Quick stay for a visit to Disney Springs. Love that they offer a shuttle to Disney properties but know that the service only runs once daily so you’ll need to plan accordingly.

The customer service was exceptional. However there was barely any hot water in the room shower. The pool water was freezing, the front desk associate said it was climate controlled but it was not.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our kids loved the pool and it was really nice that they played a kid friendly movie at the pool in the evenings. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Pool was very dirty. It had children's feces in it. Children were left unattended in the splash pad slide area. They were jumping from high areas of the slide which made it dangerous for smaller children like my toddler. I was afraid they would fall on her and cause her bodily harm or injury. I was surprised that this area isn't supervised. This hotel has so much potential. It just doesnt have the right workers. Staff didnt add my breakfast to my profile at check in. Dining staff told me i had to go back and ask them to add it. What an inconvenience. Dishes were dirty at breakfast . Room was clean.

Our room was ok, the bathrooms sink the water did not come out much, I called and ask for conditioner and two towels the first night never got them, the next day we came back from the park around 6:30 and someone pooped in the pool, another person told two of the hotel employees and they did nothing about it so we did not even get to enjoy the pool, they lack respect there when it comes to guest

We were there for 4 nights and got the bed made 2 nights. That’s all Didn’t collect the garbage or anything else. When we arrived our ice bucket was filled with an old bag and standing water. When we checked in myself and the woman next to me had 2 front desk agents that seemed so clueless that we both wondered if we even had a room. Didn’t inform us or apologize or explain what was happening. Rude /attitude also. Just went to get a manager. Horrible check-in experience. The pool was nice and the room was ultimately what we needed. No full size mirror was my only complaint there. Shuttle service was ‘interesting’. I had good interactions with José and Otis. Compliments to them. Good location too.

The place gets the job done but it definitely wasn't the cleanest room I've ever stayed in to begin with. Even odder, despite "daily housekeeping" being listed as an amenity, housekeeping skipped over my room all four nights of my stay. I mentioned this to the front desk when I had to go get fresh towels and toilet paper, but the man working the desk literally did not give a response other than to hand me some towels and toilet paper. I DID see housekeeping out and about in the hallways throughout my stay, but they never visited my room. I've never encountered this before at a hotel other than when it's a policy that they visit every other day or if someone is staying for more than 2 days or so. Also, as an aside, I had a payment issue during check-in where I had to step away for a second midway through the process, and the first man helping me went to hand me a complimentary bag with what looked like water bottles and maybe some other things. I didn't take the bag from the desk since I hadn't finished checking in, but when I continued the process with the other man working the front desk, I was not given a bag. Inconsistency seems to be an overall issue at this location.

I have never stayed at a Marriott hotel that I disliked… until this one. We had a suite for 5. When we arrived there was two towels, no wash rags, and there was hair all on the walls of the shower. There was no dressing for the pull out bed. We called and the told us they would give it a VIP cleaning. When we got back we had no towels. No liners for the trash cans. No wash rags. The hair was still on the shower wall. We had to call every day for things we needed. House keeping was supposed to be once a day, which did not take place. Bottom line I was so disappointed with this hotel. Marriott is an amazing chain of hotels. What a shame this one didn’t have the same standards.

Lobby/check in area was nice and updated. Getting to rooms/ hallways was like motel like. You can tell they just kind of painted thru things. Rooms were small slightly dirty rust in corners and saw a cockroach in my room

Cockroach’s in the room. Pool are is dirty. Asked multiple times for safe information and was told multiple times someone would come to the room and no one ever showed up. It’s a rip off that you have to pay $20 a day for parking after already paying for the hotel. Bar staff was friendly.

The room was in pretty rough shape. The shower barely drained, hair on almost every surface, and the bed was not very clean at all. It was cheap, but for a Marriott property I at least expected it to be clean. I would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here and was pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the springs ! I was a bit taken back by there being no air conditioner in the halls and the water pressure in the shower was lack luster .. but the room was clean and the beds were comfy. Definitely would stay again !

Overall this property didn’t live up to our typical courtyard by Marriott experiences. The room we stayed in felt very “worn out”. The hideaway couch was very worn and stain both in the couch and on the mattress which grossed my teenagers out so we had to make less than ideal arrangements for sleeping. The bedroom with two queens was such a tight fit the beds were only accessible from the middle. Only line sleeping on the side against the wall had to climb over the bed to get in and out. The shower faucets were loose and sometimes took several attempts to get them to turn on with the flexible shower head never working at all. This property felt like it was less customer focussed and more about the hotel bottom line with the extra fees and charges. Positives: location-close to all the fun of Disney and shopping. Shuttles were reliable and on time. The pool area was a blast and well maintained. If we needed to, we would stay here again without cringing but we likely will try somewhere else next time we are in Orlando.

The room we were given was dirty with construction and cleaning materials still inside the bathroom. The lighting in the room is very hard to find and you have to manual find the switch on the light fixture verses clicking the main buttons on the wall. The shower faucet are very low pressure. The toilet also was hard to flush.

Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. The rooms had plenty of outlets and usb charging areas. The carpet in the room was worn but nothing to bad. Walls are thin you can hear everyone in the morning walking by your room. The only major issue we had was parking late night. We were in the building way in the back and there was limited parking. When we returned from a park super late at night there were no parking spots available anywhere near our building so we had to park way on the other side of the hotel. We really loved this hotel. It was quiet and nice. Fun things to do with the pool area. We had an issue with our door. Between 3 adults, only one of us could get it open after a few tries. I felt bad for everyone around us too because we had to put some force to get the door open. We called down and asked them to look at it while we were gone one day. It was the same, but I suspect that the door or latch needs to be replaced. They also told us to park in a spot that was far away from our room, and there was another family in the same predicament. It’s a maze when you first get there, especially when you park way out the way. The Starbucks also had an issue with the espresso machine one day, but it was good the other days. Overall we will def be back. Don’t pay for the parking on Expedia, it was less to pay directly with the hotel. At least when I booked it looked like it was $70 to park for my 3 day trip, but at checkout it was $70 per day! So watch out for that! Hopefully it was just a glitch!
We really loved this hotel. It was quiet and nice. Fun things to do with the pool area. We had an issue with our door. Between 3 adults, only one of us could get it open after a few tries. I felt bad for everyone around us too because we had to put some force to get the door open. We called down and asked them to look at it while we were gone one day. It was the same, but I suspect that the door or latch needs to be replaced. They also told us to park in a spot that was far away from our room, and there was another family in the same predicament. It’s a maze when you first get there, especially when you park way out the way. The Starbucks also had an issue with the espresso machine one day, but it was good the other days. The balcony rooms are under surveillance 24 /7 because they are right over the parking lot where everyone comes in. In addition to that the bright lights that are meant to keep the parking lot safe i guess also stay on all night right by the balcony rooms like spotlights. Theres absolutely no privacy.

Stayed for the weekend to visit Disney World with my sisters. It took us almost 10 minutes to even get into the room because the door would not open. The lock was messed up or broken. Even the closest ground floor door to get out of building we were in would not open at one point. We were locked from the inside out and had to walk to the other side of the property just to get out and leave. We felt very unsafe but also did not have the time to wait to see if we could switch rooms as we were on a tight schedule for our ticketed events at the theme park. Ice machine was broken. Room was dirty. Pee all down the front and sides of the toilet. Black dirt all over floor. Found a rusty nut or bolt sticking out of chair that someone dropped into a crack but it stuck one of my sisters when she sat down. Curtains were dirty and too long and hung over AC unit so the curtains blew right onto whoever was laying on that side of the bed closest to the unit. Had to tie them up just to sleep. Never given WiFi instructions or tv instructions. Shower set up was horrible. The floor is angled to allow water flow to drain to front, fine, but no mat or grips and all of us were slipping and almost falling on the angle in the shower. Many outlets in the room did not work to charge all four of our devices which was extremely inconvenient. Tried calling front desk numerous times to assist with certain matters but could not get through. Overall not happy at all with our stay.

Awful experience. Booked a 14 night stay with breakfast included. After 7 nights was told restaurant was shutting for refurbishment (didn’t see any refurbishment start in next 7 days we were there so assume this was a lie, the first of many). Complained to reception who offered to waive the destination fee as compensation. Upon checkout received a final bill stating I owe the hotel $24. Naturally queried this with reception who told me that it was an error and no money would be taken from my account. Arrived home to find that that was a lie too and they have taken $24 from my account. We were also charged for a lunch in the final bill which I had already paid for at the time. Staff on reception at check out was in middle of her lunch so basically just lied to my face in order to get rid of me and get back to her lunch. Disgraceful service

Absolutely terrible. I am disabled and the office clerk gave me directions to my room that included TWO heavy doors that are not accessible. By the time I got to my room I was completely worn out. Then, I had to try to get into a tiny doorway. They didn’t care. I suggested they tell handicap people to use the front automatic sliding door but they don’t because that isn’t near the handicap parking. The “market” Is way overpriced. The room was mediocre. The TV has no channels unless you logged into your streaming accounts. Literally no perks of staying here versus another hotel. The experience was disappointing and frustrating.

All was well with my stay here. The only complaint is the room was not ready at 4pm as it should have been and I had to keep checking with front desk to get updates. They never called to say it was ready. Also had to ask to be compensated for free parking for the inconvenience of late check in. Other than that stay was good. It was clean and comfortable.

Was charged wrong rates, went to room keys didn’t work, then room wasn’t the room I asked for. Was told they didn’t have rooms then asked to speak to someone higher up , they got me the room I originally requested but wasn’t settled in till about 6 and I got there at 4

We had a wonderful stay here ! We are from Canada and our cards weren't working as it was it was our first time using them in States. The manager went above and beyond to help up to make sure we were in our room, he tried every option and after a very stressful moment he got it work. I am so beyond grateful for his help so we could make our first Disney trip possible. We had a great stay here the kids loved the pool with the dump bucket. Service was amazing. Thank you again !

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was easily accessible to many things, and the convenience of having the ride-share location just outside the main lobby was really useful. We were very happy with the room and there was amble room for us (2A, 3C) and the two TV’s were also a nice touch as we stayed in the suite so when back in the room there was less arguing with what to watch. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at this hotel on and off over the past 20 years. Its a great location for the parks with the added bonus of a shuttle bus. Rooms have been updated and there is now a massive water structure in the middle of the hotel. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Bisto is now a great asset with a great range of food and drinks.

We booked a non smoking and the first room we checked in smelled horribly of smoke. Went back to the front desk, while they were getting us a new room, one of us walked over to the bar and the bartender said they were closed, when my friend came back over and said that, the front desk agent rolled his eyes and said, "it supposed to be 11" clearly this happens alot. We went to our new room, which didnt smell of smoke, but mildew, at this time we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. We were gone most of the next day. When we got back we went to the bar again for a drink and some food. This was a Marriott and I expected more than a Espresso Martini from a can?! We ordered calamari and a pizza. When it came out, the bartender put the pizza (which was in a box) and the plate of calamri down and said, enjoy. No plates, no napkins, no silverware. We had to ask, she had to go in back as she only had one set up behind the bar. When she came back 5 min later with 2 more set ups, we still had to ask for plates, which ended up being paper....not what I expect from a Marriott

We could hear every sniffle, every bathroom trip (and i mean EVERYTHING) and even the curtains opening or closing. And don't waste your money or time on their breakfast buffet. I had a lovely stay but I was disappointed the first night because they had no bar nor food service after 5 pm because they were short staffed. I was also frustrated because they would not turn the fire pit on for me because the fire pits are tied to the pool hours.

Everything looked like it had been recently updated. New carpet wallpaper etc. super clean. Nice dining options just across the street. The breakfast buffet was not good and was $40 for 2. Same breakfast you get included at other hotels for free.

Room was not ready at 4PM check in time because they did not have enough housekeeping staff to turn the room over. When my room was finally ready at 5:30PM I wish they had told me they didn’t actually have room so I could have gone elsewhere. The hotel has renovated the first floor which gives you an illusion of what your room will be like. Once you leave the lobby the rest of the hotel is very old and in desperate need of updating. The hallways are dimly lit and the carpet has seen its better days. The rooms are also very outdated with the same old worn out carpet, old furniture and very old AC units that NEED to be replaced and who knows the last time they replaced the filter, and the room has very poorly lighting especially in the bathroom area where you need to get ready. The dead bolt on our door was broken and we got stuck in our room. The hotels housekeeping is less than to be desired for. During a 5 night stay I had to repeatedly ask for wash cloths and toilet paper which they said would be brought to my room but they never were…I had to go to the front desk to get them. Not one time where there pool towels available…again had to go to the front desk and they who gave me bath towels. I know this is a budget friendly hotel but basic things should be provided especially toilet paper and wash cloths!

The hotel was clean.The staff was friendly, but it took us 40 minutes to check-in.Because it took them so long to check-in each person.I realize it was a holiday weekend , but I have checked in other hotels on holidays and it never took this long. I was surprised about the parking.I saw that self parking was available.So I did not realize that they charged twenty dollars a night to park your car. I feel that's a little extreme for the dollar amount you pay for the hotel.
