STAFF: Very friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to help. PRICE: Reasonable LOCATION: You will need a car to get to anywhwere from the hotel. CLEAN: The swimming pool was filthy so were many of the common areas. A real let down.

We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the shower door leaked and had water everywhere each time. WE had to use our towels to soak up and I almost fell because of the wet floor. I was not informed that there was a $10 per day charge for parking. That was overpriced. You parked your own car, and I am handicapped and parking was all outside. Nothing the hotel did required such a high fee. The room was great and was quiet. We were on the 5th floor next to the freeway and never heard the traffic. The breakfast was great and had a nice array of choices.

Over all it was nice building and room was clean. The only bad thing I have to say is there was not alot of dinning options after 7pm and we had to pay to park at the hotel.You would figure it would be free or apart of the room cost.

This hotel is great in every aspect but one. Hidden parking fees. Once you show up to check in they tell you is 10 or so dollars a night to use the parking lot. Literally no other parking around. So if your booking on prive, be aware that the real cost is more than advertised.

Did family trip! This hotel was amazing. Situated in an amazing location. Pool is open til 11pm. It costs to park but it was well worth it.

The property was clean, rooms were well maintained and the breakfast was pretty good. Attendant kept area clean and stocked. Front desk staff and housekeepers were nice. Overall the stay was pretty good. My only complaint is that the pool was filty. It was so nasty and cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom. I refused to allow my children to swim in that swamp! I should have addressed the pool issue with the staff, but there were others who chose to swim regardless of the state of the pool, so I decided not to be the one to complain.

Our stay was wonderful....the hotel itself was very clean as was our room. Amenities were plentiful. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay with them again.

Pros: good shower Cons: iron broken, door handle broke off, shower door didn’t close (caught on carpet), couch was dirty, carpet was dirty, air conditioner barely cooled off the room, refrigerator was warm, wrong keys provided, this place needs some serious upkeep, it’s like NOTHING is maintenanced (room 218)

Daughter was having a baby at the hospital up the road. Just needed a place to clean off take naps and get back to the hospital. It was OK for that. The room itself the items in it are obviously well used and need to be replaced. I was afraid to use the microwave

Room 109 was filthy. Big red stain on carpet. Dirty couch. I was afraid to close my eyes to sleep. They have bugs and not ants or spiders. Be careful with your luggage and leaving your bags open shake your bag and close before taking you things into your house.

Bedding was filthy and full of hair… upon talking to front desk they informed me that there was hair everywhere due to something I’m not even going to put on here due to being completely inappropriate. Then one of the breakfast ladies was nasty to me and my kids. I will NEVER stay here again.

Could hear a lot of noises in the room. Water of flushing toilets, doors slamming, other noises from outside the room. There was a gap of about 2"under the door that seems quite large- it let light in, and a rodent could have also gotten thru the space.

Nice hotel….room design good with desk and couch, but poor lighting diminished its attractiveness. Second WC royo and vanity also unique, but pendant light over sink was cute but not efficient. TV did not work…..had the wrong remote. Shower flow was good, but its design is the kind that you have to turn it on and adjust it while getting wet in some fashion. Could’ve been one of the better rooms except for these issues.

Nice hotel, loved the location. Front desk staff very calm and friendly, offered great dinner suggestions. Love the separate rooms for toilet and shower.

Outdated, needs overhaul. Cracked sinks, linen that I believe should be white but stained yellow. AC that can't keep up with the summer heat. Our room we dropped AC to 60 and still so hot. We ended up having to have a box fan in the room for entire stay. With all that said, with all the times I went to the front Desk their assistant Manager, Laura was amazing in trying to accommodate. She was warm, caring and understood, tried her best without attitude or negativity with every issue brough to her. This why for service I gave that area 5 stars. The gym, now one cleans the cardio equipment. My entire stay you could see sweat drip marks on the treadmills, just gross. Vents in same gym filled with dust.

It’s right beside Cincinnati Ballet, which is what we wanted. Room is very spacious, clean. Loved that the toilet was separate with its own sink from the shower. But not much around in terms of restaurants. You definitely need a car. Highly recommended

Reserved a roll in hair due to leg issues and had to get into and out of a tub. Air conditioning didn’t work correctly. Manager did come and did what they could. But we woke up several times and soaked. Grand daughter slept on the floor in the bathroom she said cooler after wqking soaked in the middle of the night Terrible being honest

Complained twice about the tv. First time no netflix and guide was showing shows for 4/12/24 @ 10AM even though we were staying 4/13/24 @ 4pm. Someone came up and and tried to fix it but didnt still no Netflix and still showing 4/12/24. She said she wld get back with us fast forward 8pm called down to get tv provider so we cld have correct guide but front desk said we cldnt find online and she wld call us back after trying to correct on her end...fast forward to 10pm no call and still no tv. Never staying at Marriott again

Someone came up and and tried to fix it but didnt still no Netflix and still showing 4/12/24. She said she wld get back with us fast forward 8pm called down to get tv provider so we cld have correct guide but front desk said we cldnt find online and she wld call us back after trying to correct on her end...fast forward to 10pm no call and still no tv. Never staying at Marriott again

Hotel staff was highly accommodating when I asked to move up my check-in time, as well as assigning a room with a bathtub. All surfaces clean, the room was large, clean and stocked with the essentials. I WILL be coming back next time I have a lengthy layover with Amtrak or Greyhound.

We went to a Cincinnati Reds game and this hotel was in a great location where we could quickly take an Uber to the game. The staff also went above and beyond when I forgot my expensive pillow in the hotel room after we had already checked out and arranged to have it shipped to me at my home address. Really appreciated that!

The staff was very friendly easy check in, plenty of parking, close to downtown and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Fluffy pillows, clean sheets and towels. Complimentary breakfast was really good.

Outdated, needs overhaul. Cracked sinks, linen that I believe should be white but stained yellow. AC that can't keep up with the summer heat. Our room we dropped AC to 60 and still so hot. We ended up having to have a box fan in the room for entire stay. With all that said, with all the times I went to the front Desk their assistant Manager, Laura was amazing in trying to accommodate. She was warm, caring and understood, tried her best without attitude or negativity with every issue brough to her. This why for service I gave that area 5 stars. The gym, now one cleans the cardio equipment. My entire stay you could see sweat drip marks on the treadmills, just gross. Vents in same gym filled with dust.

Nice location near downtown. Beautiful park across the street, with walking access to the Mt Adams neighborhood which has some amazing dining options. Kids loved the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.

Check in was unfortunately late. There a dog barking in another room but the hotel quickly took action. Well located. I recommend as it was clean and the personnel was really professional

Complained twice about the tv. First time no netflix and guide was showing shows for 4/12/24 @ 10AM even though we were staying 4/13/24 @ 4pm. Someone came up and and tried to fix it but didnt still no Netflix and still showing 4/12/24. She said she wld get back with us fast forward 8pm called down to get tv provider so we cld have correct guide but front desk said we cldnt find online and she wld call us back after trying to correct on her end...fast forward to 10pm no call and still no tv. Never staying at Marriott again

STAFF: Very friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to help. PRICE: Reasonable LOCATION: You will need a car to get to anywhwere from the hotel. CLEAN: The swimming pool was filthy so were many of the common areas. A real let down.

This is a very nice hotel right next to Children's Hospital and within walking distance to Mt Adams and Cincinnati Playhouse and Art Museum. Front desk all super friendly and helpful. No on site dining but very easy to get to Mt Adams for so many dining options. . It was quiet with the exception of some highway noise from time to time. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious.

Nice little hotel. 10 min drive to almost everything we needed. Breakfast was subpar. Toilet paper was terrible. Saturday night parking was hard to come by. But other than that it was a decent stay….still pricey for 4 nights. Prob won’t stay again if prices stay the same.

The staff was friendly, quick and very helpful. The evening cocktail bar was a nice surprise and the breakfast area was clean, comfortable and there was a pretty good variety of options for breakfast. The pool area was well maintained and clean as well. My room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, and such a wonderful shower! Springhill Suites were already one of my favorite brands to stay with. This location only makes me like them even more!

This was a very quiet clean hotel and comfortable. There was a few hairs in the shower they I cleaned out but other than that , it was clean and nest and comfortable. Staff was helpful and accommodating and breakfast was kept stocked and was decent. Coffee was very tasty

The property had a great breakfast buffet, IMO. I also liked the atmosphere of the lobby, where you can sit and enjoy your coffee, or hang out with family.

Our stay was nice overall. Nice and clean hotel, which is a plus in my opinion. I really liked that the shower was separate from the toilet. I find this very convenient. We enjoyed the pool, however there were not any towels available, but eventually some were provided. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the clerk running it was not very pleasant. All other staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my daughter thought she locked my car, but she had not. Someone during the night got in my car and ransacked everything inside. Nothing seemed to be missing and fortunately I did not have anything of value or any cash inside, and nothing was damaged. One of the reasons I chose your hotel was because of the parking lot, but sadly this didn't help protect my car. I realize the car should have been locked, but it was a honest mistake she made. My daughter cannot find her key fob to her car now, so not sure if it was taken from the car. We did call to see of it was left behind in the room. We received a call back that it was not found in the room. I truly appreciate that they checked and called me back.

I booked the hotel because of its name Marriott. Upon entering, the customer service was poor, and the rooms had ants. I reported this to the staff, and they said, "Yes, we know the whole building has ants." There is no customer service. We asked for tiles and linens, and we had to wait until the next day for linens and come get our tiles ourselves. There is no friendly staff service, which was very disappointing.
