Hotel was exactly as needed. The staff was friendly. The beverage/snack machine didnt work well, but the desk did offer items for sale also. They offer a small breakfast for a fee in the mornings. Shower has combo bodywash/shampoo in the shower area. The air temp control unit occasionally buzzed from vibration in the room i was in, but it wasn't much of a issue. You cannot hear any planes inside the room at all. Airport is directly across the street along with 2 bus stops that you can link up to get almost anywhere. There is a restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There is an old castle near by using public transport, but the walk there requires an entire uphill hike so be prepared.

The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is across from the Baden Airport, which is fine, but we didn’t fully understand that from the property description. There is one restaurant close (Da Vinci) and it was really good, but that’s it for close eats. Parking for the hotel is the lot for the airport. The hotel offers a slight discount on overnight parking. Breakfast is not included.

Propreté parfaite. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Très bien isolé alors que très proche de l'aéroport. Points négatifs : parking payant (8 euros la nuit avec la remise de l'hôtel), petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix vu le prix.

Hotel bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul bémol: le parking de l'aéroport est payant pour les clients de l'hotel. Comptez 25€ pour 1 nuit par véhicule.

We stayed here for one night after Ryanair rescheduled our flight, in a triple room with my wife and adult daughter. Check in was smooth, friendly and in English, out room was only a few metres from Reception and was clean and spacious. The Hotel is literally opposite the terminal entrance, right next to the Car Hire drop off and long-term car park, so really convenient, just head for the terminal and you can’t miss it. The beds were comfortable and the linen fresh and crisp. There was plenty of room for one night’s stay, and the bathroom was pretty good too, there are no beverage facilities, but there are vending machines in Reception. We booked breakfast for the morning at €10.50 each, and there was a good choice of cold items and warm boiled eggs, toast, and coffee. Not the best value but more than adequate given the limited facilities in the Airport. For our evening meal we visited the small Italian Restaurant Da Vinci that is about 100 metres away – (Walk out of Reception and turn left). Recommended for Airport overnights.

Hotelkamer was prima. Schoon en ruim genoeg. Personeel was vriendelijk. Hotel bied geen faciliteiten, alleen ontbijt. Locatie is naast het vliegveld, uitzicht op de auto's. Parkeren erg duur

Wir sind um ca 23:00 angekommen. Leider war der Check in Automat außen am Hoteleingang defekt. Der Zugang zum Check in Automaten im Innenbereich war nur durch Öffnen der verschlossenen Eingangstür durch andere Gäste von Innen möglich, die auch kämpften um Ihr Check in durchzuführen. Da man zum Zahlen selber wieder zu dem ansonsten nicht funktionierenden Automaten ausserhalb vom Hotel musste. Nach unserem Check in am Automaten funktionierte das Zimmertürschloss nicht mit dem erhaltenen Code und wir haben frustriert bei der Notfallnummer angerufen. Erst bei 3. Anruf ging ein Mitarbeiter ans Telefon und teilte uns andere Codes mit, die wir probieren sollten. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer und Code zugeteilt, der funktionierte. Das Zimmer selber war insgesamt ok, aber die Decke in der Dusche war schimmelig.

Ganz gleich ob Waschbecken, Tisch oder Nachttisch. Alles war nicht gesäubert. Ich schreibe so etwas niemals, aber einfach nur ekelhaft. Zudem war das Zimmer so laut. Ich dachte es käme von den Flugzeugturbinen des angrenzenden Flughafens. Leider war es die Klimaanlage. Auch das Kissen roch, freundlich gesagt, muffig. Ich habe es mir bewusst nicht angeschaut. Wäre ich nicht erst um 2h morgens eingecheckt, wäre ich nich umgezogen.

Hotel perfecto, si tu única opción es hospedarte en el aeropuerto por tener un vuelo temprano o llegar muy tarde. Literal cruzas la calle y ya estás entrando al aeropuerto, esto es una gran ventaja. La recepción funciona en horarios específicos y lo sabíamos cuando hicimos la reserva. Esto no fue mayor problema, pero, tener en cuenta que no disponen de muchos servicios, es un hotel básico. El baño normal y limpieza regular. Lo único fatal es que en el techo de la ducha habían manchas de moho y esto en un hotel de 100$ la noche, creo que deberían tenerlo solucionado. Para llegar al hotel, es muy fácil, tomando el autobús de la línea 215 que sale de la estación de tren de Baden-Baden y llegas en unos 20 minutos.

As I entered the room, the room smelled like Pee, I later opened the Bathroom door and could see that the floor was stained with pee and smelled very bad. To the naked eye, the room might seem clean, but when you really look, there’s stains and dirt and dust everywhere. Such a bad experience

We had an early flight so it made sense to be as close to the airport as possible that morning. The hotel is very clean, the room layout was very efficient and comfortable for our very short stay.

Für diesen Preist ist ok. Check-in am Automaten hat leider nicht funktioniert. Teppichboden war ziemlich alt, stinkig und dreckig. Im Zimmer wurde schon lange nicht mehr gesaugt. Seifenspender war leer.

It was such a quick and easy walk from the airport arrival area. Altho the late night check in system didn’t recognise my booking, the doors were open and the code I had emailed worked on the door so we easily accessed the room. I’m not sure what we would have done had the doors been shut though. The room had everything we needed, and it was great having the bunks so we could stay as a family in the same room. Would definitely stay there again if using the airport for Ryanair flights.

Tipica habitación de esta cadena. Habitacion para 4 personas pero ocupada únicamente por una. Es funcional y perfecta para un vuelo matutino, solo tienes que cruzar la calle y estas en la terminal, escasos 50 metros. Dispone de desayuno, pero para comer o cenar, hay un restaurante italiano a 300 metros. No tiene silla para poder trabajar, si mesa pero te sientas en un puff, algo incómodo si pretendes trabajar un rato. No es mala elección.
Tipica habitación de esta cadena. Habitacion para 4 personas pero ocupada únicamente por una. Es funcional y perfecta para un vuelo matutino, solo tienes que cruzar la calle y estas en la terminal, escasos 50 metros. Dispone de desayuno, pero para comer o cenar, hay un restaurante italiano a 300 metros. No tiene silla para poder trabajar, si mesa pero te sientas en un puff, algo incómodo si pretendes trabajar un rato. No es mala elección.

Perfect location, easy check in and staff were lovely. Beds very firm so only a downside depending on preference, I liked it but girlfriend found it very much too hard. Would love to stay again though,

Last day of the 10 day holiday and we thought it might be a good idea to try our first ever airport hotel... And: we will do the same again next year! You get out of the hotel entrance and you are at the airport! No night noise at all... great stay with good quality mattresses

If you need to be close to the airport - late arrival, early departure, then the location is perfect. Room clean, size modest but no problem, reasonable bathroom and peaceful. Like some others (read reviews) I had problems accessing the property. Late arrival planned and notified. Code provided by the property did not work. Stuck outside until a guest kindly let me in. Then I could see an emergency number, and a very helpful gentlemen organised room identification and an access code over the phone. Anxious situation having arrived late and overseas.

Alles, wie man es von einem Flughafenhotel erwartet. Die Flughafenseite ist allerdings die ruhigere, auf der Parkplatzseite bellt ab frühmorgens ununterbrochen ein Hund. Habe bereits zweimal dort genächtigt. Frühstück 7/10.
Alles, wie man es von einem Flughafenhotel erwartet. Die Flughafenseite ist allerdings die ruhigere, auf der Parkplatzseite bellt ab frühmorgens ununterbrochen ein Hund. Habe bereits zweimal dort genächtigt. Frühstück 7/10.

I guess this is the type of place that you only stay at if you absolutely have to. In the case of a 0600 Ryanair flight, you kind of have to. The location is great - it’s across the parking lot from FKB. I had issues with check in (it’s a self check in process where you receive a door code to enter the building). The key to our room didn’t work, the elevator was not working and the air conditioning would not go lower than 23 degrees Celsius. The pillows on the bed were very thin so I asked for an extra pillow at the front desk - I was told they don’t have extra pillows ……. Pardon? This is a hotel. I asked for an extra towel (two ladies staying in one room) and was told this was also not possible. Look- I understand that this is barely one step above a hostel, but the price didn’t reflect that. Get some amenities!

Bei der Reservierung erhielt ich eine Nachricht vom Hotel, dass ich anrufen müsse, falls ich spät einchecke. Ich habe mindestens zehnmal angerufen, wurde jedoch immer nur an den Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und konnte meinen späten Check-in nicht melden. Daraufhin schrieb ich eine E-Mail, die jedoch lediglich mit exakt derselben Standardnachricht beantwortet wurde, in der man mich erneut aufforderte, anzurufen. Bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel musste ich dann alle meine Daten eingeben – etwas, das man leicht vermeiden könnte, wenn im Voraus ein Link zu einem Formular geschickt würde, anstatt dies mitten in der Nacht zu erledigen, wenn man bereits sehr müde ist.

Arrived late to find the check in not working, a German speaking guest tried to ring, but it seems that no one was willing to help. No telephone numbers available to call for help. Luckily to system started to work after a while, surely it is possible to employ a member of staff to work overnight to deal with situations like this, and in event of fire!!

Der Checkin-Automat fand meine Buchung nicht. Glücklicherweise war jedoch entgegen der Beschreibung ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption anwesend und konnte uns weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer sind auch nachts durch die Parkplatzbeleuchtung taghell erleuchtet, die Vorhänge halten das Licht aber recht gut ab. Für eine Nacht vor einem frühen Flug ideal.

Front desk should work until 23.00 but when I arrived at 22.15 there was no one there and off course check in machine didn't recognized my reservation and I did not receive access code by email or phone so I wasn't be able to use my room which was payed one week ago. And phone service was also out of working hour. I write them email and they still now 24 h after that answer with anything no apology or anything so AVOID AVOID and AVOID this dump .

The property is next to airport. The person at front desk was very friendly. I had paid for breakfast on the kiosk but could take it because the flight was too early. He took lot of effort to refund the breakfast money.

If you need to be close to the airport - late arrival, early departure, then the location is perfect. Room clean, size modest but no problem, reasonable bathroom and peaceful. Like some others (read reviews) I had problems accessing the property. Late arrival planned and notified. Code provided by the property did not work. Stuck outside until a guest kindly let me in. Then I could see an emergency number, and a very helpful gentlemen organised room identification and an access code over the phone. Anxious situation having arrived late and overseas.

Great all around. Check in machine didn't work and had to use counter. The guy was nice but skipped me and went to the guy behind me who had ordered a pizza. No problem until they started having a conversation about other things and snacks. After a long day to wait while 2 people have a conversation and you being skipped isn't fun.

Great convenient hotel directly opposite the airport. Only a few minutes walk. Nice clean room with all amenities. Self check-in was quite straight forward. Only thing I would say is that the Breakfast is quite pricey at €13.90/person which works out quite expensive for a family of four. We managed to get a light breakfast at the airport for around €22 for all the family.

Last day of the 10 day holiday and we thought it might be a good idea to try our first ever airport hotel... And: we will do the same again next year! You get out of the hotel entrance and you are at the airport! No night noise at all... great stay with good quality mattresses

We stayed here for one night after Ryanair rescheduled our flight, in a triple room with my wife and adult daughter. Check in was smooth, friendly and in English, out room was only a few metres from Reception and was clean and spacious. The Hotel is literally opposite the terminal entrance, right next to the Car Hire drop off and long-term car park, so really convenient, just head for the terminal and you can’t miss it. The beds were comfortable and the linen fresh and crisp. There was plenty of room for one night’s stay, and the bathroom was pretty good too, there are no beverage facilities, but there are vending machines in Reception. We booked breakfast for the morning at €10.50 each, and there was a good choice of cold items and warm boiled eggs, toast, and coffee. Not the best value but more than adequate given the limited facilities in the Airport. For our evening meal we visited the small Italian Restaurant Da Vinci that is about 100 metres away – (Walk out of Reception and turn left). Recommended for Airport overnights.

Já tenho por hábito me hospedar neste Hotel sempre que tenho viagem a sair do Aeroporto de Karlshue. O Hotel está localizado bem em frente ao Aeroporto e isso facilita muito o acesso. O atendimento do sr. da recepção é muito cordial e atencioso. Para quem chega com fome, até as 21h eles tem serviço de pizza no Hotel mesmo e recomendo. Tem maquinas de bebidas frias e quentes, porém, apenas com dinheiro certo porque não devolvem troco. Levem moedas!

Propreté parfaite. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Très bien isolé alors que très proche de l'aéroport. Points négatifs : parking payant (8 euros la nuit avec la remise de l'hôtel), petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix vu le prix.

Frokosten var meget dårlig utvalg. Ikke for og vare vanskelig, men det manglet alt. Betalte 1770-, Virkelig, aldrig sett makan på så dårlig utvalg av frokost. Personalet i resepsjonen var hyggelig. Renhold ok. Men, de som skal ta fly, ligger hotellet perfekt til.

The B&B Hotel Baden-Airpark sells itself on convenience, and on that front it delivers. Located directly opposite the airport terminal, it's ideal after a late flight, with the rental car desks just a short walk away. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Despite arriving after midnight, we still had to enter our personal details during check-in instead of everything being ready in advance. For a hotel catering to late arrivals, this is disappointing. The biggest issue was our ground-floor room, which was infested with cockroaches. This wasn't a single insect—there were several crawling around the room. Reception was already closed, so there was no one to contact and no possibility of changing rooms. Instead of sleeping, we spent much of the night killing cockroaches and checking the room. I killed several and have photographic evidence if the hotel wishes to investigate. The rest of the night was spent wondering if more would appear or crawl onto the bed. A great location cannot compensate for poor hygiene. Cleanliness is the absolute minimum guests should expect. I would only stay here again if there were absolutely no other accommodation options available, and I cannot recommend it based on this experience. If hotel management would like to discuss this incident, they are welcome to contact me. I would be happy to provide the photographs and further details so this can be properly investigated.
