I stayed at your Hotel because I was told by your staff it had FREE Shuttle service to and from the Airport for guest. When I called to be picked up from the airport on a Saturday approx 3PM NO ONE ever came. I had to take a cab to the hotel and pay $25,00 one way! Then when I arrived to the hotel and requested the free shuttle to go back to the airport in the morning I was told they don't start shuttle service until 5 am. That's fine but why tell me when its to late so again I had to pay to go to the airport that morning as my flight left at that time. WHO does that liars and I'm a travel agent who will NEVER recommend this hotel to my clients because its not user friendly! BYE!!! Either you have shuttle service for all or not and if not JUST say so. I made this reservation based on lies told to me, I could have picked differently. Never again.

We go on a cruise about every 8 weeks. This is the worst hotel in its class that we have stayed at. The room was 64 degrees. Tried ro adjust the settings and it continued to blow cold air. The maintenance person who doubled as the housekeeping helper spoke only Spanish and could not fix it- he had to Facetime someone. He claimed it was fixed but it was not. Front desk manager was indifferent and said she could not move us. Told her I could not stay in a freezing room and would have to check out. She said she could not refund me because I reserved through Expedia but would check me out. We were only there a few hours because it was so cold. Had to call Expedia customer service to get involved. Expedia called the hotel while I was on the phone. I was told to pack up immediately and go to front desk and we would not be charged for our stay. Was provided with receipt that shows 0.00 charge and charge reversal for cruise shuttle fee. Well…I get a email that I was charged for hre cruise shuttle and the hotel at 2:30am! Called accounting and front desk. No one called back and it’s a week later! Disputing call with my credit card company. The rooms are run down- not what I was expecting from a Sheraton Hotel chain!! NEVER again. This place should NOT be a Marriot Bonvoy hotel!!
