Also the elevator was broken and this was not disclosed in the booking information in Expedia and it would have affected our decision and they told us the elevator would be fixed in 1 day but was not fixed for the entire 4 day stay.

They said on Sunday that the elevator would be fixed by Monday and here it is Thursday and the elevator is still broken. This was not disclosed in the property description and if it had been I would have chosen another property.

Elevator was broken and no rooms available on the first floor. Had to walk up stairs to third floor. Back door stays unlocked at all times. Room not up to date

Had a room on third floor, elevator was broken. Had a suite and only had one television. Breakfast was less than good, potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly, cereal was stale and the fruit was only a few apples

Clean, friendly, quiet. Downsides were no recycling and exercise room was in disrepair with no weights and broken equipment.

Elevator not working, and ice machine not working on the third floor hard on the knees going up and down the stairs

Had to carry bags and ice chest up 3 flights of stairs with no AC in stairwell and 110 degrees. Elevator broken

Well first of all pool was freezing cold even thou it was heated, hot tub was out has well as the elevator..i had to take two cold showers and my children too...wont be staying there again

We were in town for a baseball tournament booked a room here. Everything was good until I got a room on the third floor and the elevator didn’t go up to the third floor between my husband and children and stuff and all the baseball stuff he had to go up the stairs from 2nd to 3rd wasn’t too bad, but still the Amount of money I paid for one night elevator should be working. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Excellent customer service.

The main reason I booked this property is it had an indoor hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not working the whole three days I was there. The pool was so cold. You couldn’t go swimming. The first day I was there the elevator stopped working. I was on the second floor and I have a painful knee, so walking up and downstairs for two days was very uncomfortable. I also booked this property because it was pet friendly. I did take my dog and we had a decent time. It was very difficult walking my dog around the property because the whole property was covered in tumbleweed goat heads that kept getting stuck in my dogs paws Very Disappointing So I would have to drive my dog to the park to walk Her. I will never stay at this property again. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. My room key even stopped working several times, and it was a long walk to the front desk up and down the stairs.

All staff that I encountered were all very helpful and nice. My major complaints are as follows. 1- while I know shower pressure is always a 50/50 as to whether it is good or not but my shower head was so crusted in calcium and lime build up that it really affected pressure and the direction the water came out and it was my directions. 2-major issues getting the key card to work would often take anywhere from 5-6 tries before the lock would disengage. This continued to happen even after I was given new key cards. I was told that this is a regular occurrence 3- the property overall was very clean, when the front desk attendant followed me over to my room to help with the lock there were some discarded cookies on the floor, I know he saw them as he remarked on them but did not pick them up and throw them away. Several hours later they were still there right near my door so I picked them up and took them to the trash. 4-elevator was out of order for the duration of my stay luckily I was on the first floor but I felt terrible for the people on the upper floors having to drag their luggage up and down several flights of stairs. These complaints may make it seem as though I was not satisfied with my accommodations during my stay which is not the case. The good far outweighed the bad and I would gladly stay there again

Did not sleep well with the amount of doors being slammed and people actually trying both my hall door AND the adjoining doors! There was a black moldy looking spot on the bathroom ceiling and brown spots on the walls. Wall paper was peeling and had tears in it. Not a place i would recommend or want to stay at. I would probably feel safer sleeping in my truck.

Too expensive for the area. Paint peeling off the wall above the shower.

Check in was okay. A family member checked us in before we got there. The staff was trying to be friendly but couldn’t seem to pull themselves away from the phone, computer or TV. Our room was not cleaned, trash was not emptied ( we emptied it) and towels were not replaced. Old building. Felt and looked a bit dirty. Needs upgrades to everything in the room and bath. Breakfast did not have very much to choose from. Was ok.

None of the televisions were not working they stated that they were working on the issues but it never got resolved

Set back off the road, so it is quieter. Rooms are large and confortable.

We were woke up at 330am to what sounded like a bowling ball being dropped on the floor above us. This happened multiple times.

Favorite place to stay while in Safford. This time I was disappointed in my stay. No remote. No extra either. Had to hand do the tv. Got to be annoying. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. And trash in drawer. Food in ice box. Other than that-the breakfasts are amazing. The pool is relaxing and nice. Every visit is spent here.

Stayed in the suit and it was nice. The Morning sunrise from the second floor. Only problem is the shower pressure wasn’t good. Other than that it was coen nd comfortable. This is always my choice of stay when in town.

There was a broken outlet in our room so we could only charge one watch/phone at a time. But the real issue was that I reserved a king bed and was given 2 queens. Now this was our anniversary trip and we sleep in a king bed at home. We only stayed one night and not the two nights we paid for. This was not a last minute reservation but weeks in advance. Someone either can’t read the reservation or has never seen a king bed. Be careful what you ask for!! No apology, no we will change your room. Very disappointing and will not return.

the ceiling squeeked, Every move the people upstairs moved the ceiling loudly squeeked. their free breakfast was wanting, we at around 8am, no bisquits for the country gravy. and No cold milk. the eggs were soggy and hash browns bland.

Very friendly staff at the desk, they were very helpful and very polite, the room was very comfortable had everything I needed from the microwave to refrigerator, bed was really cozy and the shower was great as well

Penny helped us get checked in for a second night. She was helpful, kind, and happy.

The receptionist was rude, the elevator was out, so my husband who is having knee surgery, had to struggle up and down the stairs, every door in the place creaked, and our room key didn’t work. Overall a rather disappointing experience, not to mention painful and inconvenient.

No working elevator, staff was slightly grumpy that I had made the reservation online (Using Hotels.com made the reservation 1/2 the price of calling Comfort Inn for a reservation directly) they put us on the 3rd floor because of how we booked (yep, they really told us that). new carpet - old paint - ridiculously sized and small placed art - broken thermostat - rubber matt to keep one from slipping in the tub was full of holes. Had a nice plate of cookies on the check in counter displayed nicely - guessing they were for the guests as they checked in. The cookies weren't offered to us yet while I checked in I watched a house keeper grab 8 of them and go plop themselves down in front of the TV in the lobby. My children asked me if they could have one so I let them - hope that was ok. Could really use some customer service training. Good point was the bed was very comfortable.

We have stayed at this property a number of times. This time I booked through Expedia and wanted to add one night to the beginning of our trip, so giving them more business. It turned into a big debacle, they wanted me to cancel through Expedia, which I could not, made us move rooms after assuring me we would not, then put us right next to the washer and dryer room so the bed shook like it was an earthquake. It’s disappointing when we stay at this property 6 to 8 times a year. Unfortunately, the front desk woman was very rude.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was delicious. Elevator was sketchy so husband took stairs and the pool was 70ish degrees. To cool for winter. Price was perfect 👍

A wonderfully clean and comfortable hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of everything. Staff are efficient and friendly. I greatly appreciated that they asked if I wanted housekeeping during my brief stay. It was nice to be able to clearly communicate that upfront. Major bonus for me ice machine on every floor, I love to fill up my stanley in the morning and be good to go for the day.

Set back off the road, so it is quieter. Rooms are large and confortable.

This was my wedding weekend. I called months in advance to set up a block of rooms for reservations that were going to be coming in for my wedding. When everyone started calling to set up they didn't have my reservation. They screwed up the bridal suite which was the only one that actually mattered out of all of the bookings. I asked for a tub so I could do a pamper me day and to be upstairs. They put me in a downstairs handy capable room that has a roll in shower. So the entire weekend all I wanted was to pamper myself and I couldn't. On top of this they accused us of being criminals when I have never been looked at as a criminal and I was extremely offended. They had the kitchen closed for two of the 5-day stay that I paid for specifically because we were going to need breakfast each day. They said that they forgot the keys for the breakfast room so no one could cook. They refused to accommodate me in any way and I was completely unhappy. They were rude. They were mean they were totally not doing anything for me whatsoever and I called so many times to try and get this right and they still screwed everything up. Not to mention I couldn't even get freaking regular coffee. They had decaf only the entire time and it was driving me insane. I had someone die at my wedding and this weekend could not have gone more wrong and the hotel was where it all started. I just really wish that they would have done anything in their power to accommodate me or talk to me or try to ease me at Basically you're screwed Not to mention everyone else in the wedding party had a freaking tub how did the bride not have a tub?

The toilet ran all night. We would have switched rooms had we not got in so late and settled. At breakfast, over an hour before time was up, many things had run out. When requested, it took more than 25 minutes to replace. Had not been done by the time we had to leave.

Eggs were a little over done. Hash brown potatoes were a little under done.

Fully booked weekend, we only stayed one night, Saturday-Sunday. Breakfast was so disappointing, no eggs, no milk, no yogurt, no bananas, hardly any pastries or toast. How do you not have these staples on hand? At the very least, run down to Bashas and buy supplies for your fully-booked weekend guests!
