About thirty minutes after getting to my room, I went into the bathroom and sit down, and almost ended up in the bathtub. The toilette was not connected to the floor. The bathroom floor was completely flooded. I went down to the front desk and reported it. They didn't offer another room, and didn't have anyone available to come up and check it out. Their solution was to give me a handful of towels to sop it up with. I put them on the floor and, when I checked an hour later, they were floating on the floor. Water was still coming out. I went down to the desk again, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I was on the third floor, and had to use the public restroom in the lobby for my stay. They told me the next morning that I would be compensated $10 for not having access to my bathroom. I expected a full refund, and I believe anyone else would expect the same. It's been 10 days, and they still haven't even refunded the $10. I would have given them one star, but the continental breakfast was above average. I guess if I want a full refund, I should at least pay for the breakfast. I've stayed here before, so I guess I'm just disappointed with their resolution. No bathroom, no shower should equal no charge. Thanks for letting me vent a bit
