Hilton Garden Inn Dothan

this time the elevator was out of service....had to drag my luggage to the 2nd floor. Everytime I have stayed here one thing or another is out of service....the laundry was out last time the time before that it was the gym and this time the elevator. The staff at check in was wonderful however the staff at departure rude.

Room was adequate but poorly stocked...no facial tissue, had to go to the front desk and ask for tissues. No facial / hand soap to wash hands after using the bathroom, bed poorly made, bath towels stocked almost too high for me to reach and large gap 2" - 3" under the door.

Request top floor for less noise.

One thing bad breakfast is not included but you can pay a discount rate to get breakfast. But was a great hit breakfast. Gym was great but no wipes to disinfect equipment I had to bring in a washcloth

Smoke alarm went off in hotel as a washing machine was apparently smoking. Fire department was there, alarms going. We did not have to evacuate but very disturbing.
