SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown

Razoável. Tem estacionamento grátis o que ajudou bastante. É bem localizado. Como só ficamos uma noite única coisa que me incomodou foi o cheiro do carpet. O restante normal para um hotel de rede.

Great location. Great staff. Shower was a bit confusing on how to get hot water

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Pool was so nice and the hotel vibe was relaxing. We will stay here again for sure

Pool was cloudy. Breakfast area was a disaster. Attendent for breakfast was rude and very unfriendly. Slamming doors, rudly stepping in front of guests, not being friendly or saying excuse me. She even got into a fight with another employee and was yelling loudly. It was a very unpleasant experience. Food was average and not stocked well. Not a huge variety either. For the cost of the one night stay, i expected better. Also, an employee entered my room while i was out and had a do not disturb sign on the door,to leave extra towels and blankets that were requested when i booked. This was unacceptable as you should expect that staff will honor privacy and stay out of rooms with the hang tang. Very disappointed in my stay. There are many hotels in Cincinnati, i will go elsewhere next time.

The rooms could definitely use some updating. We purposely booked the springhill suites because the offered the rooms with 2 queen beds and a pull out trundle bed. There was 5 of us traveling together and the desk in their rooms (with the frosted glass) makes a great partition to give my 16yo daughter some privacy while sleeping on the trundle bed. We also like the idea of having a separate toilet/sink room apart from the shower and main sink. Unfortunately the glass was missing from our desk in our room when we checked in. We were informed most rooms no longer had it. The manager was super kind and took us around to other rooms until we found one that had the glass. It didn't have the walk in shower for my disabled mom not we worked around that(and they were kind enough the give us a shower chair to use). All in all the hotel is clean, it had a good breakfast and the staff was kind and accommodating. I think they just need to do some renovations too bring it up to springhill standards a bit better. I would still stay here again.
