There Was NO REFIGERATOR IN OUR ROOM... There Was NO Trash Can.. We Asked to Be Moved Because The 1st Room Had MOLD In The Shower.... The Outdoor Pool Was FULL OF GRREN ALGEA AND MOLD ALL AROUND THE POOL.. THE WATER WAS GREEN AND COMPLETELY DIRTY..

I didn't read but no microwave no refrigerator...there was 2 towles rooms were super tiny to walk around.... pool had no chairs outside on pics it said they was pool need work on ...pool was broken from floor and some rust on it tile missing....

Bad room stink pool was real dirty .paid $163.00 didnt stay there but still got charge $50.00 for the night it is not fair i didnt spent the night there and still charge me.i don't recommend this property to rent

The pool is dirty, the rooms are dirty, the beds are terrible I woke up with a sore back due to the quality of the mattress , it felt like I was sleeping in rocks. I paid $170 a night not worth it at all. I went to Flamingo way better and cleaner.

Understanding the time of year and location. However, the shower had a crack on the floor and saw a couple of small roaches in the room. The swimming pool had foam floating on top and the pool water didn’t appear clean - no swimming in the pool for me. Over all OK, I just used the room to shower and sleep one night only.

Checked out after first night due to unsanitary conditions cockroaches in bedding.

It didn’t have a door lock wasn’t really feeling safe to sleep the bed supposedly was queen but it was more like a size full and the mattress was super hard the water pressure from the shower was barely coming out theres no microwave no fridge and to top it off when we were about to lay down a cockroach came out of the pillow we tried getting at least a partial refund or room change no luck, crazy thing is we had stayed here 3yrs ago it was nothing like this

The pictures aren’t an accurate representation of what the actual room looks like. The WiFi provided didn’t even work. Check out was at 11 and we got our keys deactivated 30 minutes before. The beds were sitting on a board which made them uncomfortable to sleep in. No appliances in the room. Towels weren’t even provided. Our light in the restroom didn’t really work. The shower was dirty and tiny to the point where it would flood. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided which was already opened and used.

Room was filthy! Bathroom had like dry blood stains, bed spread was dirty, doors were rotten and wouldn’t close properly … ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Pool had mold and stuff floating in it. Room had dead and live roaches. Bed smelled. Restroom was filthy. Absolutely horrible. We didn’t stay. We left!

There was : - Dead moths & Cockroaches on the floor - stains on the walls and in the toilet - the bathtub was peeling paint & when I stepped unto it, it caved in - the shower curtain pole fell off twice - the sheets had stains - the mini fridge wasn’t cleaned AND TO TOP IT OFF THERE WAS A POWER OUTAGE ON THE ISLAND & WHEN I POLITELY ASKED WHEN AND IF THE LIFHTS WERE TO COME BACK ON THE ATTENDED SAID “IDK YOULL KNOW WHEN I KNOW”. MIND YOU IM NOT FROM HERE. IM A GUEST. I REQUESTED A REFUND BUT I WAS MET WITH ATTITUDE AND A POLITICAL COMMENT; “YOU CITY LIBERAL PEOPLE”. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS MOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

The room smelled like mold and had to move from room bedsheets had blood on them. Will never stay there again.

Most disgusting place I have ever paid for urine stains on sheets crumbs on sheets dirty floors dirty walls shower floor was disgusting. The smell of the room smelled like a bunch of homeless lived there! I have seen dirty before but this one took the prize all the way! I walked in and walked right back out!! Didn’t cancel the night just went to go rent at another hotel!!

Bugs. Everywhere. Light fixture fell off. Moldy pillows.

The ac was too noisy and shower water was too hot and leaky faucet.

The hotel pictures are nothing like the room I got. It looked like a prison cell. grey color from floor to celing, two cot looking and feeling like beds. horrible. shower was dirty and super small. I am 4'11'' and 140 lbs, I couldnt even feel comfortable getting in. NO sink and no table at all. tv wouldn't turn on and obvisously no cable nor internet. This was the worst experience ever. I didnt stay not even for 10 minutes. I requested a refund but said they couldnt because I paid through a thrid party. aka hotels.com. I even waited for 30 minutes in the front office as there was no attendee, she was out walking the premisis. There were no other guest in the hotel at all. Now I know why. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

Terrible !! Door unsafe, and to hard to open it and close it, A/C unit to loud and noise, the room to much humid, tv do not work etc, etc, etc.

When arrived at room toilet was not working and had a smell to the room. Beds it’s just a mattress over a plywood and ice machine not working shower head leaking water. Terrible not recommend to anyone plus price was little to high for what was in room. Could not get reimbursed and could not get much rest.

No wifi. Room door hard to Open. Toiler cover was not able to stay Open. Bed ti small and not confortable. Inner street road with patch holes. During this morning Trimming grass, several little stones hit our vehicle.

This room was the cheapest we could find for the days we needed ($46). It was our first time staying here and for the price we didn't expect much. The room was clean and didn't smell bad. However the entire hotel needs renovations. The steps leading upstairs are concrete and they are crumbling. Someone could fall on their way up/down. Bed was okay, very springy, nothing fancy. The comforter. One side of the bed had a wall sconce but it didn't have a light bulb in it. There was also a smoke alarm, at some point, but it was missing from the plate. The restroom looked clean and towels smelled clean. However, the toilet paper roll that was in the holder had been previously used, and had some mysterious stains on it, so we threw it away. There was a new toilet paper roll available, so we used that one instead. We didn't use the shower because we honestly didn't trust it was properly sanitized, and we didn't bring flip flops to wear in the shower, so I can't review it. The nightstands looked like they had some water damage, they are made of particle wood and the edges had soaked up moisture and swelled, possibly from when they are cleaned by staff. The walls were painted teal-blue, but behind the nightstands the previous wall color could be seen, which was bright orange. There was also blue paint splatters on the laminate flooring. The AC did work well, no complaints about that. For what we paid, it was a fair price. The hotel just needs to invest some money in renovations.

Location was good, close to the beach. Room stinks, we had to change couple rooms because door wasn’t locking, another was stinky with cigarettes smoke, AC also made room smell bad, so we even turned it off.

Worst room i ever stayed at a hotel... The room did not look like the pictures online... the shower floor looked like if they put jb well all over it to cover the cracks.. it felt like as if you were going to fall through the shower floor as you were showering.. no cold water only hot.. the beds were very uncomfortable... mattress were very thin and it looked like its on a table top... no fridge, micro nor coffee maker...i have stayed at other hotels for about the same price and i have not come across one like i did this pass weekend... i checked out early... i stayed only one night..it wasnt worth the price

You get what you pay, it's ok to stay but don't expect anything from a multi star hotel. Parking is a bit chaotic but sufficient, the staff is friendly and helpful except for an older guy in crutches that his texting was more important and never provided what was asked for. All as a whole would be an ok experience

I know that sometimes we used to said “get what you pay for” but honestly this hotel is not the exception, I try to call regarding my reservation and they never pick up the phone and when I get there the receptionist just said “ well the phone doesn’t work” very bad experience and the rooms are not comfortable either.

Front desk clerk super friendly and lively. We get to the room and it is somewhat open. No towels in the room, tv doesn’t work, door frame is rotted out but to top it off, our door wouldn’t close all the way or lock, kids went to the pool and there was actual poop in the pool, Broken glass around the pool and in the pool, cigarette buds in and around the pool. Room 213 and room 118 guest were drunk and fight. I called the front desk and no answer so I walk down there and the doors are locked. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. My children and I moved the bed to the door to make sure it wouldn’t be opened. It was a spare in the moment and last minute decisions and no where else to stay so we stayed there paying $223. NO NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY HERE AGAIN. It was the worst and most horrible and unsafe facility we have ever stayed at.

The staff at the desk was courteous and nice.

Overall was clean and was an okay place to stay if you only plan to sleep there. The pool was really tiny and the room was shabby and not well kept. There was also no fridge or microwave in the room. It was okay for the cheap price. It was also a pretty good location really close the everything.

I liked the location. I was unhappy that ice machine was not working 😔. Friendly employees and efficient.👍

Everything about this place was disgusting. Homeless, drunk/ drugged people were outside and made me and my 2 girls feel unsafe.

The property could use a bit of TLC, but it’s in a convenient location. I would recommend replacing the mattresses and using fitted sheets for better comfort. A mini fridge and microwave should be standard, as they are common amenities in most hotel stays. Also, it would be great to have access to hot water—unfortunately, there was none during my visit.

Clean room, with a Mexican restaurant about 50 ft away and convenience store across the street.

Nice place for the beach

The staff was very friendly, however the room amenities left much to be desired. The bed was very uncomfortable and I could feel the springs which caused me to wake up several times at night. Also there was no bath mat in the bathroom, and only two towels. TV was on same circuit as light switch and would go out whenever you turn the switch. Other than that the location was good, very walkable. Not terrible but somewhat overpriced for the experience.

The prize is to high for the showers to be too small the shower floor cracked hot water would run out 5 min in the shower, the beds small no fridge! The pool dirty, never got room service no breakfast not once did we get offered clean towels smh the man in the lobby Was creepy

The motel was terrible. The room is a roach motel. It's is absolutely nothing like the picture on the app. The employee there was rude hateful and an ugly adittude. Could hear her outside my door talking loudly. When asked to keep it down she said the noise ordinance was at 10:00pm. The room was aweful. The beds are stained, table scratched. Mold on the shower knob. Plugs don't work. And there is no breakfast. Not even a coffee maker or phones or microwave. Trashy place. Move on. Anything else is better than this
