We landed here for a night after our condo we had previously booked fell through. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately the elevators and ice machines in the hotel were not working. Over all it was a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was great.

Great location! Hotel is very busy and 1 elevator was out of order. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. Price was reasonable for stay. Would stay again.

Everything was normal once I arrived. Check-in was amazing. Friendly staff. Once I got back to the hotel the elevator was broken. It was an unexpected situation. Staff said they didn't know when it would be fixed.

The hotel was in a convenient location and our room was excellent. The property was not well maintained. There wasn't an ice machine on our floor and one of the two elevators wasn't working. The front entrance needed pressure washed.

Nice location but didn’t have concessions stocked. Ice on only second and fourth floors but ice out in 2nd floor. Elevator didn’t work but no sign. Breakfast was good.

Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was nice and enjoyable. There are maintenance needs that do not seem to be addressed..... washing machine did not work, ice machine did not work, no vending machines and the lobby refrigerated drinks and snacks were scarse. Location was good. Cost was affordable.

Had my room wrong at check in then tried to act like I was making it up. The washing machines did not work, elevators are a bit slow.

Room was gross. Carpet stained all over. Smelled like urine and was very damp. Ants in bathroom. I’ve stayed here before and was happy but this room was very disappointing.

Disappointed in cleanliness. - socks were black after walking on our room floors. Bathtubs need to be bleached - dirty. Floor boards were falling off in our room. Elevator floors were very dirty. Staff were nice though.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The room however, was not very clean. Bed was comfortable. I don’t think we would stay here again because it was just not clean. The tub had hair in it and had mold all around it. . Expected better for what we paid. Disappointed.

This property LOOKS NICE UPON ARRIVAL ! The pit of the stay unfortunately was a mold/mildew smell in room upon arrival and then learned it was the carpet was soaked from a restroom or plumbing issue that must of been over looked by some prior and I did report it and I was offered to stay in another room so the current room could be out of order but, it was already to mate and I was about to check out! And I did report it to Expedia via chat and I was told to contact someone if I bought travel insurance but, the LOCATION WAS AWESOME! Breakfast VARIETY OF OPTIONS 6:30-9:30am 5 MIN FROM BEACHES

Room 105 felt damp and humid. It also had a peculiar smell. The carpet was stained in several places, dead insects were around the base of the AC unit. The bathroom had rust spots around the tub and door.

Book this hotel 7/16-7/19 once we checked in the room carpet was extremely dirty and stained notified staff that night we begin to start itching I noticed a ant was crawling on me , that morning we check the bed where we seen red Ants in the bed, I immediately went to the front desk and told them this is unacceptable they did spray but the smell was so strong I had a child who have extremely bad asthma we told them that we will be checking out. That was our first night it was a big inconvenience for me and my family I would never book that hotel again that was over 900 dollars with that condition I wouldn’t recommend

Needs updating and deep cleaning in the lobby and hallways

Everything was great except the tv and internet wasn’t working. Sigh. This may date me, but I miss just regular tv. A few channels that actually just work. There were different apps on the tv that just wouldn’t work. To be fair, I didn’t ask for help. We were too tired and just went to bed. The man at the front desk was SO nice. All of the employees looked so nice and were helpful. The bed is much better than my bed at home. I definitely recommend…just be prepared to fight for your internet and tv.🙂

Bed was comfortable.

Every was good. The only problem I had is they didn’t have but a few channels on the tv.

Nice room lighting. Soft pillow cases with embroidered labels for firm or soft fluff. Good value.

The mattress was wonderful.

Easy to get to from the main road, but not a lot of parking, not walkable to other things, breakfast was almost nonexistent, quite noisy all night, room had sheer curtains only on the florida ceiling windows not only allowing all the light from the floodlights on the front of the hotel to come in, but did not feel very private from the outside. Front desk staff seemed like they're be anywhere else and provided very minimal interactions upon check in and check out.

Room was very spacious and clean. A little worn. No blinds on the windows just a curtain that did not quite cover the windows. Door hinges were loose but did not hinder the function or safety.

We chose this hotel .as a place to stay an extra day due to the price, location, and availability. Check in was great as the man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and inviting. Our room was of a good size and the bed was comfy. Carpet was spotted in several places and needed a cleaning or refresh. The walls are pretty thin and sound travels well. It served its purpose but but would not recommend for more than 1 night.

Everthing was great other then the bed it was so hard.

The first room the TV did not work so we had to switch rooms. No maintenance person available to fix the TV. The first room was a handicapped room which is what we requested, the second was not. But we managed.

Jim at the front desk did an excellent job of welcoming us and making sure every need was taken care of. He is a real asset to this company. The breakfast food was decent. I was a bit disappointed that the juice machine didn't work, but they did have a jug of orange juice. The room was clean & quiet, and the bed was oh, so comfortable! Super close to the beach too!

The stay at the property was nice. The staff was friendly, housekeeping was great, and the location is very close to the beach, but still close to Foley. I would stay here again

This Holiday Inn Express was in a good location ( except with the construction going on the Blvd.) At the moment, making access to the facility inconvenient. But for the most part my family and I were pleased with the location, the facility, the staff( whom were all nice and polite) rooms were spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was the best I've eaten at any of the facilities. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Elevator wasn't working properly and the ice machine on my floor was not working But there was access on another floor. I would book this Holiday Inn Express location again in the future. Recommend.

Close to restaurants, entertainment and ocean. Pool was relaxing and breakfast options are plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Everything about our experience was perfect! Check in was a breeze with just my ID to match the reservation. Jim at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He explained all of the amenities from the buffet style breakfast, ice machines available for use, how to access the pool, and all the things. We accessed our room easily and never had a wait for an elevator. Once in the room we were quite pleased that the accommodations actually matched the listing. The room was spotless, the layout spacious and plenty of storage for our gear, the AC was already set and the room was nice and cool, and they even provide complimentary toiletries down to the lotion and body wash (Dove brand at that!). We enjoyed the pool with the kids in the evening and it was just as spotless as the rest of the facility. The area was quiet, and for being a block off the main road felt surprisongly private. Bedtime was great as the whole hotel was quiet and peaceful. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home which has now lead to use searching for a new mattress because we want to sleep with that comfort every night! Breakfast the next morning was amazing. Hot foods, great variety, someone keeping an eye on it and constantly refilling. We had every option we could have asked for. Everyone left full and ready to start our day. Leaving was just as easy. They have luggage carts to help load your things back and forth, and even around check out we never really waited for an elevator. Amazing time!

I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was clean, the breakfast was great, and the front staff were super nice (shoutout to Jim for successfully helping multiple customers at check-in efficiently and was super friendly).

Very nice hotel to stay at .. The breakfast has a lot to be desired.. Pancake machine was broke down for 3 days most days they were out of everything.. The one day we did eat the food was cold and nasty !!

Wonderful property with excellent staff. Great location with a really nice breakfast, too. We loved it!

There were no sheets on the pull out mattress and there was only an extra pillow in the closet. Nothing else to make the bed up. There was still hair in the shower also. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The breakfast could’ve been better. The pancakes tasted like plastic and were not edible.
