Clean room. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced breakfast with staff who were very helpful and attentive to allergies. Good location between train station and centre of town.

Very good place. Just next to Durham University Business school. It’s convenient to city center and river bank.

Staff was great, sadly the heater didnt work, and the little heater they provided did little to keep the room warm, in such terrible winter weather. And although the staff was amazing, they didn't offer any room changes or compensation. Thankfully we were able to find wool blankets at a near by store and bought 2 of them so that both my child and I could stay warm at night. So just think twice before you stay. I am sure the other rooms would be fine.
