今回2泊３日の宿泊に利用させてもらいました、 お部屋も19階オーシャンビューでした、 5階にはプールやジムがあり、 2階はレストランです、 朝はブッフェスタイルでした、 空港からホテルも近く、市場などへのアクセスもバッチリです、 強いてゆうならホテル周辺はコンビニ以外は何もないので、その点で星を三つにしましたが、それ以外は申し分ないくらい最高でした！ アイラブダナン❤️

Fantastisk hotell. Veldig flott med balkong på rommet. Elsket utsikten. God frokost.sauna og steamroom. Det er verdt å merke seg at hotellets basseng er i skyggen så ikke noe soling der. Men strand bare man x veien samt på balkongen vendt mot byen på ettermiddagen. Ville bodd på igjen

We had a good impression when we arrived from both the hotel and staff, but that changed during our stay. Everything was extremely expensive compared to the rest of Vietnam and the quality was not better than some of the delicious street food you can buy for a few dollars. We used their laundry service which was extremely expensive(!!!) and they managed to ruin one of my shirts with what looks like an ink spot and when I told then about it they tried to fix it with no success and then accussed me of lying by saying it was already there when they got it for wash - such rude behaviour I haven’t gotten from any other hotel. Their spa was at best 1-2 stars. My fiancé and I tried two different treatments and they were double the price and only half as good as the others we’ve had here. Would not recommend people using their spa - if you need good massage, the best place I’ve visited was Oat Spa in Hoi An (only 25 km away).

This is a good 4,5/5 stars hotel with a central location, with a super good breakfast (and in general food were amazing). Also I was at the spa for massage every day. So I can highly recommend it too. Stuff and service were the top. The only one thing - for those who loves to swim and to take a sun bathing - they don’t have a big pool and the pool are indoor.

It was a fabulous stay. Their sauna was incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was decent. I’d recommend for a great beach view and easy access to the beach.

Our overall stay was average. When we arrived, the staff were very kind and served us straight away. However, when we entered our room we noticed that it had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There was hair in the bathroom, hair in the main living space and there were stains on the sheets. After we called reception, they came up almost straight away and addressed these issues. There was also quite a bit of mould in the shower and in the bathroom, and so this made the stay a little bit unpleasant in terms of cleanliness. The hotel breakfast had a wide range of food to choose from, however the area in which the breakfast was held was quite dirty with crumbs and leftover food on the floor and on the chairs. I personally became sick after eating the hotel breakfast, and so we did not return to the hotel breakfast for the following days of our stay. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city but still directly across from the beach which is nice. However, being located on a main road in the city, if you choose to have an ocean view room you will hear the cars and motorbikes throughout the night. Overall it was a pleasant stay however we will not be returning to this hotel.

There was dust in the corners of the room, and hair from the previous guests was found in the bathroom and toilet. Also, when I contacted the front desk to get ice after the kitchen had closed, they told me it was impossible because the kitchen was closed. They could have at least given me that. However, overall, the experience was good. The view was great, and the area around the bed was clean.

Hotel is not a 5 star property. The customer service is amazing but the property is run down. Showers had mold spots. Floors are worn out. Only 3 elevators for entire property.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in in Da Nang. The breakfast was better than any other as well. Only high end resorts have better breakfast. Service was fantastic just like almost all hotels in Vietnam are.

TEN OUT OF TEN IN EVERY RESPECT. We absolutely loved our stay here, everything was perfect. Staff are extremely well trained , very competent, super friendly and helpful. Each and every member of staff strive for perfection. The cleanliness of the hotel is superb, the lobby smells divine, lemon grass I think?? The aesthetics and decor of the interior is lovely. The views of the beach from the balcony were stunning. Breakfast there is so much choice but most importantly of good quality. The location for My Khe beach is perfect, several seafood restaurants within walking distance, also a few small supermarkets. Grab taxi is cheap to get around and see the sights. My only suggestion would be to do a "happy hour" at the roof bar as when we went there one evening there was nobody up there so it lacked a bit of atmosphere but this is not a complaint in anyway, just a suggestion. Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. If we ever find ourselves in Danang again (we hope so) we would stay here again without hesitation. We were sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff, you work so hard to please everyone. *We did note at breakfast one morning two guests were so rude to a member of staff because she asked to clarify their room number. Despicable behaviour, they should be ashamed. Sorry this happened to a lovely staff member. We love you Sel-De-Mer!

住宿隔天早上要下樓時，電梯故障，從22樓降到10樓停止運轉，在黑暗電梯裡那幾分鐘真是沒安全感！早餐食物中還有頭髮！住宿其他家飯店去沙灘時會有人員引導協助過馬路，回來時會告知哪裡可以沖腳，這家飯店都沒有，有點冷漠！房價比較貴不一定服務比較好

So I had a pretty bad experience here and didn’t get any sleep for 3 days due to constant issues with the air con units. They moved me three times. First because my room wasn’t ready when I arrived and asked me to wait 45 min after 22 hours of flying. So they moved me, then the new room had a bad smell to the air con and I ended up getting sick the next day. Sel De Mer is the place to stay when in Da Nang, we were on the 24th floor with amazing views day and night, opposite the beach. Room was spacious and a balcony looking out over the beach. Room service was great, and house keeping was fantastic. The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay special, always with a smile. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of foods, always fresh and well stocked. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re heading to Da Nang, easy walk or catch a grab to the markets and bars/restaurants - 5 Star for everything.

清潔で眺めの良い客室、美味しい朝食、ハウスキーピング、緊急用件など対応は素晴らしかったので大満足に近いのですが、着いた時から金庫に不具合があったり、バスルームの扉が閉まりにくかった、ベッドの照明が不具合（着いたり消えたり）だった為、星ひとつ減らさせていただきました。

스위트룸 넓게 잘묵다가네요~ 가격에비해 너무 저 구석쪽에있어서 미케비치랑 너무 멀어서 아쉬워요,,, 조식은 그럭저럭 물 수압이 좋은상태는아닌듯요,, 전 콸콸콸선호하는편이라서,, 그래도 더운날씨에 카드2개라서 나갈때 한개는 꽂아놓고 에어컨틀고 두러오면 완전 시원 ㅎㅎ 호캉스 제대로했음 바다뷰보면서 ㅎㅎ

주니어 스위트룸 숙박했기 때문에 시설이나 청결, 조식, 직원 서비스 모두 다 좋았는데 외부 소음이 전혀 차단이 안되는게 아쉬웠어요... 14층에 묵었음에도 오토바이 소음이나 기타 도로에서 발생하는 온갖 소음이 그대로 다 들어와서 잠을 편하게 자지는 못했습니다..

Property is nice but put of the whole staff only few speak good english. We asked for late checkout and prices were very unclear, they kept changing the price until the morning of checkout. We had dinner in the hotel on the 31st Dec and despite there were only 2 tables, not all food was available. Bad service kind of ruined our dinner. Overall property condition is very good

Spectacular ocean view from our hotel room. A variety of breakfast choices especially the pastry area and the bánh bò were definitely memorable . Anh , the General Manager tried his very best to run the hotel as he personally walked us out and helped with luggages however on the first night of our 4 nights 5 days at this hotel , the night front desk staff didn’t make my aunt who lives in Da Nang feel welcomed as the staff literally asked me if my aunt was staying the night when during check in I already told the hotel it was just my mom and I who are staying/ sleeping here and my aunt will come every day to visit us and they persistently made sure she’s not staying by asking incessantly the same question. Other than that , I love the gym here since it has enough equipments and a nice ocean / pool view . The sauna was a plus. The pool was empty about 9pm and perfect for a late night swim . That’s another bonus point of this hotel is that the swimming pool closes pretty late at 10:00pm!

What a wonderful property. The hotel was clean and offered plenty of features. The real highlight was the staff. They were absolutely incredible. They were helpful, courteous and attentive. Probably the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The room was spacious and offered an amazing view. Dining options were good. The breakfast buffet was a great way to fuel up before heading out for the day. If I return to Da Nang, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

I did a lot of research on hotels on the beach front and this one came up on top. I wanted a beach front balcony with chairs, breakfast included, pool and onsite restaurant and bar. This hotel delivered on all accounts though sadly it was too cold and rainy during our stay to use the pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the best so far on our 6 week south east Asia trip. Sheets and towels were of good quality. We experienced no noise at all in the room other than the lapping of the waves on the beach. I’m a light sleeper and really appreciated how quiet the hotel was. Breakfast was great, cappuccino, fruit, egg station, cheeses, pastries and lots of Asian dishes as well. We arrived at different times and there was always seating available and food replenished for later seatings. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the door man was always there to meet us with an open umbrella when we stepped out of the taxi on rainy days. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the food at their restaurant and bar was also very good.

I was captivated from the moment my taxi pulled in front of the hotel. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Staff members approached me multiple times for a small chat, and are quick to help me with every query I had. The room was spacious, clean, and the see view was epic. I used the restaurant as well - food was delicious and the menu was very well balanced. The beach is across the avenue, but it has no attendance by lifeguard or staff. Regardless, I recommend visiting it.

New hotel, so looked fresh... Location is not on the beach, have to cross the busy road, but the high floor rooms view was great. Big disappointment was the restaurant food, this was a big fail, not having enough choices or local Vietnamese food.

Our overall stay was average. When we arrived, the staff were very kind and served us straight away. However, when we entered our room we noticed that it had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There was hair in the bathroom, hair in the main living space and there were stains on the sheets. After we called reception, they came up almost straight away and addressed these issues. There was also quite a bit of mould in the shower and in the bathroom, and so this made the stay a little bit unpleasant in terms of cleanliness. The hotel breakfast had a wide range of food to choose from, however the area in which the breakfast was held was quite dirty with crumbs and leftover food on the floor and on the chairs. I personally became sick after eating the hotel breakfast, and so we did not return to the hotel breakfast for the following days of our stay. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city but still directly across from the beach which is nice. However, being located on a main road in the city, if you choose to have an ocean view room you will hear the cars and motorbikes throughout the night. Overall it was a pleasant stay however we will not be returning to this hotel.

This hotel delivered on all accounts though sadly it was too cold and rainy during our stay to use the pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the best so far on our 6 week south east Asia trip. Sheets and towels were of good quality. We experienced no noise at all in the room other than the lapping of the waves on the beach. I’m a light sleeper and really appreciated how quiet the hotel was. Breakfast was great, cappuccino, fruit, egg station, cheeses, pastries and lots of Asian dishes as well. We arrived at different times and there was always seating available and food replenished for later seatings. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the door man was always there to meet us with an open umbrella when we stepped out of the taxi on rainy days. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the food at their restaurant and bar was also very good.

New hotel, so looked fresh... Location is not on the beach, have to cross the busy road, but the high floor rooms view was great. Big disappointment was the restaurant food, this was a big fail, not having enough choices or local Vietnamese food.

We had a wonderful stay at the Prince Hotel. I have never encountered staff as kind as the team at the Prince Hotel. They were always available and truly attentive to their guests' needs. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was extensive and varied. We also enjoyed an excellent massage. The gym is large and well-equipped with high-quality machines. Truly the best hotel we visited in Vietnam. We will be back. Thank you so much. See you soon.

Prince hotel was so pleasant to stay at. The room was nice and spacious and the view was unreal! It was easy access to the beach and the customer service was impeccable. Just be aware it can be a little difficult for taxis to get in due to the business of the road but no real issues to speak of. We will be staying again on our next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our ocean-view suite was breathtaking, with a huge balcony that was perfect for morning coffee, reading, and watching the beach come to life. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. We also enjoyed the pool, gym, and excellent breakfast selection. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Da Nang!
