Great place for a family reunion

If you are looking for the perfect mountain getaway, find your dates and lock it in. I planned an extended weekend getaway with my fabulous friends. There were 11 of us traveling and there was more than enough room for all of us... and the views off the multiple decks are amazing.This group has been traveling together for the past six years and we have stayed in many rentals and this was by far our favorite house.There is TONS of room to spread out but also gather for meals or movie nights. The house had everything that we needed, multiple master suites, fire pit, hot tub and game room.The gated committee was also very nice and we all felt safe. The house is centrally located and we had a blast visiting Mt. Airey and touring a variety of wineries.Our host (Natalie) was very helpful and onsite, which was convenient if we had questions or needed some suggestions.We will be back for sure!

Beautiful views, plenty of space for our 4 couples and 4 singles, ample parking. Remote location, 20 mins to dollar store, only basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. Bring your own shampoo, shower gel, coffee and filters, teabags, cooking oils, zip lock bags, cling wrap, kitchen foil, matches or lighter, kindling and firewood for the fire pit. Gate code supplied in checkin instructions was wrong, no cellular access at gate, so had to return to main road to call for correct code, then call again once at the house for entry code. Hosts were responsive when we discovered no baking sheets, delivered them within a few minutes along with kitchen foil. Downstairs king bedroom and shared bathroom only accessible through the queen bedroom, ok for a family but tricky for couples/singles. House needed some care and maintenance, will notify host separately on these.

We had a n amazing weekend at this cabin near Dobson. The manager was kind and responsive and the property was spectacular. Will definitely go back again.
