We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My husband, myself and our 3 young adult kids. Favorite part was the view! We spent a day up in Grand Marais, as well as checking out a couple state parks. One day we didn't drive anywhere, just took a walk around the cabin. A very relaxing day for sure! It was so nice to be able to bring our dog with too. The cabin is so well stocked and we loved being able to have a bonfire a couple times during out stay. Overall a 10 out of 10! Thank you for letting us stay in your cabin.

We had a lovely stay at the house. Waking up every morning to that lake view was incredible. The sauna wasn’t working but it was okay. We didn’t want to bother trouble shooting.

This property was so beautiful waking up to the views of the lake at sunrise and sunset, the fires are night looking under the stars was incredible. The cabin was in a great location to all the hiking trails and beach locations. We saw a bear on the property two days in a row eating berries. I would definitely stay at this cabin again!

This was our second stay at Superior View, and I'm certain it will not be our last. Nothing beats sitting out on the deck any time of day and looking out over the lake. Especially beautiful this time of year with all the colorful leaves. Location is in the middle of everything... cabin is super clean and comfortable... has everything you need. Our 4 year old thinks the bunk beds are the best thing. TV with Roku/Disney+ etc was great to have with the kids. Our dogs enjoy all the sniffs and walks around the cabin. Just really can't wait until our next visit !

This was a great home base for our family while exploring the area. We enjoyed the state parks (bring big spray), eating pie, walking around Grand Marais, biking on Gitchi-Gami trail (rented bikes twice in Schroeder), and just enjoying the north shore.

This is our 3rd stay at Superior View & we'll definitely be back. Great to be near Grand Marais, Tettegouche, & Duluth. Fall colors were absolutely gorgeous. Had a full moon full over a bonfire!

This cabin is everything you want from a North Shore getaway. You cannot beat the view from the deck and fire pit. The layout of the house is perfect. Could not have asked for a better place to prepare for and recover in from my 50 mile race on the SHT.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is very close to state parks and trail heads for the Superior Hiking Trail. We enjoyed making breakfast in the full kitchen, hiking several hours, finding a local restaurant for a late lunch then reading out on the deck. The weather was unseasonably warm the week we were there, so we spent quite a bit of time outside. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Bonus points for a dishwasher in the kitchen which is rare in a north shore house. I would not hesitate to stay in this home again.

Great location for people who like to be close to nature but not go camping. Comfy beds and living/dining space.Easy and short drive to so many beautiful State Parks and hiking and biking trails. Great view of Lake Superior from both levels of the home and the large front deck. Well stocked with board games, puzzles, cards if you need something to do indoors.

Loved our stay, but two things could have been better. The dumpster at the end of the driveway was full when we arrived on Wednesday. So, anything we put in, we had to move stuff around, and stuff it in, and 2 people to hold down cover to insert pole. Was never emptied in that week. Also, bad smell when we arrived, and found a cleaning bowl and rag in family room. Put outside, but smell continued. Long story short, we found a very dead mouse under the couch and removed it and cleaned under there, and the smell went away!

The view was amazing as advertised. The place was clean and cozy and the manager was so nice and helpful. We hope to come back when we can sit out on the deck and check out some warmer weather in this truly awesome cabin!

Wonderful cabin. Came during March in Minnesota, so it was rainy and snowing. Don't know if they had any salt as I couldn't find any, so it'll be nice to keep some during the winter and early spring season. Cabin was clean and warm. The patio door was tricky to close after opening but we eventually got it to lock. The view was spectacular, overlooking lake Superior and highway 61. Location of the cabin is good too, literally right next to splitrock lighthouse and gooseberry falls and tettogouche State Park. We'll definitely be coming back in the fall.

The house sits on top of the hill and you have amazing views of Lake Superior and the boats going by. It is very close to big attractions like Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls etc.. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again!!

This was exactly as advertised. Picture perfect view of the lake. Very clean. A little difficult to get there being if you are staying in the winter, you would need 4-wheel drive to get there and hope that someone would be there right away to plow you out. Close to many state parks, close to a town with a grocery store as well. It was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Catch the aura borealis or northern lights on the deck when they are visible. Simply divine!!!

We spent 3 nights at Superior View, and it was perfect! My kids, 4 & 5, loved sleeping in their room on the lower bunks, and my 17 year old loved having the loft as his own space. It fit our family of 5 perfectly. We were close to all the of the places we wanted to be. We visited the Black Beach, Iona Beach, Tettegouce High Falls, Palisade Head, Black Beach Mini Golf, and of course enjoyed some downtime at our cabin and had a fire our last night. We felt at home and the games and toys they had there were great for the kids to play with too, they especially loved the books. There is no central air, but they had an AC unit up in the loft and great fans to circulate the air so we were able to stay cool on the humid 80 degree days we had up there. We hope to come back again next year and spend more time exploring the North Shore!!

Our family of 5 loved this cabin! I can tell you without hesitation that it was teenager/young adult approved. The views were stunning no matter which direction you looked. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The communication with the owner was super easy. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We loved this location and house so much last year that we booked it again. This is a very comfortable home in a great location. We hiked every day on the Superior Hiking Trail, went to the International Wolf Center in Ely and drove up to Grand Marais & Lutsen. Fall on the north shore is wonderful.

This property is exactly as described. The view is amazing. The property was in close proximity to many state parks, Two Harbors, etc. We had an amazing stay. There is not one complaint. It was hard for us to leave and we plan to book again. Don’t hesitate booking this Vrbo. You won’t be disappointed.

The house sits on top of the hill and you have amazing views of Lake Superior and the boats going by. It is very close to big attractions like Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls etc.. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again!!

This is our 3rd stay at Superior View & we'll definitely be back. Great to be near Grand Marais, Tettegouche, & Duluth. Fall colors were absolutely gorgeous. Had a full moon full over a bonfire!

Incredible view of Lake Superior. The location of the house is incredible and offers access to several trails, towns, etc - all well within an hour drive. Would definitely stay here again!

This was exactly as advertised. Picture perfect view of the lake. Very clean. A little difficult to get there being if you are staying in the winter, you would need 4-wheel drive to get there and hope that someone would be there right away to plow you out. Close to many state parks, close to a town with a grocery store as well. It was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Catch the aura borealis or northern lights on the deck when they are visible. Simply divine!!!

Great location for people who like to be close to nature but not go camping. Comfy beds and living/dining space.Easy and short drive to so many beautiful State Parks and hiking and biking trails. Great view of Lake Superior from both levels of the home and the large front deck. Well stocked with board games, puzzles, cards if you need something to do indoors.

We had a wonderful stay at Superior View and highly recommend it. The cabin was clean and well stocked on essentials and extras. We enjoyed playing horseshoes and just sitting around the fire pit enjoying the view. It was only my husband and I but it’s a great cabin for the whole family.

Gorgeous sunrises over Lake Superior. After a night with a heavy snowfall, the driveway was plowed before 7AM. A great house with well-equipped kitchen. Would happily stay there again.

This is our 3rd time staying at Superior View. It was everything we remembered it to be. We needed some peace and solitude. This time we were amazed by Northern lights. Superior View was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at the house. Waking up every morning to that lake view was incredible. The sauna wasn’t working but it was okay. We didn’t want to bother trouble shooting.
