This is pretty much a bare bones hotel. There really is no lobby, just a podium and two chairs. The room was adequate, but they gave us two bath towels and one hand towel for two of us. There is no maid service. No telephone in the room. There is a restaurant, but breakfast costs extra. There was not a lot of food put out at any one time. People were always waiting for more eggs to be put out. I wouldn’t stay there again

Not many amenities here! No maid services, no phone in room, no lobby, a restaurant that you paid for, and would run out of breakfast food quickly due to cooking only 3 eggs at a time. On the other hand, it was walking distance to the underground.

We are giving Premier Inn Edgware 3 stars. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we didn’t feel very welcomed. The receptionist told us that our booking was “not actually valid,” but that he would let it go this time. This was quite strange and confusing for us, as everything had been properly booked and paid for in advance. We were also given a room designed for guests with special needs, which was not the room type we had booked or wanted. The stay itself was fine overall, but the check-in experience unfortunately affected our impression of the hotel.
