Check in was nice. Upon checking out and getting in my car, I started it and it made an ungodly sound. After further inspection someone stole my catalytic converter. Of course I was devastated. The cameras are only for viewing not for recording. I had to stay another day. Dealing with police and insurance and tow truck is hard to do on Sunday. Juan was very helpful.

I was there for 3 days and a car was broken in and the shattered window glass was never swept up. The safety lock on the door was broken and the front of the a/c was filthy. It looks like this property is going downhill fast!

Comfy beds. Good shower. A/C hard to regulate; unit's condensation left water on the floor. Adequate breakfast. Fitness room was too hot to exercise much, and the TV in that room could not be heard. Guest laundry room was stifling when machines were running. Room lock was changed out at 10:00 in the morning, and it took an hour to do so. We had no prior notice, and my wife was still in bed because we were staying over that night too. Very inconvenient!! Manager was most understanding and accommodating.

The hotel location has a lot of traffic noise. We tried to run the AC fan to block it out but it wouldn’t run continuously. The pool had a sign from Garland Health dept that it was closed… the breakfast was open at 6:00 (most don’t open until 7 on weekends)… but it was slim.

This property is under construction and it was not listed as so when I made the reservation. I would have never stayed here knowing. Our first room reaked of pot and the next one smelled of plaster.

Check in was easy.. staff was very helpful and friendly.. they are under renovations so they’re is very little visuals of repair but the place is still upkept. It was nice.. room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable..

Pros: full breakfast, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, dollar general was a walking distance, easy check in and out process. Cons: they’re doing renovations which we didn’t know about till we checked in. There were 2 hairs left in the bathroom from the previous visitor. It had a weird smell but I think it came from the carpet (which they are in the process of removing). They charge an extra $100 for deposit that will go back to your card in 3-7 days. And the pool was freezing cold!!! Why have an indoor pool if it’s basically going to be like taking an ice bath. We only book hotels with pools so we were disappointed that we couldn’t swim.

Walking in, there were several rolls of carpet sitting in the lobby. I understand removing carpet, but the guests shouldn't see it. They could have put it in a conference room until it was picked up. The walls were all scuffed up and dirty. I tried looking past it and thought the room might be better. Nope...not at all! The ceiling above one of the beds looked like it was about to fall in. There was body hair (if you know what I mean) in the bathtub. Something nasty on one of the lamps, another lamp didn't have a bulb. The bed was almost the same firmness as the ground and I found a bug on my pillow. I dont usually leave bad reviews but I feel like the reviews on this hotel that led me to book with them, were misleading or completely inaccurate. I hope they read this and make corrections.

Expensive, after checking in I notice there was only the roll of Tp on the holder, probably 10 squares left, total, no tissues, the shower mat had black mold all over it, the floor was nasty, the very dingy 2 white towels are hard and small, etc… the floor in room was nasty, the lounge chair had so many huge stains i lost my appetite for dinner. The top blanket had to come from late 50’s so awful to eye, so uncomfortable, the only clean item in the room was mini fridge. I was informed the owner puts only what previous guest had used on Tp, the over priced, NO COFFEE, No breakfast, motel needs to spend some of the money from guest that they over charge and upgrade on some needed improvements. Very very disappointed in customer service. They are only in it to profit, and not take pride in safety, cleanliness, at least satisfied customers. We work hard for every penny we make, treat us with common currency respect,

It was very dirty. There were stains on the hall carpet. The sheets are scratchy. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Bathtub wasn’t supported properly, felt like I was going to fall through. Faucet pulled out of the wall. There were 3 protein stains on the shower walls. (Yes,that type of protein). Do not recommend.

The room I stayed in was not cleaned bathroom had trash and dried blood on the floor. The clerk moved without a problem, but it was inconvenience for me to pack all my things up after unpacking to another room. The lobby area had a strong odor of Chlorine or chemical smell I coughed all night. My other room was clean and the dining area was neat and the lady was very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel staff is friendly and responsive but the property is quite dated. Walls are paper thin and you can pretty much hear all your next door neighbors conversation. On some nights the shower didn’t have enough hot water.

Great staff, pretty clean place. The breakfast is always the same. Not very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The beds are pretty uncomfortable. Feels like sleeping on plywood with some cushion. Can hear the neighbors above, so sound travels easily unfortunately. As mentioned before the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The maids are also very friendly and helpful. Other than the above things mentioned, this place is not bad, just need to improve their mattresses, especially if they are going to continue to charge what they charge for a room. But all in all a pretty decent hotel. I would recommend it.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was plenty large enough for us to have room to move around in. Everything seemed to be in working order. The only thing I wish is that there were more USB charging ports instead of just on the clock. It was fairly quiet and appeared to be in a good neighborhood.

The hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not affect our stay. Clean comfortable and easy access to everything. 1 light was out in the room but it was only a minor inconvenience. Moderate road noise from the highway next to the property. Mild unpleasant smell at night.

Situated near I-30 and there was loud and constant road noise all night, property clearly not well insulated. Newer property, so clean. Bathtub/Shower bottom area felt flexible and unstable while showering. No real welcome when I arrived, but lobby and breakfast area very nice. No bottled water in rooms or available. Love the Dove bath products.

I reserved a one bedroom suite. It was great when I walked in. But as the night went on the living area a/c got warmer and warmer. I ended spending the rest of the time in the room with the door closed. I only stayed one night thank goodness

Unfortunately never got to stay here as the front desk tried charging my credit card multiple times when it was a PAY AT PROPERTY. SO THEY CANCELLED MY STAY. I WAS STRANDED.

When we went to check in there was no one at the front desk. We called the hotel phone while we were in the lobby and it took almost 2 minutes for them to answer the phone. They still took forever to come check us in. Our toilet did not work all night so we had to use the restrooms downstairs. Called multiple times for maintenance to come and was told that they will be up soon. After 4 attempts, the downstairs clerk stated that they only have 1 maintenance person and that they were not in to work yet. Very disappointing stay.

Our stay started with bad customer service. Rachel wasn't very helpful and seemed irritated with everyone that she was checking in. The indoor pool was extremely cold and there were never any pool towels available. The breakfast was okay. The cereal options were Raisin Brand and Cornflakes. Great options for adults, but not kids. The sausage and eggs were like any other continental breakfast. The waffle batter was as thin as water and for some reason, after trying 4 times, the waffles kept coming out uncooked in the middle, even after I left it in there for an additional minute. It was weird. Needless to say, I took my kids to Denny's for breakfast. Overall, I will not go back to this location.

Staff told me I had to pay in full up front even though website stated I was to pay a deposit. They were rude and treated me like dirt. Being a white, middle aged, woman dealing with foreigners, they thought they could get by with it and who would care. I paid for 3 days but looked for a different hotel the next day and checked out after two. I have yet to get a refund or receipt. They refused to provide one at the time of checkout and said they would email it. Still have not seen one and I can't get anyone to return my calls.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay (that would have been nice to know before booking). It took a little while to check in, we had to wait (about 15-30mins) while the room was made available. Also, the photos show a hot tub with the indoor pool, but the hot tub was covered and not accessible (and the pool was VERY cold). The renovations included some work on the roof which was very close to our room and somewhat noisy (but not during late hours). The hotel required the key to use the elevator (and access the stairs from what I was told by other guests), which was new to me. The room was in very good condition, the staff was very friendly and professional, the breakfast was very good. The price and location were very good, overall I was pleased with the stay (aside from the items mentioned).

The hotel location has a lot of traffic noise. We tried to run the AC fan to block it out but it wouldn’t run continuously. The pool had a sign from Garland Health dept that it was closed… the breakfast was open at 6:00 (most don’t open until 7 on weekends)… but it was slim.

Overall, the stay was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Not all of the lamps worked, there were two bottles of conditioner in the shower instead of shampoo and conditioner, and the key card lock stopped working the morning of check out. I had to get the front desk get me back in my room after breakfast. Location was good if you need a quick on/off from I30, but not much within walking distance outside of the dollar general located right behind the hotel.

Convenient location, good parking, good for the price. Bathtub seemed to have a crack and sunk in the middle and staff took all wash cloths (used and unused) and used bath mat after cleaning room and forgot to replace, but otherwise nice stay

Situated near I-30 and there was loud and constant road noise all night, property clearly not well insulated. Newer property, so clean. Bathtub/Shower bottom area felt flexible and unstable while showering. No real welcome when I arrived, but lobby and breakfast area very nice. No bottled water in rooms or available. Love the Dove bath products.

Great staff, pretty clean place. The breakfast is always the same. Not very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The beds are pretty uncomfortable. Feels like sleeping on plywood with some cushion. Can hear the neighbors above, so sound travels easily unfortunately. As mentioned before the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The maids are also very friendly and helpful. Other than the above things mentioned, this place is not bad, just need to improve their mattresses, especially if they are going to continue to charge what they charge for a room. But all in all a pretty decent hotel. I would recommend it.

It was mostly good. Issues: No curtain’s in room on arrival. Our room was right above the conference room and there was a party going on with loud music coming through the floor till 10pm. After a long exhausting til from Tennessee this was annoying and made getting to sleep difficult.

Pros: full breakfast, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, dollar general was a walking distance, easy check in and out process. Cons: they’re doing renovations which we didn’t know about till we checked in. There were 2 hairs left in the bathroom from the previous visitor. It had a weird smell but I think it came from the carpet (which they are in the process of removing). They charge an extra $100 for deposit that will go back to your card in 3-7 days. And the pool was freezing cold!!! Why have an indoor pool if it’s basically going to be like taking an ice bath. We only book hotels with pools so we were disappointed that we couldn’t swim.

Worst breakfast amenities, everything was water down, from apple juice, orange juice, syrup, waffle mix. Runny scramble eggs, sausage had a funny taste. Do yourself a favor amd just drives down the street and have breakfast at Dennys, waffle house or Ihop.

It was very nice and clean. The breakfast was the same thing every single day. Powder eggs, cereal , sausage, waffles, bread, yogurt. Never boiled or fried eggs, never bananas, never bacon. It was tough to eat the same thing seven days.

The gentleman who checked me in was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was limited and there were few healthy choices, no fruit, and the yougurt machine was empty all 5 days. Housekeeping was mediocre, but I was shocked to find they had emptied the non-flushable garbage in the bathroom into the toilet (I know this because they hadn't fully flushed it)!

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The only bad thing I have to say is that the garbage can beside the elevator was not emptied my whole stay and it smelled awful. My room was a few feet down from the elevator and I could smell it as soon as I opened my door. Parking was easy. The hotel was right next to a dollar general. The room stayed cool. During breakfast the staff was helpful. I was trying to get some yogurt & it was out so the lady came and refilled the dispenser and informed me that it ready. Breakfast was the usual. There was a man who used his hand to get the cinnamon rolls instead of using the tongs that I thought was unsanitary (not on the staff though, I guess he was just blind to the fact that there was a utensil for him to use.)
