Parfait pour les pèlerins qui trouveront ici une chambre confortable, propre, au calme. L’accueil humain n’est pas le point fort de la maison. Mais bon, cela ne dure que 5’ Le pdj? Bof. Rien de transcendant. On a vu mieux pour le même prix. Mais le must, ce sont les piscines extérieures, chauffées extraordinaires. Ceci dit, Peut-être ai-je mal compris, mais en prenant une chambre vous avez d’office accès aux piscines extérieures. Pas besoin de prendre le supplément spa de 30€ car à part un grand bain chaud avec seulement 4 places assises (alors qu’on était 7 dans l’eau… ) et tout ça pour 30’ et sans accès cabines de jets ou autre équipement…

Hotel is great and we really appreciated the pool and spa as we were walking the Camino. Unfortunately the pool is closed until midday so we couldn't swim in the morning. The room was very basic and no AC. Window too low to leave open at night. We stayed in a twin near the pool. The beds were uncomfortable too. I'd stay again for pool (only).

What a great experience we had at Balneario Acuna! The staff was so helpful and kind. We had messed up on our reservations and they immediately fixed it and got us a room hours before check in time. The grounds were gorgeous!! The pool was exceptional! We had the most relaxing swim after our long Camiño walk from Pontevedra. We decided to treat ourselves to a spa treatment called the Camino Pilgrims treatment. It started with a one hour soak in the most amazing jacuzzi pool with many jets and a tall flowing circular waterfall. There were also showers that had three different temperature options for your entire body. Unfortunately the bungalow that we stayed in didn’t have air conditioning but we woke up feeling rejuvenated from the spa treatment and enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was included with our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone!
