Pool was not working. We booked this room quite a while ago mainly because of the six kids and check in to find it not working. There was barely enough pans and utensils for two people let alone a family, even when you put the stuff from 4 rooms together. All of our rooms were unclean and had trash in cabinets. One room didn’t even have a floor in the cabinet under the sink. Very disappointing stay especially when you look at how much we paid and didn’t receive when it comes to the pool. Way too much money, over 1000$, for these accommodations. Should get a sizeable refund. I’m retired military and was not impressed at all!!!

Booked a 1 room suite and it ended up being accessible. We are not handicapped the description never stated that as well. We asked to moved to a regular room they said since we set up through Hotels.com we couldnt move. That is a ridiculous rule if it really is one just because you use Hotels.com to schedule your stay. Then to make matters worse the bedroom had what loomed like blood on curtain and carpet. Maybe someone was murdered?? Fpr the price we had to pay to have to accept what we got was ridiculous. CANDLEWOOD CLEAN THAT ROOM, DONT MAKE PEOPLE STAY ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM IF THEY ARENT HANDICAPPED. I cant attach photos but i have them

This place is a step above most motels in that it includes a small kitchen area. We just needed a room for the night enroute to our final destination, so we didn't use this room extra. Everything was clean, and the bed comfortable. The only hitch was at check-in where the new clerk mistakenly double billed me, but the manager was able to sort that out in the morning. I'd readily stay here again.

Just stayed one night but was pleased with the staff. It is away from the highway so there is very little noise. The air conditioner fan was noisy so we didn't run it while sleeping.

One of the friendliest staff of any hotel We've ever stayed at, Kimberly and Star and the GM we're very accommodating we had a issue with the doors card reader and they offered to switch us rooms or wait until the GM could reprogram the door.

The staff was excellent and tried their best to accommodate Expedia’s overbooking mistake. The room was clean along with the facility. Just a shame we paid for what we didn’t receive however, the facility said this isn’t the first time Expedia has done this. Would stay at that facility again just wouldn’t use Expedia to book it.

Our room had a strong chemical smell and the carpet was wet next to the HVAC unit on the exterior wall. It had rained hard the night we arrived. It took longer to get our keys when we arrived than it has ever taken at any hotel at which I have stayed. We were probably standing at the front desk for 25 minutes, and because of this we had a stressful rush to make our early dinner reservations. The whole hotel has a slapped-together feeling about it.

Just stayed one night but was pleased with the staff. It is away from the highway so there is very little noise. The air conditioner fan was noisy so we didn't run it while sleeping.

Very convenient to highway, restaurants and shopping. Also free laundry, just bring detergent. Full size fridge, cooktop, microwave in room.

I liked that while dining and shopping was within walking distance, it seemed out of the way and very quiet!! I had a great night here and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area with plenty of stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly; the room was spacious and clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. I enjoyed working out in the gym. Plenty of parking; appeared to be a safe and quiet area.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice amenities, shower had good pressure and temp but did not turn off completely so there was a constant drip. Mattress was worn compared to previous stay in different room.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We felt safe. It was very convenient to local activities. Our room was not ready when it was given to us, but we left our bags, and housekeeping still cleaned it well. The pool was out of service, and some parts of the room were showing some wear and tear. There is no breakfast at this hotel. It may have said this when I reserved it, but I missed it.

There’s good and not-so-good here. The building interior is reasonably well-maintained and attractive (except as noted below). The room was spacious and the bed was good. Especially good room if you are a traveler who likes to cook & eat in the room. The bathroom is stylishly contemporary ; great shower. What I didn’t like: we got to the room exhausted from a day of travel and collapsed for a nap. I woke up an hour later with the distinct odor of “dog” in my nose. Not overpowering but unpleasant and annoying. Then we saw the “pet in room” magnet on the interior door frame, a dead giveaway that this room was used to house non-humans. My problem: a hotel should NEVER book a guest into a pet room unless they first disclose this. It doesn’t matter if the room is clean, the smell remains unless the carpet is shampooed, every surface cleaned, and the drapes switched-out, at a minimum. Yes we could have requested a new room but when you’re beat and just want to crash, we’ll, you just want to crash. Other: this property does not have a covered entry and the door is 20 feet or so from the curb, an issue if it’s raining. Additionally, “smoking benches” (I mean, how else will they be used?) are located outside the main entry so entering and leaving requires passing through a gauntlet of cigarette smoke. The floor of the elevator was crazy filthy. One more thing: it’s time for someone to clean in the corners. There’s a lot to like here but for us the negatives outweighed the positives.
