Great inn/motel. Close to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and harbor. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was badic and primarily focused around waffles but had other breakfadt items. Great all-in-one coffee, cappuccino machine.

Very clean guest room with all needed amenities. My wife very much adored the provided hand cream. Around the clock availability of the sophisticated coffee machine helped me get through the cold days of fall. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was just what we needed. The onsite parking was a huge bonus and the walkability to the town center area was perfect. The room was nice, comfortable bed and I especially liked that the bathroom was the style where the sink vanity area are outside of the room with the toilet and shower. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Maybe the easiest and most comfortable hotel we stayed at our whole trip.

This place was really nice. Check in was quick and easy, the hotel clerk was friendly and welcoming. Its right on the main strip and very walkable. Parking is on premises and easy. The room was beautiful, air conditioning worked great and the bed was super comfortable. Will def stay here again

Lovely stay for 1 night the bed was so comfy the bathroom is on the small side but it’s ok. Parked free outside room no problems. The breakfast which was included had everything you want and the dining tables were spotless and clean and finally a lovely complementary coffee or tea available too .

Park here, and you can walk all of central Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Really convenient location. The building isn’t new, but it is beautifully maintained and really clean. Comfortable beds, great shower in the bathroom, friendly staff. This will be the place we always stay when we return.

Staff is super nice, room is very clean. That is always my biggest pet peeve about hotels, I don't need to stay in a 5-star property but I just want to feel like I am in a clean room. This property was clean, comfortable and the location cannot be beat.

Loved this property. Paid a pretty penny since it was July 4, but was easily walkable to Gooch’s beach so didn’t have to deal with traffic/parking for fireworks. Nice, friendly reception. Clean room, safe location, and convenient to everything you want to do in Kennebunkport.

Everything during our stay was great, the only thing that wasn’t great was the size of the bathroom which made it a bit difficult to maneuver around the door. The shower was excellent though!

The room was clean and quaint. Had a fireplace in our room and Jacuzzi tub. Two headed shower with hot water on the spot. Extra large TV and a wonderfully comfortable, king size bed. Great location in walking distance to downtown area. Great breakfast included with the room!

The location of the hotel was great but it was the absolute loudest hotel!! We were on the first floor and you hear every footstep, every toilet flush, every shower, every single thing that is happening in the room above you. We even tried a sound machine and it was impossible to sleep. Would not recommend.

We spent a week traveling the coast of Maine and stayed in B+Bs along the way. The Kings Port Inn is in a great location - right in the heart of town. Very walkable and convenient. It is a little tired and rooms are nothing special, but the location made it a great experience.

Room was lovely and the gentleman working the front desk was so accommodating. We were celebrating a special occasion and he gave us glasses for our champagne. The location is ideal as it is located in the heart of Kennebunkport.

The rooms are super clean and updated. We enjoyed the wet room with a nice whirlpool tub and double showers. The water was nice and hot with good pressure. The location was great for a short walk to restaurants and galleries, and an easy drive to Walker point or the beach. We enjoyed the lobby coffee service and the included breakfast which had limited choices but was adequate and very well done. We were on the 3rd floor, and I must admit it was a struggle for my husband to get the 45lb. shared suitcase up the steps. I guess we are now old enough to think of requesting a first floor room, or at least 2nd floor, when an elevator is not an option.

Great staff and nice room. Better than average breakfast. Staff allowed us to store our e-bikes inside for security overnight. They were all so helpful. We would stay here again as it was very convenient to ride to Cape Elizabeth.

We had a wonderful stay here .The owners and staff were very welcoming , friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The bed was very comfortable and large. We had a first floor room with a patio area outside and there was a nice communal outdoor seating area. Really great location to walk into Kennebunkport which is a beautiful place. Be aware there are no lifts so if you have a lot of luggage ( as we did ) maybe request a ground floor room.

Great hotel, spacious comfortable room. The staff was especially accommodating, as we arrived earlier than the check-in time (not expecting our room ready, just hoping to drop off bags) and they made extra effort to have our room prepared within the next 10 minutes.

Loved this hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s a beautiful little town. The hotel is charming. Breakfast was great. Waffle ls with fresh fruit was delicious. It’s a perfect New England hotel. Would highly recommend

Great inn/motel. Close to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and harbor. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was badic and primarily focused around waffles but had other breakfadt items. Great all-in-one coffee, cappuccino machine.

Comfortable bed and a good continental breakfast with the option of waffles cooked to order. Our room was clean, a little snug and a little tired, just in need of a redecoration. However thinking of price, it was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Location is great and convenient. Very clean and comfortable bed. Walking to all great places in Kennebunkport. Decor and furnishings are dated but not an issue for me. Breakfast was good and appreciate the coffe, tea, water all day. Would have preferred more protein options other than cold boiled egg, though.

Breakfast was perfect. Cappuccino espresso machine was a treat. Homemade waffles were yummy. All hotel staff were nice hospitable and very professional.

Lovely stay for 1 night the bed was so comfy the bathroom is on the small side but it’s ok. Parked free outside room no problems. The breakfast which was included had everything you want and the dining tables were spotless and clean and finally a lovely complementary coffee or tea available too .

Buon hotel in ottima posizione, parcheggio e colazione inclusi. Servizio reception buone per il resto non abbiamo vista altre persone. Camere pulite e ordinate giornalmente

We had a very nice stay at the King’s Port Inn. The location was perfect. The room was very clean. However, it was nothing that really wowed us. The bathroom was small and there wasn’t anywhere to hang things. We asked for 2 queen beds and got a pull out sofa instead. We constantly heard the people above us. The staff were super friendly and helpful. More outdoor seating areas would be nice. Maybe bikes…….We maybe would stay here again but honestly would look into other places.

I would consider this a motel that’s been rebranded. Or at most a 2-star hotel. I would have been fine with it, but the market price puts a bad taste in the mouth. The value just isn’t there. It’s fine, might even stay again, but just not worth current prices.

We had a room in the back building. We were right at the top of the stairs. Anytime someone walked up the stairs it sounded like they were coming inside our room. Also, didn’t love the whole exterior wall was windows. You could see into the room when you left because you couldn’t close the curtain and close the door at the same time. Would prefer a room inside the front building, but we had a great stay nonetheless.
