. Uns haben nur die Hausschuhe im Zimmer gefehlt da der Steinboden kühl war. Sonst war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Hotel de montaña muy comodo en un paraje unico. Aislado de cualquier poblacion. Ademas dispone de spa y de una piscina exterior con vistas a toda la parte norte de la isla

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk utsikt på en helt fantastisk plats. Väldigt slingriga vägar att ta sig tid. Glöm inte rejäla vandrar skor om du vill gå på de branta lederna med mycket rull grus. Otroligt mycket växtlighet och fåglar så en härlig upplevelse. Det var dåligt att inte kunna utnyttja poolen eller gymmet utan att betala full spa avgift. De hade kunnat ta olika avgifter.

Fantastiskt läge! Rummet var helt ok, utsikten magisk! Frukosten var kanon och det kändes väldigt fräscht att alla fick en egen tång att ta maten med. SPAt (och poolen) är lite dyr, men väldigt värt det efter en fin dag på hike! Kan varmt rekommendera att gå till Artenara, äta lunch och sen ta en taxi tillbaka till hotellet.

Séjour de deux nuits avec pension en couple. Incontestablement le plus bel endroit de l’île. Néanmoins ce n’est pas une raison pour s’endormir. L’établissement commence à être vieillissant dans son ensemble ( chambre avec décoration passée, salle de bain passée, salle de restaurant hyper grande et sans aucun charme, dans l’assiette pas terrible, le personnel passé avec des tenues dignes des gardes forestiers) Un service de spa 22,5€ qui permet de bénéficier de la piscine extérieure vue exceptionnelle. Les infra du spa sont aussi dépassées (hammam en plastique, des cabines à jet en plastique, c’est bof pour le prix… globalement hormis la situation nous avons été déçus.

The top floor rooms are not very attractive - no balcony and difficult to stand up straight - they are sold as the same standard as the fine large room with a nice balcony which seems very very strange.

The restaurant staff could be more welcoming with the exception of Fatima who was a ray of sunshine at breakfast - very efficient and always smiling. The choices at breakfast were excellent with table service for hot food and pots of tea and coffee which is so much better than the hot drinks machines. The 3 courses dinners were of a high quality but limited choices on the menu which was the same for our 3 night stay. The location is ideal for keen hikers with a number of stunning walks from the hotel. This is our second stay and we hope to return again next year.

Room was clean, comfortable and big and quiet. The hotel itself was very nice.

Emplacement exceptionnel pour une vue exceptionnelle , cet hotel est unique dans la region pour les acces au "pico de las nieves" et au "roque nublo". Le restaurant est correct et de bonne qualité pour le diner et le pdj. Il n'y a que a espérer que le beau temps soit au rdv sinon....

Tja, het uitzicht vanuit je kamer/balkon was geweldig mooi! het personeel zijn allen super aardig en lief... wat minder leuk was: de kamers, mag wel wat onderhoud hebben, vooral de badkamer; een aantal dingen hangt los of scheef. het water was op de vierde dag koud in de ochtend mijn partner heeft maar een koude douche genomen, ikzelf heb gebeld en aangegeven dat we al 20 minuten koud/lauw water hebben... antwoord de kraan 2 minuten laten stromen dat was de hulp, blijkbaar is dat een bekent probleem dat vaker voorkomt (denk ik) uiteindelijk werd het water lauw... jammer is dat na een klamme nachtrust wil je toch even goed douchen... de houten stoelen zijn zo hard op het balkon een tuinstoel kussentje daarop zou fijn zijn...we zouden 6 nachten blijven we hebben het bij 4 nachten gehouden we zijn eerder uitgecheckt en hebben de laatste twee nachten iets anders geboekt met een zwembad en met goede lig/zit stoelen... (zonder extra kosten) op zich is het geweldig daar, de locatie is prachtig, zeer geschikt voor wandelaars zoals ons, maar niet langer dan 3 nachten... het Spa kost per dag voor 1.5 uur €53 euro voor twee personen... dit is ook de rede waarom we eerder uit gecheckt hebben, we zijn terug gegaan naar ons eerste ook geweldig Hotel waar we langer dan 1.5 uur konden relaxen bij het water, goede lig/zit stoelen na een lange wandeling...

Casi no pude dormir del polvo que había, no sé si en las sábanas o almohadas. Lo demás bien.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views! The only problem we had was that the air con was not working When we asked at reception they said that wasn’t working , they didn’t mention that at check in or offered any solution! But the rest was just perfect!

Lovely hotel in the mountains of Canary Island. Great for hiking activities and outdoor life. Stunning view. English skills of the personnel (in reception too) were limited. We stayed at the 5th floor. Room was spacious, but inner walls thin. Unfortunately we heard everything from neighbours room, when they came back at 2:30 am. So the quality of the sleep wasn’t very high. (Wall was so thin, that we heard their normal conversation clearly) Excellent breakfast and restaurant in the hotel. Loved the location.

Utsikten är magisk. Personalen professionell och ger utmärkt och trevlig service. Rummen mycket fina med utmärkt balkong. Kunde kanske önskar nåt typ av markis för det blev väldigt varmt ute på balkongen.

The views from this hotel are absolutely breathtaking, but unfortunately the stay itself was disappointing. We stayed for two nights during our honeymoon in Gran Canaria and had very poor sleep. The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning only blew warm air. As the room was on the ground floor, opening the balcony door for air didn’t feel safe, but it was the only way to cool the room. There was no kettle in the room, which I found unusual, and when I asked for an iron I wasn’t given an ironing board. We also had no WiFi in our room for the entire stay, despite raising this several times with reception. A room change was eventually offered, but too late to move with a sleeping toddler. We couldn’t get a table in the restaurant until late, so ate at the bar instead. €16 for egg and chips felt poor value, especially as the chips were undercooked. The balcony floorboards were also broken in places, which felt unsafe for our child. The public areas are beautiful and the views are incredible, but the rooms need better maintenance and comfort to match the setting.

Hi have to recommend. This place even if is for one night . We stayed for two nights and was enough as we were not prepared for trekking and this is the main attraction to the area. The pros: great spa, the restaurant team good food(make sure you book the half board option) not much around to go for dinner And the views. Ask for room with view The con: I think reception staff could have been trained better. The guy doing the check in was not interested at all, unlike the F&B team who were great and providing a friendly service, this was not the cas EOF reception The hotel rooms need a bit of updating, see photo shower and hairdryer. Pillows not very comfortable But would come back for sure. Had a good time here

Wir hatten vier Doppel und ein Einzelzimmer gebucht.Einige Zimmer waren gut, andere schlecht. Duschen war wegen der Balken der Schräge unmöglich, ein hochstehender Teppich vor dem Bett als Stolperfalle , kaputte Rollos, defekte Klima es war hundekalt Die Dame am Checkin war klasse. Im Restaurant hat man uns eine Flasche Wein zu viel auf die Rechnung gepackt, das wird erst vom Lager geprüft und kontte bei Abreise nicht erstattet werden.Frühstückszeit musste man angeben .Haben wir getan, das Buffet war aber noch nicht fertig. Ansonsten eine gute Auswahl am Buffet Das Abendeseen war auch sehr gut. Der SPA Bereich ist super und die Massagen sehr gut, die Damen für den SPA Bereich sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Einzelzimmer war behindertengerecht gebucht und auch sehr gut und nicht so abgewohnt. Die Cafeteria im Haus bietet nette Snacks und einen tollen Blick über die Berge

A part une serveuse très désagréable qui nous quasi agressé au petit déjeuner (Clara C.) car au moment où nous sommes arrivés il n’y avait personne dans la salle du buffet, et seulement deux personnes attablées, donc en attendant nous avons fait le tour du buffet pour découvrir ce qui était proposé sans toucher à quoi que ce soit. Quand elle est arrivée elle nous a demandé de manière très sèche notre numéro de chambre sans même un accueil minimal. Ensuite d’autres clients sont arrivés avec qui nous avons remarqué qu’elle était gentille et leur servait même leur café à table. Lorsque mon compagnon lui a demandé s’il était possible d’avoir encore 2 cafés, elle a répondu que la machine etait là-bas, bref elle nous en voulait et a été très désagréable au point que je lui demande si il y avait un problème avec nous ? C’est alors qu’elle nous a dit que nous devions attendre à la réception d’être placé et que si il y avait personne c’est parce qu’elle était seule. Du jamais vu ! On s’est plaint au manager qui nous a dis qu’il allait lui faire par de notre mécontentement quant à son impolitesse. Mais n’ayant eu aucun retour, ni geste commercial je préfère mentionner cette mésaventure qui nous a coupé l’appétit et gâché la fin de notre séjour. Cependant et heureusement le reste du personnel a été très agréable et gentil. et l’hôtel est super, avec une vue époustouflante, il est conseillé de prendre également une session au Spa en supplément ne fut ce que pour les photos.

Deja mucho que desear la amabilidad de las recepcionistas, además entiendo que se haga el desbroce a primera hora de la mañana para evitar altas temperaturas a los trabajadores, pero genera que a las 9 de la mañana dos destrozadoras te hagan madrugar. Dos detalles muy malos para un parador, por lo demás un sitio increíble.

Frokosten er ypperlig. Godt utvalg. Nå også glutenfrie alternativer. Utsikten er vanligvis ypperlig, men tåka kom dusse dager vi var der. Vi kunne derfor ikke gå våre turer i området. (været er selvsagt ikke hotellet sin feil. 😉) Service og renhold var også godt. Koselig med en personlig velkomst på rommet ved ankomst. Vi ses i 2026.

This Parador has wonderful views and is a superb base for walking. Good restaurant and excellent service.

Dette var 2 gang vi var på dette hotellet. Bare helt fantastisk plass som alle burde prøve. Hotellet er det stil på og bare utsikten er verd pengene på Crus de tejeda 🙂😎

A nice hotel on the very top of the island. A big nice balkong, that we did not use due to constant rain and wind. Furthermore it was covered in clouds all the time. Weatherwise we were unlucky, but we can’t blame the hotel for that. With sunny weather we would have had a fantastic View!

Perfect location, fantastic view from hotel room, spa is nice, perfect start for trial walking

Locatie is heel goed. Mooi hotel, dito uitzicht. Ook vanuit wellness. Daar moet je een keer verblijven wanneer je Gran Canaria bezoekt. Menukaart niet groot, maar dat vind ik juist een pluspunt. Wel jammer dat ieder avond er wel een of twee keuzes op de kaart niet te verkrijgen was, om wat voor reden dan ook. Wat drank betreft zou het fijn zijn als er meer niet alcoholische dranken op de kaart zouden staan.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Vom Hotelzimmer oder vom Restaurant hat man bei gutem Wetter eine fantastische Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist man aber direkt in den Wolken und kann vielleicht noch 100m weit gucken, windig und sehr feucht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und lecker. Hier gab es nicht zu beanstanden. Die Aussicht von hier ist super schön. Das Abendessen ist okay, hätte man mehr erwartet für ein 4*-Hotel. Nach zwei Tagen wusste man schon nicht mehr, was man bestellen soll, wenn man nicht das Gleiche essen wollte. Und kulinarisch war es auch eher passabel, preislich aber recht üppig. Was ich bemängeln würde, ist die Tatsache, dass das Hotel als Wellnesshotel inseriert, aber nichts davon kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Weder Pool, noch Sauna oder Ähnliches. Und wegen Corona stand auch nur der Außenbereich (höchstens ein Drittel des gesamten Bereichs) zur Verfügung, also der Außenpool und ein Jacuzzi für 15€ p.P. und einer Stunde. (Vor Corona kostete es 35€ für den gesamten Bereich.) Obwohl man den Innenbereich mit Personenbeschränkung hätte öffnen können, war dies leider alles verwehrt. Alles läuft nur mit Anmeldung und Zeitfenster buchen. Spontan mal etwas ins Wellness gehen, ist nicht möglich. Fitnessraum ist akzeptabel. Lage und Aussicht des Hotels ist top, Personal sehr freundlich, aber fürs Wellness muss man dort nicht hinfahren.
