Their cabins are tiny but really cozy and comfortable; it was warm too. During winter they include modest breakfast in the price (hard boiled eggs, bagels, sliced cake, fruit, tea and coffee). The gym is great but could use better cleaning. We had a great stay all in all.

I would request a cabin near the back of the property away from the main highway road. It was incredibly noisy until late at night. The fitness room is good, ok options for the grab and go breakfast choices and helpful desk and property staff.

Our cabin was perfectly sized for my wife and I, the shower and shower floor were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and approachable and the hot tub pool and laundry were nice amenities. It’s also a nice quiet property despite being so close to downtown. We’d definitely stay here again!

The staff was helpful. Parking was a bit frustrating because there was no assigned parking; thus at times we could not park in front of our cabin. Breakfast could have been better - choices were fruit and pastries. Overall cabin was clean and close to places we wanted to go to.

Stayed here 3 nights while exploring around Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. No issues at all. Parking is first come first serve but we never had an issue finding a spot near our cabin. We opted out of daily housekeeping but did see they were nearby if we need something. Coffee in the cabin and also in the office if you need that wakeup call. We went into town for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or dinner on different days. Plenty of options with minimal wait times. Would stay here again.

My friends and I stayed at the Cowboy Village Resort for a week, and it was amazing! The cabin was very clean and was always stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We really enjoyed our time here! A bonus thank you to the maid who found my lost ID! I couldn't find it for two days, and he/she found it and left it on the desk for me, thanks so much!

We had 3 cabins, the carpet in all the rooms was wet upon arrival which smelled really moldy the whole time. If you have more than 2 people it’s very tight in the room. However for the price point it’s a good location, staff is incredibly nice and there is complementary coffee, fruit and pastries in the morning which was nice .

What a place! Every room is a log cabin, tastefully appointed, modern bathroom in rustic style, comfortable main room with couch, kitchenette and dining table, bedroom with two queens and a darling porch with table and chair. So cozy yet spacious and makes you feel like you are properly in Wyoming. Love it. Will definitely back for a longer stay.

I booked a double queen room, asked for a room ground floor, and explained my parents have limited mobility. They booked us in a room with bunk beds. Of course they were fully booked and unable to change rooms. The person in charge basically said if you dont like it, you can leave. We ended up staying because we couldnt find accomodations anywhere else, but it was a difficult night trying to manage limited mobility in a bed that was shoved into the wall and stacked on top of each other. The person also tried to tell me this was my fault because i booked through a 3rd party. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean but we had a very frustrating night. My dad ended up falling because of the way he had to get out of the bunk bed. So, buyer beware! Make sure you examine every piece of information before you book your stay.

Office closes at 11 pm. Doesn’t say that anywhere in reservation notes or on Expedia. Plane delayed. Arrived 11 pm. Guy at desk saw me pull up in huge SUV Uber, but left anyway. Waited 30 minutes for security to come check me in.

We canceled the hotel stay in the window for a full refund but the request didn’t go thru as we were in a spotty service location. Called the property not even an hour past the cancellation window and Dylan could not help me cancel the reservation. He took a message for Mary the manager to call me. She never did. I left her a voicemail. She never responded. Hotels.com was helpful in contacting the property to cancel in the hour past the cancellation window but Dylan hung up on the hotels.com representative. We planned to stay at this property later in the fall but will take out business to an establishment that is more professional. Can’t even return messages? Voicemail? Poor customer service.

The staff was amazing. We came out for a half marathon and construction caused us to get back to our room after checkout. They were so kind, understanding and accommodating which made a stressful situation so much easier!

We loved our stay at the Cowboy Village! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cabins are so charming and come with everything you need-nice bathroom, kitchenette area, refrigerator, lots of towels etc. It’s very quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again!

I love staying here!! Stayed quite a few times over the last 2 years and will be coming back for work in Sept.. everyone was great but I have to give a shout out to Jeff, he has an awesome personality and went beyond the normal customer service and made me feel very welcomed every time I checked in

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Cowboy Village is a very clean facility! The staff are incredible. I think my favorite part is it kind of being tucked away from the busy world of downtown Jackson hole! Will absolutely stay here again, and recommend to family & friends.

Their cabins are tiny but really cozy and comfortable; it was warm too. During winter they include modest breakfast in the price (hard boiled eggs, bagels, sliced cake, fruit, tea and coffee). The gym is great but could use better cleaning. We had a great stay all in all.

We had 2 nights at this property and the cabin was good, had a nice bed, small kitchenette, all the mod-cons, but I would say, for the price, there could have been more luxury. Parking is also not assigned, so if you are close to the busy front, you might have to walk and find parking elsewhere on property. They don't offer breakfast, but have tea/coffee and some sweet snacks in the lobby.

Great place to stay in Jackson!! Perfect location, very friendly staff. Loved the cookies, coffee and to go breakfast options. Cabin was cozy and clean. Highly recommend!!

The stay was great except for the continental breakfast. Basically fruit, coffee, orange juice and pastry. I know this is what a continental breakfast is but I was expecting more for this type facility.

The staff was helpful. Parking was a bit frustrating because there was no assigned parking; thus at times we could not park in front of our cabin. Breakfast could have been better - choices were fruit and pastries. Overall cabin was clean and close to places we wanted to go to.

Absolutely beautiful property and in a perfect location. The only thing is I wish they had a continental breakfast now and not just ski season.

The cabin was clean and well equipped. We had a king bed with sofa. It was just too small to bring anything in. No space for luggage. It was very expensive for a small cabin. Breakfast was minimal. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A lovely log cabin themed hotel. We really enjoyed almost everything about our stay, but wish they had a hot breakfast (eggs, meat, toast or even fresh pastries) instead of the prepackaged pastries.

The perfect little cabin to stay in while visiting Jackson. You can walk to the square or the rodeo. Great access to everything. Very clean, housekeeping service is great. I will always stay here while visiting this area.

Loved the location! Easy walking to the Town Square, bars, gourmet restaurants. The little cabin was cute and clean. Parking right in front of the unit was much appreciated. The only issue we had was the original CC we paid with through Hotels.com they said didn’t go through, but our receipt said it did. They said they emailed us twice, but I couldn’t find a single email. The issue ended up resolved, but it was stressful tracking everything down. I book using the app often and never had that happen before. Overall great property and would definitely stay again.

Our cabin was a bit tight for a family of 4, and on a hot evening, the air conditioning was inefficient. The cabin’s bathroom was not level, which was disorienting. The gym was generous and breakfast snacks were provided.

This was truly the perfect rustic hotel room. We booked the family room, which was huge with a full kitchen m, queen beds, and bunk beds. It was the best for our large group of 5. Walkable location to many restaurants and shops. You won’t regret staying here!
