Botanique Hotel Prague is a fantastic city center hotel with a be green sustainability concept. Enjoyed great comfortable fully renovated rooms and super breakfast with so much to choose from. Hotel also has a nice bar and the food at the bistro was great. If you want to work out there is a really good new gym as well. Nice and caring staff.

The staff was really helpful. The breakfast buffet is great and it has the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. I loved the fact that I could do laundry for free. The parking is tight but I really appreciated the staff, they will park the car and get it for you. I love the security in the parking area. There is a bus stop in front of the front door, that’s helpful if you need the bus but otherwise it’s a lot of people for a few minutes at a time. My only complaint is it’s a bit farther away to get to the town square or other sights, they are all at least a mile away.

Excellent hotel - close to station and a short walk to restaurants and the centre. Hotel staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a buffet breakfast which has lots of choice and the onsite bar and restaurant offer excellent food and drink selection at a reasonable price

Everything is perfect at this hotel. Room, AC, bathroom, breakfast, friendly helpful staff, location. Just don't bring a car (if you must, make it a tiny car). Getting in and out of the underground parking aged me considerably.

Really nice and large lobby, bar and restaurant but it lacks atmosphere and energy. Could be a great space to spend time in if the staff had more energy and were more service oriented. Although this is the case in most of Prague. A very nice renovation. The area is very busy with so much transit at the front door. But great access to get many places.

The rooms were very comfy for a weary traveler. The beds are soft and clean. The staff is very helpful from advice on where to go for dinner, to offering me an umbrella on a rainy day. The location is perfect across the street from a major station. The gym was nice and the breakfast offering was delicious and filling. I look forward to staying here again.

Always stay at the Botanique when I visit Prague. Good location situated next to Florenc UG station. Rooms have been refurbished. Clean and modern. One night though they closed the restaurant and played loud music / karaoke until 11pm. There was no communication of this during check in or during my stay which tarnished my visit somewhat.

The hotel rooms are clean and include fridge with complimentary drinks. The restaurant had good food as well. The one thing they can improve on is having a water filling station. They provide 1 complimentary bottle of water and therafter I had to buy water which as an eco hotel did not resonate with me

We loved our stay here. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it an easy 15-20min to walk to the old town square and there are many excellent cafes and bakeries nearby. Not to mention the tram stop directly out the front. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the quality of the restaurant made us want to stay in for dinner. Would stay here again for our next visit to Prague.

チェックインした部屋のトイレを使おうとしたら、便座に血が飛び散って汚れていました。フロントに戻って部屋を替えてもらえるようにお願いしたところ、写真を撮ったか、と聞かれました。そのような目にもしたくないものを写真に収める訳がないのに。なんとか部屋は替えてもらいましたが、変更後の部屋のトイレの便座には茶色い汚れが付着していました。旅先で疲れていたこともあり、また部屋を替えてもらう手間を考えると面倒に感じてしまい、自分でアルコールスプレーを吹きかけて掃除しましたが、なかなか汚れが取れずに5分も費やしました。このために、このホテルについては清潔でない印象が大きいです。

Bra läge och gångavstånd till sevärdheter. Vi förväntade oss parkering men det fanns endast plats för ”små bilar”. Rummet vi fick på 902 var fullt med småkryp och döda spindlar. Bokade rummet med ”city view” vilket var onödigt då man inte vågade gå ut på balkongen pga alla småkryp. Väldigt dåligt städat på golvet, dammigt på vissa ställen. Taket var fullt med mosade småkryp så vi bad om ett nytt rum och fick 906, även där fanns det småkryp men inte lika mycket som tur. Tog en drink i lobbyn vid 22:30 och gick redan vid 23:00 då det började dammsugas och moppas på golvet, kändes inte välkomnade och det väsnades från dammsugaren så man knappt hörde varandra. Bra frukost men detta hotell kommer jag inte att besöka igen.

It would have been 5 stars across the board. As myself and my son had a great stay. Breakfast catered for everyones taste, all the staff courteous and friendly. Our only conplaint was just as checking out we did the under the bed check to ensure he hadnt left anything, only to find previous occupants dirty socks!

The air conditioning across the whole hotel would only pump out hot air. Our room got up to 29° at night. When we complained, they offered us a bottle of wine and said there is nothing they could do about it. I would return, but only in mid winter when the "air con" heats up the room up to a normal temperature, and not to the 29° that we experienced.

Lovely hotel with really nice staff. Very modern and well located. Everywhere was spotless. Would happily stay here again. Early check in, birthday Prosecco and luggage storage were much appreciated. Literally the only thing I would change is the TV, very limited English channels and no wifi access on the TV so couldn’t watch Netflix etc.

Convenient hotel, clean. However room was hot and stuffy, the hotel gave us a fan. There was building work under our window, started 7.30am each day and very noisy! Wanted food on evening and only offered that we could buy crisps. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Great location and stylish clean room with lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and a large range of options, and the bar served good drinks at fair prices. The only slight downside was that we found the pillows a little too soft, but the bed itself was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

At check in the clerk was kind of rude. Called to try to get expedia premium VIP late check out (which was supposed to be 3pm) and was told that if I wanted to stay past 1:30 pm I would need to pay additional 20 euros.

Was told to pay for breakfast separately after I included in booking no big deal, get to hotel they tell me it's optional, when I check out I get told to pay for breakfast for 2 days , I never even stepped foot or even saw the breakfast, I told them and still charged me, other than that , place is clean ,nice and friendly staff for Prague....

Cannot fault this hotel. We had a fabulous stay here. Communication from the desk staff was excellent before arrival, they answered queries and arranged transfers. When we were there they were helpful and knowledgeable. The room was stunning, peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. I appreciated the separate gluten free corner, but suggest maybe a toaster there too and maybe a little more choice - the pastries, cakes and cereals the gluten eaters had looked enviable!

Schönes, modernes Hotel in der Innenstadt Prags mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Altstadt und Karlsbrücke sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sowohl Metro als auch Tram Haltestelle unmittelbar gegenüber. Die Parkplätze waren, für uns ungewohnt, über einen Lift erreichbar, aber auch hier war das Hotelpersonal sofort behilflich. Dieses Hotel hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen.

I chose this hotel having read reviews about it and I was not disappointed. The hotel is ideally located, within short walking distance to most tourist sites. Excellent transportation options with both trams and subway just outside. Convenience stores nearby and many different restaurants to choose from. The hotel breakfast is also good, and room great with air conditioning. Will definitely book this hotel again next time.

Really nice and large lobby, bar and restaurant but it lacks atmosphere and energy. Could be a great space to spend time in if the staff had more energy and were more service oriented. Although this is the case in most of Prague. A very nice renovation. The area is very busy with so much transit at the front door. But great access to get many places.

Just across Florenc station you will find the hotel. It´s nice and green, and the atmosphere is really great. Good hotel rooms, great beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was very nice, and the scrambled eggs was the real deal. I highly recommend a stay here, and it´s very easy to jump on a tram outside the door, or the metro on the other side of the road.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. Delicious breakfast with lots of options to suit all tastes. Cocktails and dinner good in the bar, especially the duck confit. It was spotlessly clean with all the in room facilities you need. Also very quiet, both between the room an corridors / lift and outside, we weren't able to hear trams or traffic outside. A wonderful base for our stay in Prague.

Was told to pay for breakfast separately after I included in booking no big deal, get to hotel they tell me it's optional, when I check out I get told to pay for breakfast for 2 days , I never even stepped foot or even saw the breakfast, I told them and still charged me, other than that , place is clean ,nice and friendly staff for Prague....

Fantastisk boende med supertrevlig personal, rent och fräscht både på rummet och i de allmänna utrymmena och fantastiskt bra läge. Det enda som drar ner betyget är kaoset vid frukost (runt kl 9). Andra dagen gick vi ner kl 8 och då var det lugnt och skönt. God fin frukost för övrigt 😊

Muy buena experiencia. El personal es muy atento y profesional. Yo fui a un congreso en el Hilton, que queda a 4 minutos caminando a través de una galería, muy conveniente y por un precio razonable. El desayuno es estupendo, con gran variedad. El bar y restaurant también muy buenos. El hotel está ubicado al frente de una entrada a la estación de metro Florenc, y a unos 25 minutos caminando del centro histórico. Desde el aeropuerto uno puede tomar un bus que deja en una estación de metro y llegar al hotel por unos 2 euros. Yo ocupé el servicio de lavandería y fue más rápido que en muchos hoteles 5 estrellas en que he estado. Recomiendo si reservas el hotel Botanique para una estadía en la bella Praga.

I liked all the plants around the hotel, it looked very pretty. I also liked the eco friendly nature, how everything was recycled and the ease of recycling rubbish etc. The decor was minimalist which I loved. The staff in the bar and bistro were excellent, as were the housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and I really appreciated the gluten free corner, so lovely to have more options to eat! We had a gorgeous evening meal in the bistro one night, which I could highly recommend. The location of the hotel(although quite noisy and not very picturesque) was super convenient, just opposite a metro station and a supermarket!

We had a very good stay at the Botanique Hotel Prague, which is a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel in a highly convenient location. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and well maintained. The coffee machine in the room was a really nice touch, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of brut left for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel itself feels modern and well designed, and despite being near major transport links, it was calm and relaxing inside. One of the biggest positives is the excellent transport connections — tram, bus, and metro links are all just moments away, making it incredibly easy to get around Prague. There were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. On our first night, the fire alarm was accidentally set off around 6am, which briefly disrupted sleep and was unfortunate, especially early in the stay. At breakfast, while the selection was generally good, vegetarian sausages were not available, which would have been a welcome addition. Finally, while the hotel itself feels safe and well run, the immediate area outside (near the train station) did have some less-than-desirable characters hanging around at various times of day and night. This didn’t affect our stay inside the hotel, but it’s worth being aware of. Overall, a very good hotel with excellent comfort, cleanliness, and transport links, and we would happily stay again — particularly for a short city break where convenience and modern fa

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, and the Executive King room was spacious and comfortable.
