Hope Harbour Hotel Apartments

Hotel muito ruim. Atendimento ruim, quartos sujos e velhos, carpete nojento. Chegamos fora do horário do checkin, pagamos uma taxa de 20 dólares por ser fora do horário, até aí, ok! Quando entramos no quarto havia uma pessoa la dentro, absurdo! Voltamos pra recepção, ela se desculpou e deu outra chave, quando entramos o quarto estava todo desarrumado e sujo, trocamos novamente, o outro que ela disse estar bom, estava sem toalhas e sujo. Fora que pra crianças e idosos é perigoso, não tem proteção pra Marina e os elevadores estão quebrados. Não recomendo esse hotel pra ninguém!

It was totally fine, no problems

Obviously going through an upgrade and in a state of repair. The staff did what they could with what they had. It was cheap and I forgave some issues but the cleanliness was a real problem. Also no washing machine in the washing machine room. We were graciously given an extra 3 hours in the room for late check out to accommodate late flights with kids which i greatly appreciated.

Was absolutely disgusting not clean broken tv fridge was full of discusting residue recommend staying well clear would never visit again

We had such a wonderful stay! All of the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to look after us, especially our elderly mother. When her feet became swollen, the staff kindly went out of their way to bring her an ice pack and make sure she was comfortable. That really meant a lot to our family. ❤️ The hotel had such a warm, family-oriented feel, and the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Not to mention the beautiful views! It was so peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The restaurant was also amazing, with great food and service. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We truly appreciated everything you did for us. We will definitely be coming back again! ❤️
