E INCLUSO, VOLVIERON A CARGAR 100 LIBRAS MAS A LA TARJETA , EL DIA POSTERIOR AL CHECK OUT, SIN AUTORIZACION Y SIN EXPLICARNOS PORQUE. ESO FUE EL 23 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2025. FUERON 2 NOCHES DE HOSPEDAJE Y POR LOS MONTOS COBRADOS ES COMO SU HUBIESEN COBRADO LO DE 4 NOCHES. A ESTE MOMENTO, 6 DE OCTUBRE DEL 2025, NO HAN REALIZADO LA DEVOLUCION DEL DEPOSITO, CUANDO COMENTARON QUE SERIA DE 2 A 3 DIAS POSTERIORES DEL CHECK OUT, QUE FUE EL DIA 25 DE SEPTIEMBRE.

Warm friendly staff. Not worth the money for a suite. You would expect complimentary water for the price. No chair with the vanity station which was very bizarre. Better off with one of the cozy rooms. But great location.

No real amenities. Noisy rooms. Two capsules of coffee in the room and when I asked reception if there was somewhere in the hotel to get a coffee, the response was to go to the train station. Overall, not ideal if you want a hotel experience.

Amazing location and very welcoming staff. No issues with noise on the back side of the hotel and I loved the gorgeous large room with a glass canopy (complete with very functional shades). Only drawbacks were 1) the WiFi was rather weak and 2) the room could have used a bit more of a gay touch to the bathroom amenities (wink)
