Very convenient and affordable for my needs. Clean, quiet and safe. Easy parking. I stay here every 2 months when I travel to PA to visit my mother who lives at a retirement village/memory care center.

Room was not clean. Dead bugs visible along baseboards, chair stained, and overall needed a deep cleaning. Window needed a stick to remain open and screen ripped. They also left 2 well worn pillows for a queen bed. For the price not expecting a resort, but this was disappointing.

Overall the motel is dated but our room was clean. There was a funky (old urine-like) odor in the room and a burn hole in the bed coverlet. The bathroom was clean and we did not see any bugs. So, not a luxury stay but not the worst I've seen either.

We ended up finding a different hotel for the night as the rooms were just not acceptable to us - dirty, bugs and bad odour. We did not get a refund but took a room at another hotel in the area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the price the hotel was nice.. The king bed was comfortable . However we could not get WiFi, very weak single u could not use.. The breakfast was only coffee and packaged Debby cakes. For a quick stay if u don't need Wi-Fi it was good...

It was meh. My goal for this trip was to spend as little as possible, if that is your goal, this place works. Room and bathroom were clean, but there was a distinct cigarette smell (despite the fact that I had a non smoking room). It was also freaking hot. The air didn't work and I ended up sleeping on top of the covers with a wet towel on my legs. Water pressure in the shower sucks, but the temperature control was good. I didn't feel unsafe (which is rare as a solo female traveler) If you book here, the address on Expedia doesn't work, you need to just look up the name on Google maps to get there, the Expedia address took me a mile down the freeway. If your looking for cheap, but not awful. This one is good. If you want more than just a room to sleep in for a couple hours, move on.

Location was good. Mattresses were terrible. Worn out. A little caulking around the sink and tub would help and clean in corners. Tolite is to low. The little balcony was great.

I requested a non smoking room, paid the extra and ended up with a smoking room. Allergies, coughing and heavy breathing to accompany the smoking smell in the room upon waking up. Disappointed, I left my name and number with no call back from any management on why I was given a smoking room when I paid for a non.

Totally peaceful stay for 8 days. Whoever gave this little place a bad review must hsve thought they were checking into a Hilton. No bugs, perfectly clean, comfortable king size bed. Only setback was a small TV. Staff was friendly and made you feel completely comfortable. Beautiful mountain view.

Check in went smoothly enough. The room was clean. A little older and worn but still had AC, cable and wifi. I liked that the window was screened and I could open it because it was a nice, cool night and I didn’t want to use AC. Had a small balcony. Shower was nice and warm. Staff was very friendly. May not be 5 star, but it was clean and comfortable and fit my needs perfectly for the one night at a reasonable rate.

this is an extremely well maintained single level motel. The rooms have all modern mid level furnishings. the bathroom was nice and comfortable I've seen the same accomodations for $300 Don't be set off by looks This is the perfect place to stay for Maple Grove Raceway. I can afford to stay wherever I want, but whenever I can, I stumble across a little gem like this. They still use room keys and it is a motel format, but Hugh in a beautiful hill away from noise and people

Very convenient, reasonably priced and close to where I go to visit my mother. Rooms are clean and basics covered…I don’t need anything fancy. Property is off the beaten path so is quiet and void of lots of traffic and business noise. I try to stay here every time I travel from Wyoming to visit my Mother at Tel Hai Memory Care Facility…every 2 months.

Very convenient, reasonably priced and close to where I go to visit my mother. Rooms are clean and basics covered…I don’t need anything fancy. Property is off the beaten path so is quiet and void of lots of traffic and business noise. Not a bad place to stay but for the price it was good, could hear neighbors which I didn’t like and the balcony is sloping or falling (not sure but I didn’t trust it) but other than that it was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was super easy. Continental breakfast was trash but McDonald’s is 1min away. I would stay again just don’t expect to be at a fancy hotel. The only other thing was the strong smell of cow manure which didn’t bother me but must be close to a farm.

Website indicates that breakfast was served... however, this ended up being cup of coffee and a pack of tastykake butterscotch krimpets. If you can stay at another hotel - definitely do so. But in a pinch it's bearable for a one night stay.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The rooms are always clean, no complaints at all during our stay. Even for a 2 night stay we had housekeeping daily. Staff is always so friendly no matter if it's check in our check out. This is property is always clean and quiet. You definitely feel safe outside the property at night time or early morning. It's also convenient to food options

The room was clean - and the front desk guy was there even though it was 'after hours' - very friendly and helpful. The only real down side was that our GPS routed up up a road that wasn't exactly in good condition. There's a shorter 'cut' from another parking lot - but I don't think it registers as a 'street' on Google Maps.

The room was clean - and the front desk guy was there even though it was 'after hours' - very friendly and helpful. The only real down side was that our GPS routed up up a road that wasn't exactly in good condition. There's a shorter 'cut' from another parking lot - but I don't think it registers as a 'street' on Google Maps.
