It was a cozy space, comfortable bed and couch. The chairs at the small dining table were great too. Everything was done well. I really only had two things that I didn't care for. My husband is a coffee drinker, and we were there for five days. To only have four coffee pods really wasn't enough. The other things that I missed was a dresser. I didn't care to live out of a large suitcase for five days. It made it hard to find what I needed.But everything that was there from the pillows and mattress to the couch and table was great.

This property is beautiful, very centrally located. We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner. Our only hiccup was a missing door code when we arrived. Unfortunately, our plane was three hours late, but the property management team did answer the phone at almost one in the morning and let us into the property. I was extremely thankful!

We had a mixed experience with this VRBO stay. The location was excellent—quiet and within walking distance to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, restaurants, and shops. The house was very clean and cute, making it a comfortable place to stay.However, communication with the host was poor. We had no communication from the host prior to our stay. We did not receive check in information ahead of time and had to contact VRBO customer support on arrival day to get it, only getting instructions a hour before check in. During our stay, we had hot water issues and received no response from the host. We also didn’t get check out instructions until 15 minutes before check out, despite messaging them with over 24 hours in advance of our check out time.Overall, the property itself is nice, but if you need communication from the host, this may not be the best choice.
